I don't dream of exotic vacations or "adventure" travels. My dream is to attend a LPL event in person. Until then I must be content to "attend" via recaps. So, thanks for the video and making that possible.
What an amazing start to my week. As I sat watching the video, such a sweet joy came over me.
Then, as if the video was not enough, I see out of the corner of my eye a hand waving back and forth.
I look up and see my 4 year old daughter, Micah, with a spoon in one hand eating her cereal, and the other raised, praising Jesus to the music that was playing with the video.
Ushered straight to the altar in my heart on this Monday morning.
What a wonderful video. I can't wait until you guys come to Colorado Springs. I've had my ticket for months and I have it hidden in a special spot as to not lose it.
Dear Beth - What a wonderful time in Vancouver - it is such a blessing to hear what God has to say to us through someone as fun as yourself! I am actually from Washington state and travelled up north for the conference. By the way, speaking as someone who lives in the northwest but is FROM the south, your accent actually brings me the warm feeling that I'm home! :) I just wanted to run up there and give you a big old southern hug! Thanks for a great weekend and letting God work through you. PS - I'm new to this blog - why is everyone called "siestas"?
HOLY, HOLY, HOLY are you LORD! Amen! I pray that He will pour down more of His Holy Spirit on all of us this morning and that we would indeed worship Him in a manner worthy.
WORTHY is the LORD!!
Thanks for the video this morning and the chance to lift my hands in praise to Him!
Beautiful! Thanks for sharing the precious time you had in Vancouver with us! I am so blessed to know that women across America receive the benefit of wisdom and truth as Beth brings the Word of the Lord to life. What a blessing and honor to have been able to stand in prayer with you all this weekend. The Lord is amazing!
I can't wait for Jacksonville in a few weeks. I just got my plane ticket and my sister and I will go visit Greg then head up to JAX. and meet with another siesta, Kathy (charlestonyaya.blogspot.com) This board has blessed me beyond what I ever thought. Thanks for your work for the Lord. LPL Jacksonville, here we come. If you need any help with resource table, I'm probably not too rusty to help. Love you, Beth. Annette
Thank-you for summarizing our wonderful weekend together. It is difficult to portray such a time in one video....as one of my friends put it....God was palpable. A friend of hers accepted Christ this weekend!!! I don't know why we're so often amazed at how God works things out...He is God don't you know. Beth, God has so used you to speak truth into my life since my first of your studies six years ago. I've "loved" Jesus since I was young, but you were the first to witness to my spirit the truth of really being "in love" with Him...to make me say..."I want what she's having"!! Through you God has appointed moments with Him to meet me just where I was (and never in my life imagined I would be...including betrayal)...right smack in the middle of Believing God I went through some of the toughest stuff of my life. You also visited us in Vancouver right in the thick of it all and I've been amazed at how God works things ever since. Thank-you for your faithfulness to Him and your teaching this weekend on how we must release our need to Him and allow His grace to replace it...some of us don't even recognize the stuff we hang on to (it gets very comfortable after a while).God bless you all as we work "shoulder to shoulder" across the blogosphere. But heh...let's all stick tight with our "Home Girls"...it's easier to be vulnerable on a blog than to be real in person...nothing can replace someone with "skin on". One last funny thing...maybe you should have a warm-up/cool down as part of worship...my friend said that she knew she was out of shape when her thighs were burning the next day after worshiping so hard...good stuff!!
Happy 10 Year Anniversary LPM...may God give you another wonderful ten years. Beth's Bible studies give me a productive way to study God's Word. This past September my BFF asked me to join her in the Daniel study at her church and now we are in the updated A Woman's Heart. We have new areas of conversation that lift us up, so thank you all. ~Susan in Michigan
Oh I can not WAIT for San Antonio. As a Houston girl and one of the ones lucky enough to worship and study here, I thought that would be enough. But when I got word that LPL would actually be in Texas I was ecstatic!
And so were my girlfriends! We are 12 strong, coming from as far as California to study and laugh and cry together in August.
