You bless me.

I'm working on a talk for a women's ministry event right now and took a break to check out the blog (sitting in my stack of books is "Living Beyond Yourself"). You can imagine how much I'm smiling at those pictures. Congratulations on finishing. God's smiling even bigger than we are!

I sat at my desk and laughed at your photo-candidness with us about finishing the bible studies. We all know that those pictures don't do any justice to the time, energy, prayer, love, and sacrifice you invested to plant such wonderful seeds in our (many nameless) faces and hearts over the coming years. Just know that so many of us have hand-written signs (like yours) that say "Thank you".

I love this, that we can now see what it is REALLY like for you!!! Thank you for putting your life into so many others and being as real as this, to show us who you are. I've always wondered how you do what you do, look at all those books! Would you be willing to tell us what a typical day looks like for you Beth?
Amanda, thanks for posting these great pics!
God Bless you,
Gayle Ann

as i sit here and read a book on writing, the Lord prompted me to check your blog for new entries. sure enough, these fabulous pics of you lying on the ground are timely and motivational in considering my own potential writing in the future. God uses you in ways you are unaware of, even in the madness and chaos of putting thoughts on paper. He daily blesses people through you.
thank you.

Never have I anticipated one of your studies more than this one. And never will I forget sitting in that huge auditorium with you and thousands of others that day in Raleigh as you took us up those stairs ascending into the temple and on through to our ascent "nose to the carpet"!

Thank you for allowing us to give you feedback on this one - it was such a joy to get to share back with you what God is teaching us through your leadership.

Congratulations and may you have many more funny finishes!

My 6 year old little girl just asked, "Is that the lady that wrote your book"? Then I told her she just finished writing a new book. She said, (with much concern for you) "Oh she must be so tired"! Happy Friday!

I am so glad to hear we get to learn more about God through you. You are such an annointed teacher. I have LOVED the Daniel study. I can't get enough of it. I did, however, have a question about week 10 (page206). The questions about the kings are throwing me and I can't seem to give it up. I would love to be set straight. I don't know why this has become so important to me. Keep going girl! I am drinking every drop. God is so Good!

God Bless you, Beth! Thank you for being so real with us! It helps me a lot to know that the person giving the message, writing the studies,is a normal,down-to-earth person. Someone who has given herself totally; body, mind and spirit,to helping her sisters get to know and love the Lord, the way she does! No speaker or writer has ever made me want to have a real, loving relationship with the Lord, until I found you!:) You have lit a fire in my heart towards the Lord! Now I want to have, I yearn to have a real relationship with my Heavenly FATHER,thanks to you, Beth! How do I start, where do I go from here? I accepted the Lord into my heart,2 years ago, but I think it's all been in my head since then! Now I want to live it, live Him in my heart! How do I do that?
Thank you so much, Beth!
I Love you my sister!

Hi Beth!

Thanks for all your hard work in preparing these studies. We have just started your study on Daniel (and this time we've invited our husbands!). Just wondering...the Patriarchs' leaders's guide had alot of other ideas for the group discussion in addition to what was already in the workbook. As my husband and I prepare to lead the first week's discussion, I surely miss those additional exercises! What's the scoop? Any other resources of yours that might help us expand and get people more involved?

Thanks for all you do for us and the Lord!

Jane

I AM SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Excited about this study and as soon as I read about it I just got on my face and cried out to God for more of a hunger for His word. We all need whatever Beth has as far as her hunger and thirst to drink deep and keep leading others to the well that doesn't run dry! Keep the studies coming! We are hungry for more!! Much love!g

I have been so blessed by every day of the homework and the miracle is that I have done everyone of them...and a bigger miracle is my life is changed...so my motto for this year is looking up and stepping up in 2007---of course after I have been on my face before our God Most High. These picture made my day. For real. With all of your piles of books in "not so neat" order, you are a woman after my heart! :)

I'm thrilled that you are blogging. I started a devotional blog almost 2 years ago due to "pressure" in my church that we needed more estrogen in the blogosphere. Go Sista!

Also, I'm sure you get this a lot, but your bible studies are timeless. I'm just now going through "A Heart Like His" with my church group and even posted on my blog about my lesson lesson last week.

Have a great day! Can't wait to read your next study.

I am loving these pictures. It's giving us a glimpse into the hardwork that is your life Beth and it's all for the Glory of our Father and for us. I THANK YOU SO MUCH For your servants heart and your willingness to serve Him. Because without you, there would still be a lot us women walking around out there still struggling to understand Christ's love for us and struggling to understand the Word of God!
