Way to Go, Everybody!

You are the best! You Sistas came through and got your guys to respond to the survey and you guys jumped in and gave me some of the most insightful answers and thought provoking statements I could have imagined. I cannot express how grateful I am. I've only just begun to really pour over the surveys and I can already tell that God is going to teach me volumes. I'll still leave the survey open for responses until probably the first of the week but I wanted to go ahead and brag on all of you. I've often thought of taking surveys on the internet and your response has caused me to think it might really work. May God release a blessing in your own marriage because you've invested in others.

I'm off to minister to an arena full of wonderful sisters in Louisiana and hopefully to see the Lord Jesus reveal Himself. Please pray for a mighty outpouring of God's unmistakable Spirit and for His Son to sweep every person off her feet. Including me. Sistas, you are so dear to me! Stay in the Word and I'll touch base with you soon.

Oh Beth, I was in Louisiana twice as a relief worker after Katrina. Bless you for going to minister to the women in Louisiana. They are wonderful women and I met some Godly women there that changed my life and introduced me to you!! I met a woman on the plane coming back home to California and we chatted about the Christian Fiction we read. We talked about how I sat in a women's Bible Study while in LA and it was by Beth Moore doing the Patriarch's. I told this woman that I had to bring this study to CA but didn't know if I could. As I was exiting the plane, the lady in front of us stopped me. She said I have been listening to you both and I think you can do the study. And she talked about it a couple of minutes then I realized I was holding up the line.
But I tell everyone that the Lord used this lady on a flight from New Orleans to give me the word I needed to do the Patriarchs. Quite a lot of women came and next week is our last week of the Paul series. Praise God!! And thanks on the behalf of the women in the South.

'Prayed first thing this morning for you sistas in Louisiana (I'm sure from more states than that!)...down to the one sweeping the floor...for God's Spirit to fill the arena (CenturyTel? It's been almost two years and I may have forgotten). I also prayed, Beth, that God would give you a fresh Word this morning to add to what you have planned...simply because I know He is constantly teaching you, Teacher! I want Him to also surprise each of you this weekend and fill your mouths with songs of Joy!
In His Joy,

I've never heard you minister where the Lord Jesus failed to reveal Himself. In fact, everytime someone is doing or has done one of your studies that I'm not or have not done I always ask them "Is it good?" Then I answer for them "Oh, DUH! Is ANYTHING by Beth Moore NOT good?" God has poured His annointing on you, Beth and has used you in a VERY powerful way in my own life and I know in so many others lives. I wish we could sit down together over a cup of coffee, cuz I really want to pick your brain about 1,000,000,000 things. Mostly about Melissa. Please tell me once again that I do not need to loose hope if I have "such a strong willed child that she would make Dr. Dobson cry." I have to say that I've met Melissa and I think that she is SOOOOO SWEET! I can hardly believe that she was as strong willed as you say.

Love you sista,
Kristi

Hi Beth,
I know you're currently teaching from the book of Proverbs, and this comment is not in any way related to the topic at hand, but as I was reading in the book of Judges, I read about Deborah and that made me think of you. Always, when God puts a name on my heart, I pray first. I'm just curious, so you need not answer this comment, I was just wondering if you've ever studied the Judges in general and Deborah in particular? Know that you and Living Proof Ministries will always be at or near the top of my prayer list.
Love and blessings to you

Dear Beth and team,

I am praying for you for this weekend! I have friends that will be there -- on stage and off -- and I always love hearing how God shows up HUGE for you all.

By the way, I know you aren't going to New Orleans, but I wanted to tell you that going through Breaking Free on "this side" of Katrina has been such a sweet experience. I know that many, if not most, of those precious ladies that were with you back in the day for that taping have been through so much. It brought the lesson "Beauty from Ashes" to a whole new level as I looked on each of their faces that came on the screen during your teacher. What a powerful lesson, in deed!

May God bless you with a powerful Word from Him tonight and tomorrow.

Love in Him,
Dori

I think I'll pray just that--for each of those Shreveport Ladies to be swept off their feet by His Love, but for you, sweet Beth, I pray for sure footing since you'll be on stage...
Blessings of a mighty anointing,
Annie
Because thou hast made the LORD, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation; There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling. For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone. Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet.

Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name. He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him. With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation." Psalm 91

Beth,
I have never done this "blog" thing before. I'm more "old school" pencil and paper kind of girl...
Anyway, I just wanted to thank you for all you do. I too come from an abusive background. (at the hands of my youth pastor - that messes with your image of God!) Long story, but the good news is through your writings, teachings, and studies, and God's grace, I have experienced deep healing. Music has always played a big role in my life, and just the other day I came across a new song by Nichole Nordeman entitled, "Finally Free". It really speaks to my heart, reminding me of you and what God have done in my life. I thought you would like it as well.
You're in my thoughts and prayers,
Cindy

Praying as always for you and the team and al the women in Louisiana, that they are truely thirsty for God's word and what he will be doing in each of their lives. Have to keep this short as I broke my finger. My husband is still going to do your survey, but poor guy types so slow, although he's probably faster than I am right now.

I pray for sweet rest for you and for the attendees, I have been to many of your conferences and we don't get any sleep BUT, it is so worth losing sleep over. It is hard to sleep after hearing a powerful word from God and we just want to sing praises the rest of the night. May each lady feel God's arms wrapped around them and know they are loved!!