That ministered to me so powerfully! I am going to have to watch it again b/c I couldn't help but close my eyes and hold up my hands and worship Him in thanksgiving! Thank you for sharing! **Can't wait till Jacksonville (get to go with my Mom and my 14 year old daughter! 3 generations! YEAH! Counting the days!** Emmy : )
Thank you Amanda! Way to start out a Monday! The song with the video was incredible! About half way through I just felt the LORD say, "it's going to be okay, baby..you're almost through this battle." The battle has been long and hard fought and I have my scars to prove it. I just raised my hands and watched and bawled like a baby. Thank God, HE IS FAITHFUL! I was watching some of those women coming before Him, I recognize the emotions on their beautiful faces, because last year in February, the very first LPM of the year, those same emotions, facts, faith, were upon my face also. Isn't He good, to give such a good work, and word, fresh and new all of the time, each time!? He just amazes me! Thank you for sharing this AJ, God bless you all. Lisa in Kirkland,WA
What beautiful Siestas we have in Vancouver!! This is hard to describe in words but I have been attending LPL conferences since 2000. I have been an encourager at 4 events and every time I see the recap video it gets me. To see my sisters in Christ walk down for prayer, it just gets me. I don't say this lightly but it is an honor , a blessing to pray for you even if it is at my home while you are there! Praise God!
Amanda, thanks for posting this. Even though I've never been to an LPL event before, I always feel encouraged by seeing the footage. Why? Because when I see the faces of thousands of women praying and worshiping, it reminds me that there are so many sisters (and brothers) for Christ in our world. Sometimes it's easy to think only of our own church's congregation worshiping, when we have millions of followers of Christ around us! What a blessing! Until He comes :)
WOW!! Absolutely amazing! It always gives me the goosebumps and brings tears to my eyes when I watched those video recaps. I loved the ladies with the Hawaiian outfits on - too cute.
I am looking forward to Jacksonville. I have 22 ladies coming with me and we are going to have a blast with the LORD!
ok... I like the skinny cow ice-cream sandwiches too!!! BUT!!! Where I live (Wenatchee, WA) at my grocery store, Safeway - we have them in mint chocolate. WAHOO!! Also I must confess.... I freeze my slimfast & Atkins drinks to eat like ice-cream. I know, I know -I'm wacko & need to get over it... BUT, it works...sigh....
A beautiful experience captured by the grace and love of God. I know the people there will never forget how you and God have touched their lives. Many will never be the same. I know for I was at your Boone, NC seminar and it forever changed me from a pit dweller to one who accepts who I am because I am a child of God. Blessings to all of you. Yvonne
Wow!! That is some of the best "advertising" I have seen! LOL Makes me want to run out and buy tickets to the Jacksonville one. But alas they are not in the budget for this year. I sat here watching that, wanting to be a part of it, to have God touch my life in the way He was touching those there. Then I realized, God can touch my life just as powerfully right here in my own room. I just need to seek Him with all my heart, soul, mind and strength. Off to finish my homework for Living Beyond Myself! Expecting God to meet me in that time!
I made a post Saturday saying I wish I were there. Now that I've seen this vid, I'd give anything to be able to go to one of them. :)
So my question is...do y'all ever do any of these things on the other part of Texas (Meaning anywhere from Beaumont to Houston)? I live about 30 minutes from the TX/LA border. :)
Glory to God! What a blessing it was this weekend to Behold the Lamb and to know that He moved mightily in our midst. As I watched the video I am in tears remembering the blessing and outpouring of His Spirit that was with us to deliever, set free, and to just be real before our Maker. The Lord is great and greatly to be praised. I thank God for His chosen vessels that ministered and were available in obedience to be used by Him.The Lord is doing great things in these days, North America is being awakened by His Spirit . Let us continue to cry out that nothing is held back from His altar.Today I go forth believing God and praising His name that He has accomplished what I laid on the altar. Why? Because God is who He says He is. For those of us that were their keep looking unto Him and not at our circumstances this will be a challenge but lets not forget that we are here for each other to encourage. Thank you Beth I love you. God is so wonderful I don't know you personally but I do know you ( I know this dosen't make sense in one way)and I know I am loved. Praise God for the body. Love LRP
Thank you for putting together the slideshow! On this gray and rainy Bellingham, WA morning, I need to be reminded of how I felt and what God taught me up in Vancouver this last weekend.
God moved powerfully. The enemy of my soul is not happy today and I am sure feeling it. Adversity surrounds me, yet I will choose to praise my God.
Glory to God! What a weekend of blessing and worship to the Lamb upon the throne. I have spent the last couple days since the conference just beholding the Lamb and the mighty move of His Spirit that took place. God is so good He opened prison doors and set captives free and came by His Spirit and we laid things on His altar and left them there once and for all. Thank you so much to the whole team for your willingness to be available and obey Jesus and allow Him to use you as His vessels. God is moving in a mighty way throughout North America what a exciting time to be alive. To all that were their lets keep looking to Jesus and not to our circumstances or feelings. Jesus has done all things lets believe Him. I take great comfort in knowing that God is who He says He is and circumstances don't change that so lets go on rejoicing. Beth I love you so much even though I don't know you personally I do know you ( I know this sounds weird) The Lord is great and greatly to be praised. And like you said this weekend Beth in years to come we will look back and see this weekend as a mighty move in our relationships with Jesus as He pushes us forward to Him. What a friend we have in Jesus we are free to be completely real so lets start doing this. Love to sisters throughout the world. LRP
Thank you so much for sharing this! WHAT A HUGE BLESSING...Isn't God good, and isn't He just the best for making us family, even though we all don't know each other...LOVE THAT ABOUT HIM!!!
It is so amazing how God just smacks ya right in the face! The portion of scripture that Beth shared in Vancouver just pierced my soul. Nothing is hidden from God's sight...who have I been kidding! Only myself, I guess. The two days spent in worship and in the word have brought about a HUGE "heart change" for me. I know that I can come running to the mercy seat!
Thank you LPM for bringing these life changing events to women! You are a HUGE blessing!
I hear you girl! I've been to 4 LPL events and can tell you wholeheartedly it is worth every dime spent...every mile traveled to participate. As for me, I gave up diamonds and pearls years ago, so that I could have Beth's Bible study kits instead! They are my "bling" and have given me more joy than anything this world could offer. God bless you, and I pray you can make it to an event soon!
Amanda and Beth (and Rich!), I am an AMATEUR photographer in every way, form and fashion, but I so appreciate these pictures by Rich and the presentation that the movie shows. It is one thing to attend an event like this, it is clearly another challenge to make others a part of an event with a presentation like this!! I am so impressed with the pictures and the presentation. This is what I live for - to bring pictures alive to others through presentations!
Thank you for sharing this with us. Questions...what kind of camera does Rich use? what kind of software is used for the presentation?
How amazing!! Thank you for sharing such a great event! God is so good!!!!!!! I want to go to another LPL event and be moved again! I went to the KC event in 2005 and it was beyond words! Seeing all those ladies together worshiping the Lord in unison was unbelievable! GOOSEBUMPS! The HOLY SPIRIT was moving and so were we! Thank you for sharing this recap with all of us. :) Praying for you all Beth, Amanda, Melissa and LPM girls and all the Siesta's too! May God richly bless each of you! Love ya, Lori in SW MO
Beth and the The Team, Tears are spilling and I am overwhelmed with a good, Godly jealously for you. It is obvious from the pics that whenever two or more are gathered in HIS name, He is there - and HE showed up huge this weekend. I am so happy for all that got to see it first hand. Please pray that for me that our family can work out our finances by good stewardship and that traveling to an event such as this is one of the blessings that come from that good stewardship. Peace, Kim Feth in Apex, NC
BTW, I met Amy C. (Lifeway event coordinator) the other day at the coordinators meeting. So eager to see what God is going to do in Jacksonville.