Hey Beth,

I am still reading believing God I was reading the part about God being funny I think it was in chapter ll.(which I am still reading 11. I know our pastor says He sits in heaven and rejoices over us and I know He probably laughed at my crazy immature ways with Hubby and the Kids. I want so much to have that kind of relationship with the Lord. Right now with four kids its like I am too afraid of Him ,Let me explain it not that I am scared He is going to strike me dead just afraid of disappointing Him cause I made so many mistakes in my marriage and with my kids , I just want the Lord to teach me to be a Wife and a Mother to have mercy and grace on people and to be ready to forgive at a moments notice and I'm not so I feel like a failure. I also have your prayer book I figured by reading part of it is rejection that I feel. I know that He will never leave me or forsake me like others have and men have. I want to be an example for my children and for the Lord . I just have so many wounds and crying while I am writing this.

I have a few awesome friends that love the Lord and one that tells me she will love me no matter what. Thanks for this blog cause I can relate to other sisters. Thank you and Amanda for sharing with us. I know the Lord healed you and set you free from out of the pit. How long does the hurt last before He digs me out ? I want to be free !
I want to be healthy , I want to love Jesus like never before . I want to be able to concentrate on His word without being interuppted and understand what He says . I want to hear from Him . I don't want this severe Adult ADD label nor do I want my three kids which are in magnet schools to have this
either .

I hope the Shreveport conference went well I did pray for you.

Love your Sister

Beth,
Thank you so much for this weekend. It was awesome. I am so glad God spoke to you on (early)Friday morning, release is something i needed to hear. When you told us to think of something we would like to stone. I had a name that I wanted to scream outloud. I'm not going to give his name but it was the guy who raped my daughter 2 months ago. I released him to God. God can be the one to throw the first stone. His aim is far better than mine. Pray that God will use this time in her life to draw her closer to God. Pray that she will go to couseling. Thanks for being real. I was totally swept off my feet and into the presence of God.
Keep praising the Lord!!!

Oh my goodness, I have never seen you live before, only coming across the TV screen for Bible studies.(We are currently doing Daniel.) A group of 10 ladies from our central Texas church traveled to Louisana to feel the Holy Spirit move in our lives. HE DID in tears, laughter, and He worked a wonder in all of us. I have never felt so close to God. I pray that He will continue to guide you in your ministry and protect you in your travels. Thanks to Him for the 25 saved that we will spend eternity with one day.
Thank you for allowing God to bless you.

Beth, I was in Bossier this weekend. I couldn't believe the number of women there. God showed up in a huge way. It just goes to show that when the focus is on Christ the little things are not relevant. There were six of us from Lake Charles that ended up in one room with one king size bed (a mix up at the hotel, which was a casino by the way, because everything else was booked) HAHA. Thank God it didn't rain as we waited to get into the arena, that possibly could have been more than we could bear. There are so many of us who are still not back in our homes from the two hurricanes, but Thus Far the Lord has sustained my family through the chaos, and in the midst of uncertainty, He has revealed Himself to me in others areas of my life in such a big way. My "baggage" is lost in the Heavenlies and I no longer have the claim ticket! This day I will praise the Lord for what He has began in me and I will speak of the faith I have in Him. I felt so moved by the reality that the Chritian life is not a cake walk and that God doesn't take the human aspect of our lives away, He just shows Himself big through it. The message was powerful and the fellowship sweet, irregardless of the sleeping arrangements. Thank you for a refreshing word. I feel even more empowered to speak of the faith I have in Christ Jesus, no longer allowing satan to "taunt" me.
God Bless,
Courtney

I prayed specifically for that word first thing Friday morning. I asked God to give Beth something to add just becuase He loves His teacher so! I'm glad that word spoke to you. I'll pray that it will stick like glue to you always..no room for anything but that release.
Love you sistas, so very much!

Beth, I just had to tell you I was with you in Shreveport and the Lord used you in a MIGHTY way this weekend!! I can't speak for every woman there, but I know he worked in my life and he gave you just the words I needed to hear. And Satan did not want me there- I can tell you that! I had to leave 3 sick kids with my parents, I was sick myself, and I still obeyed God's call and drove an hour away to Shreveport to come worship with you! Thank you so much for your ministry and just know that you were a mighty tool in the Father's hand this weekend! I'm also doing Living Free right now and this week was on peace. I struggled with the study all week until the Lord revealed what was hindering me at the last session of your conference this weekend. I had to go home and pull out my Breaking Free book, Living Free, and my notes from this weekend to put it all together and work out with the Lord what he needed to tell me. Thank you so much for giving of yourself to all of us out there and know that His Word did not come back empty!
Much love,
another Sista in Texas ;-)

Beth/Amanda-
I am not sure where to add this comment so this will be the place. I got to see the simulcast from February 24 this last Saturday. i live in Iowa and on Feb 24 our downlink site had to cancel due to a major ice storm. We were still cleaning up the branches this weekend.
At any rate, Beth, God did take my breath away at the conference. He and I are close again and I thank you for your obedience to Him, for bathing the whole thing in prayer and for being so transparent as a Sista.
I pray that God will continue to use you in a mighty way. I love you and your ministry so much.
I thank my God on every remembrance of you-

Just had to share what I just published on my blog...

"This made me giggle today: I was in a prayer group tonight at church with a man who had just gotten back from the Living Proof Live Conference with Beth Moore in Bossier City — He was one of very few brave men in a sea of 14,000 on-fire for Jesus women! He and his wife went. He said he got to sit right behind Beth. Okay, so here is what made me giggle. He said, and I quote, “I was so close to her that I saw her ‘boogie’ during the praise and worship and I could smell her perfume!!” It was hilarious to see him so excited about getting to go. In all seriousness, he was so blessed to have been there and he said he and his wife were extremely touched and challenged by the messages. God showed up HUGE, apparently!! I’ve grown accustomed to that kind of exuberance by most women I know who attend an LPL event! It’s nice to see a man “get it.” Makes me want to go to a conference with my man!!"

Boogie on, Beth, boogie on....

Blessings,
Dori