Thought you'd find it interesting to know that Casting Crowns is in concert exactly a week before your event in Jacksonville at the same location. Hmmm...they'll be prepping Holy Ground for some life-changing work.
Beautiful! Is there anything more beautiful than hands lifted in worship to the Lord? It makes me SO excited for San Diego, got my tickets, got my room, can't wait to be there--can April come any sooner??!! Thank you so much for sharing!!
So, so, so very amazing! I was so blessed to be there. My "chains are gone", and I am "running to the mercy seat". Thank you Beth, Travis and the Praise Team, and everyone else who put on this amazing event. My soul was filled this weekend in Vancouver. (Thanks too, for coming to Canada!)
ditto what bookworman said. On another note, Amanda, you might want to change Melissa's name on the blog as contributor now that she's married. Just thought I'd mention it. :o)
As a Texas girl born and raised, I now live in Victoria B.C. I love your accent, Beth, as it reminds me of home. I was at the Vancouver conference and was sooooooooooooooo excited at the prospect of being in the same building with you to hear what God wanted to say to me through you. I awoke Saturday morning with a migraine and knew I would not be able to attend the conference but God is bigger than a migraine! My friends prayed for healing and deliverance from the enemy's ploy to keep me from attending and the edge was taken off the intensity of the migraine enough for me to go in faith that God would take care of me, and He did! The migraine was gone by the time I arrived at the Coliseum. Praise God! It was an amazing time and I feel so empowered after hearing you speak, Beth, as you have a gift of making the scriptures come alive for me. Thanks to you and your team and I hope you will return to Vancouver again. In the meantime, I hope to see you in San Antonio in the heat of August.
Amanda Thank you so much for sharing such an awesome video with us. To think this year is your 10th anniversary. God is and has done some wonderful things in the life of Living Proof Ministry. Now on another note. This is Living Proof 10th anniversary and on Feb 25th our Monday night Bible study the Silly Sisters starting the Patrarchs your 10th Bible study what a fitting bible study for us the start the new year. Thank you for all the bible studies and all the conferences. I don't know if I will get to attended a live conference this year but I do continue to pray that my church Bellevue Baptist in Gadsden Al will be one the of host church for the satelite conference. Thanks again and we will be praying for you tomorrow as you prepare for your Tuesday night class
Mostly shoot with a 85mm 1.2 lens and a 70-200 2.8IS Use Photoshop CS3 and do the movies in iMovie...
This slide show contains about 88 images of the 1200 shots i took...
Doing my photography brings so much joy to me when each recap is finished. My goal is to make you feel like you are there and I think I nail it every time...
I was blessed to be one of the lucky ones who attended Vancouver (from Seattle), and for those of who weren't there, two things:
1. Thank you so very much for praying for us! How touching is that? We've got ourselves just the most darling family here, don't we? I love you guys.
2. Someday, I'm just sure God is going to find a way for all of us to attend LPL together. In heaven, of course. I bet he's already got the date and booked the venue. It will be the most beautiful place, we'll all have front row seats, we will all know each other, and we'll be able to worship Jesus in his physical presence! He'll just sit back and smile at us. Oh, and importantly, the lobby will be full of Starbucks kiosks. No long lines. Because it's heaven.
10 unforgettable phrases from Beth at LPL in Vancouver....
1. What? I don't think ya'll have bad hair. Ya'll have good hair! 2. God loves you soooooooo much, and he does not sleep or slumber. (Thank you, dear Kendall.) 3. God totally gets why you do what you do. 4. Thanks to all those who called me to tell me Starbucks closed Tuesday night. God forbid your teacher wasted time going out for a latte that night (grin). 5. The word of God is _____ and _______. 6. God knows your secrets. Let's bathe this thing in the light, and bring you some healin'. 7. My style is like ____ (I can't even say it, and like my Siesta who blogged earlier, I respectfully disagree. We'll find you some much better metaphors.) 8. Girlfriend, he's laying down there with us in that pit. He gets it. But then he says, "You and me, we're about to get up and go!" 9. U2ME2 (You too? Me too!) 10. You will never cry out, "Father, Father", when he does not come instantly. He doesn't say, "Okay, I'll be there in three days." Instantly.
Thanks Beth, Travis & the praise team, LPM, and Lifeway. And most of all, Jesus.
Holiness....nothing that the world can offer can take it's place. Oh the Holiness of God...... Lord help me to be Holy as you are Holy!!!!
Thank you AJ if you could see my tears you would be able to understand how much I needed that re-cap today! It has been exactly one year ago since we saw your mom at Overlake Christian Church in Redmond, "WA as she kicked off the 2007 year and I sure am looking forward to our "SiestaFiesta" in San Antonio, TX!!! We'll be gettin' our groove on!!! WHOOWHOO!!
I hope someday to be able to afford to come to one of your events. I don't know if you ever come to Indianapolis or not. Thank you for your ministry. It truly is a blessing. Melody Peacock Ladoga, Indiana
Thank you, Thank you, THANK YOU! Rich and everyone who works behind the scenes to make availible the photos and recaps. Watching the video is next to being there. What a blessing to see how God transformed this huge complex in to a sanctuary of worship and praise to Him. No one under-the-sun can touch our hearts like God
That was such a blessed worship time; have played it over again and again! I love that song! God was truly working in that meeting!!
I hope SOMEONE out there might have extra tickets for the event this August in Louisville, KY??
Because of our son's battle with cancer, I forgot to order the tickets for our church ladies. And we live only an hour from Louisville! We have attended Cincinnati,Lexington, Indianapolis in past years.
So if anyone out there can help me, please let me know!!
Amanda, Thank you for sharing so much with us and also for letting us be a part of the events when we can't be in attendance.
Dear Beth, from the bottom of my heart, please do not ever do a study of the book of James or Job. ( just kidding,... well not really ) I just got home from Bible Study and Im am continually amazed at how God takes what Im learing and actually expects me to apply it to my life. If anyone reads this please pray for me this coming sunday. There is a test, and it has my name on it! Honestly Im not really sure how Im suppose to handle this either. So Im laying it all at the feet of Jesus and asking Him to help me be gentle yet wise and "smarter then I am".
Dear Beth, I wish I could have been there. Thanks for sharing the recap. I so enjoyed you in Rhode Island. I am so looking forward to your New England tour. I can't believe that I have been on vacation for two weeks and have not been able to get on here. I have missed you siestas all so much. It has been fun catching up and reading about the wedding and the specials treats to eat. Also prayed for Travis.
WOW.... my heart is overwhelmed with love for these sisters!! God has so opened my heart wide, Beth because of all that you do.... He is moving mightily and He's doing it thru a tiny petite blonde from Texas.. glory to GOD!!! MORE MORE MORE MORE MORE MORE GOD!!!! Show off and show us your glory!!! We love you Beth! You give me grace to be who I am for Him! Love and blessings..
these recaps never fail to bring tears of joy and shivers full of emotion. I am so grateful to the entire LPL team for their dedication to a ministry that's absolutely inspiring and life-changing. I *so* wish you could make plans to have a LPL here in London!!!!!! women everywhere in this town is in serious need of revival in God's Mighty Word!!!
I was lucky enough to be offered a ticket a 7pm on Thursday night and was in Vacouver the next day. What an amazing and awesome gift! Does anyone know the name of the song Travis and the worship team sang that had all the names for HIM in it flashed up on the screens- and where I can find it? I am so happy to have found all of you.
Thank you for coming to Vancouver. I have always had difficulty understanding everything in the bible. You make it so easy. I have a lot going on in my life right now and because of you, Beth I know that with God's help I can make it. One day at a time.
Amanda. Just checking . . .did the video change as a glitch? This is wonderful too. Maybe this is just coming up on my computer. A God thing! I would love to visit the Holy land someday.
Hi Amanda, The video has changed to something other than the Vancouver Recap Video. Something must have happened to the URL? I hope you're having a nice afternoon!
Vancouver was awesome! God poured out His Grace & Mercy on me this weekend that leaves me speechless & giddy! :-)
The song that I remember flashed the names of the Lord on the screen--it's called "Lord, You're Holy" and it's on the Living Proof Live 3 CD (The Lamb has Overcome). That's the name of the one I remember anyway! There were a bunch of amazing worship songs this weekend!!
Thank you Beth, Travis, and the whole LPM team for your ministry to so many! Praising HIM for who He is & the mighty things He did this weekend!
wow.. i must admit like a typical girl i could cry as i watched this.. i watched people be washed by the water of the word and worship. Wow... wow.. wow.. i didn't realize how much I took for granted getting together with women for a conference based on God's word until I moved out here to serve God in nepal. It has been 7 months and i have not heard english sermons ( i still cannot keep up with the sermon in nepalee) but i am learning to feed myself in different ways with God's word.. we live for things even such as that small snippet of video. thanks for letting me experience that with my siestas even out here in nepal!
Oh my! I live in Greater Vancouver and had the priviledge of attending LPL! In fact there were 22 of us Sistahs (Canadian version lol) in attendance. We were all exhausted from all the praising!
I confess I have not been able to complete my memorization homework.... middle-aged full brain and such. ;)
All I can say is this:
And I Heard Him
When I was born an Angel came to me. The Angel spoke of a love so strong and pure, offering His grace and mercy. Unconditionally. But I didn’t see him. When I cried an Angel came to me. The Angel sang of a love so strong and pure offering His grace and mercy. Unconditionally. But I didn’t hear him. One day I awoke in the depths of despair. Then Jesus came to me A soft voice so strong and pure His grace and mercy released my shame. Jesus said He loved me. And I heard Him.
Thanks for sharing this with all of us. I did attend the Vancouver BC LPL event!! It was so wonderful to look back and remember the powerful worship and teaching. How did you know exactly what I needed to hear? Never mind, I know how you knew!! What an amazing, powerful God we serve. "The word of God is living and active, sharper than any double-edged sword..." Thank you for allowing the Lord to use you to touch so many lives!!
All I saw were hands raised everywhere and it occurred to me that in some way we do it almost in an instinct to try to reach up and touch Him. I know He was in that place!

DON'T YOU JUST LOVE THE BODY OF CHRIST?
I love these recaps. I love the feeling that something huge was going on in the Kingdom and in some small way we get to be a part.
I absolutely CAN NOT WAIT until Louisville in August. Anyone else but me and Kelli going???
Thanks, Amanda for sharing this. Is there a commissioning? Just curious, you know?

Thank you! I needed that. Feeling alittle like an alien this week. I looked that word up and it said; "belonging to another" How true is that.

That is awesome! I'm hoping to go to Vancouver this fall with my husband! Sounds like a beautiful place! Wish I could have been there for that!!!
BLessings,
Kim
Beautiful. I love to watch my siestas loving Jesus and loving eachother.
Warm in Alaska.
WOW! It makes me even more excited to see you in may! I love you Beth!
Yvonne
Just beautiful! I cry every time I watch these. Praise God for 10 years of LPL! See you twice in August....Louisville and TX!!!!
Blessings over you all~
Fran
What a blessing...God is so good!
Thank you for sharing!
Kimberly
I am in tears! God always shows up! Praise you Jesus for how you answer the prayers of your Siestas! You worked in a powerful way in Vancouver!
HOLY ARE YOU LORD!!!!!!
Amanda in SC
Absolutely Awesome! Glory! Thank you Jesus! That was a blessing! What a wonderful praise song!
Beautiful!
Beautiful song,
Beautiful photos,
Beautiful expressions of love, wonder, healing and hope.
All brought by our Beautiful Savior!
Thank you for offering your all to be used by Him - He makes it all beautiful.
Wow, absolutely beautiful video. I have my ticket to Jacksonville and can't wait!!!!
Bless you all.
Wow, absolutely beautiful video. I have my tickets to Jacksonville and I can't wait!!!!!!
Bless you all.
AWESOME!!!!!!!!! I cant wait till Atlanta!
Awesome!!!
Anyway,thank y'all for posting this.

LRP
Oh how awesome! I simply cannot wait for San Antonio!!!
Amen, Amen, Amen....
I'd love to hear the story behind the Hawaiian attire!
Praises for His annointing on Vancouver,
Kelli
Erika in Seattle
To bookworman:
I hear you girl! I've been to 4 LPL events and can tell you wholeheartedly it is worth every dime spent...every mile traveled to participate. As for me, I gave up diamonds and pearls years ago, so that I could have Beth's Bible study kits instead! They are my "bling" and have given me more joy than anything this world could offer. God bless you, and I pray you can make it to an event soon!
peace for the journey~elaine
Amanda and Beth (and Rich!),
I am an AMATEUR photographer in every way, form and fashion, but I so appreciate these pictures by Rich and the presentation that the movie shows.
Very impressive - you sucked me in!! Love it!!!
Janet
How awesome!! I can hardly wait til LPL in Jax this month!!!
Praying for you all Beth, Amanda, Melissa and LPM girls and all the Siesta's too! May God richly bless each of you!
Love ya,
Lori in SW MO
Beth and the The Team,
Tears are spilling and I am overwhelmed with a good, Godly jealously for you.
Peace,
Kim Feth in Apex, NC
wow !! how awesome !!
i can't wait to see you in jacksonville at the end of the month. and, i'll be in colorado springs in may. can't wait !!

patti.
Dear Beth,
What a blessing! Thank you for sharing.
Praying you up!
Love in Sweet Jesus,
Susan
Thank you so much for sharing. I pray the 2009 schedule has Raleigh, NC in it!!
Thanks for coming to the Northwest.
God met me there in that hockey arena. Amazing how he continues to pursue and show me things about myself that keep me from him.
I love your praise team. Travis' songs were powerful.
God has used your studies to reconnect my theology to my heart. Today, I am walking with Him in a new way.
Thank you! Thank you!
Beautiful! Is there anything more beautiful than hands lifted in worship to the Lord? It makes me SO excited for San Diego, got my tickets, got my room, can't wait to be there--can April come any sooner??!! Thank you so much for sharing!!
Love and Blessings,
Tamara Scire
So, so, so very amazing! I was so blessed to be there. My "chains are gone", and I am "running to the mercy seat". Thank you Beth, Travis and the Praise Team, and everyone else who put on this amazing event. My soul was filled this weekend in Vancouver. (Thanks too, for coming to Canada!)
I love that song anyway and coupled with those pictures is so powerful. Thank you Amanda for getting this to us so quickly.
Don't you just wish you were there!!
Wow I got goosey bumps! I loved that in each picture you could see the presence of God. Thank you for sharing this video and beautiful song with us!
WOW! Just WOW! He is ALIVE Siestas!
Thank you Jesus!
Love to all!
Donna
ditto what bookworman said.
In the meantime, I hope to see you in San Antonio in the heat of August.
thank you for such holy joy! and a great anticipation when my dearest friend from St. Louis and I attend your conference in Denver.
Amen! Our God is sooo awesome and so holy! I didn't want the video to end...what an encouragement! God is so good! Thanks for sharing, Amanda!

To answer Janet's question and anybody else
I use a Canon 5D
Mostly shoot with a 85mm 1.2 lens and
a 70-200 2.8IS
Use Photoshop CS3
and do the movies in iMovie...
This slide show contains about 88 images of the 1200 shots i took...
Doing my photography brings so much joy to me when each recap is finished. My goal is to make you feel like you are there and I think I nail it every time...
Later siestas, Rich

(Thank you, dear Kendall.)
We'll find you some much better metaphors.)
8. Girlfriend, he's laying down there with us in that pit. He gets it. But then he says, "You and me, we're about to get up and go!"
9. U2ME2 (You too? Me too!)
10. You will never cry out, "Father, Father", when he does not come instantly. He doesn't say, "Okay, I'll be there in three days." Instantly.
Thanks Beth, Travis & the praise team, LPM, and Lifeway. And most of all, Jesus.

Blessings to all of you, Nancy
The video re-cap does make me feel like I was there! Thanks Rich! Thanks Chris for the ten phrases, they were good to hear this morning!

God Bless you all for you work you do!!
Beautiful. (lump in throat) Holy, Holy, Holy is the LORD.

Dear Beth, from the bottom of my heart, please do not ever do a study of the book of James or Job. ( just kidding,... well not really )
I just got home from Bible Study and Im am continually amazed at how God takes what Im learing and actually expects me to apply it to my life.
If anyone reads this please pray for me this coming sunday. There is a test, and it has my name on it! Honestly Im not really sure how Im suppose to handle this either. So Im laying it all at the feet of Jesus and asking Him to help me be gentle yet wise and "smarter then I am".
God is alive and active in Vancouver!!!
AMEN!
I work from home on Tues and Thurs so I could watch the video. This is awesome, thank you for posting it.
Dear Beth,
I wish I could have been there.
From a little Canadian girl living in Alabama with her sweetheart... great to see you up North of border! High fives, hip bumps, and hugs all around!
Praise You Lord!
WOW.... my heart is overwhelmed with love for these sisters!!

Please, Please tell me the name of that song!
Am praying....
Thank you for coming to Vancouver. I have always had difficulty understanding everything in the bible. You make it so easy. I have a lot going on in my life right now and because of you, Beth I know that with God's help I can make it. One day at a time.
Oh, Praise be to God!
Love, love, LOVE the video. Every time I see a LPL video recap, I'm transported back to my own experience at LPL events.
All I can say is GLORY!!
Crazy for Christ,
~Cheryl
Vancouver was awesome! God poured out His Grace & Mercy on me this weekend that leaves me speechless & giddy! :-)
The song that I remember flashed the names of the Lord on the screen--it's called "Lord, You're Holy" and it's on the Living Proof Live 3 CD (The Lamb has Overcome). That's the name of the one I remember anyway! There were a bunch of amazing worship songs this weekend!!
Thank you Beth, Travis, and the whole LPM team for your ministry to so many! Praising HIM for who He is & the mighty things He did this weekend!
Blessings,
Sara in Lakewood, WA
wow.. i must admit like a typical girl i could cry as i watched this.. i watched people be washed by the water of the word and worship. Wow... wow.. wow.. i didn't realize how much I took for granted getting together with women for a conference based on God's word until I moved out here to serve God in nepal.
And I Heard Him
When I was born
an Angel came to me.
The Angel spoke of
a love so strong and pure,
offering His grace and mercy.
Unconditionally.
But I didn’t see him.
When I cried
an Angel came to me.
The Angel sang of
a love so strong and pure
offering His grace and mercy.
Unconditionally.
But I didn’t hear him.
One day I awoke
in the depths of despair.
Then Jesus came to me
A soft voice so strong and pure
His grace and mercy released my shame.
Jesus said He loved me.
And I heard Him.
c. Desiree Layne Love Scott
God bless you all!
thank you so much. I am so looking forward to going to CO in May. How wonderful! God is so good. What a blessing.
Thanks for sharing this with all of us. I did attend the Vancouver BC LPL event!! It was so wonderful to look back and remember the powerful worship and teaching. How did you know exactly what I needed to hear? Never mind, I know how you knew!! What an amazing, powerful God we serve. "The word of God is living and active, sharper than any double-edged sword..."
Thank you for allowing the Lord to use you to touch so many lives!!
All I saw were hands raised everywhere and it occurred to me that in some way we do it almost in an instinct to try to reach up and touch Him. I know He was in that place!
