Head Above the Wedding Waters
Hey, Siestas! I am so happy to reconnect with you today! I am just beginning to emerge from the throes and promised not to leave you hanging. Some of you may not be able to bear another entry about the wedding (last one till a handful of professional pics come back! Then that will be the real last one! Unless Melissa wants to talk about it when she gets back, then that will be the real last one really) but, for others, I fear I’d be slapped about the head with a corn tortilla if I didn’t offer up some treats on the festive table of Siestaville. Let me begin by giving a much deserved volume-10 shout of thanks to Amanda for doing such a fabulous job of keeping you up on our all festivities. All three of us – AJ, Lis, and I – wanted so much for you to be a part of it and, thanks almost entirely to just one of us, you were, if you wanted to be. Her terrific play-by-play and snap-shot walk-thru helped me relive so much of the excitement…and I really needed to! As so many of you know, you plan a wedding for months and it seems it will never come then suddenly it’s over in a flash and you wonder if you missed it.
Amanda won’t appreciate me taking up space here to dote on her about stuff like this but, truly, she is the ultimate big sister for big occasions. Among many other things, she planned the girls’ night out on Thursday night, hosted the spa day on Friday (I joined them at the end and took them all to the bridal lunch but felt they’d have more fun without a mom right in the middle of those two things). Amanda showered Melissa with numerous gifts that only a sister can give – complete with said celebratory CD – and, all in all, simply never left her side leading up to the ceremony. She also let Melissa be right for twenty-four solid hours which was no small task for girls who do not mind sharing their minds. Perhaps best of all (since words are our chief love language), Amanda wrote and read the neatest blessing at their reception, calling back to mind so many Moore memories and traditions that she hoped Melissa would carry on. (Equally I hope to call OFF, in Jesus’ Name, the ones we hope neither daughter carries on. And there are plenty.) Even as understandably distracted as our little bride was, the blessing wasn’t wasted on her. She called from the airport the next day and told Amanda how she loved it and wanted to make sure it was in a safe place so she could find it and keep it forever. Take heart, mother of fighting siblings!! Thanks to Jesus, they may one day be able to stand beside one another without you having to say, “Am I going to have to separate you two or paddle you?”
OK, here are a few of my favorite memories that haven’t been mentioned in our posts so far:
*Having Melissa upstairs in her room just like she ought to be on the morning of the wedding. Fixing coffee one last time for my darling little single daughter. Using our matching cups with our names on them (that one of our Bible study sisters somewhere in the nation sent all three of us, as a matter of fact! In case the giver is tuned into Siestaville, they are darling green and yellow mugs with parsley sprigs painted on them after an LBY story I told. We have used them a jillion times in the last three years!)
*Watching Lis and her Daddy do a quick run-thru of their dance that morning while they were still in their jammies.
*Springing the money for a stretch limo to take Lis, Amanda, and me to the church (the men came much later) so that we could lay her dress all the way out without wrinkling it. Stopping, of course, by a Starbucks on the way and laughing because we had to. Seeing someone from Tuesday night Bible study while I was in there and having her ask, “Don’t you have a wedding coming up sometime soon?” and pointing to the block-long car and replying, “That’s us and, actually, we’re supposed to be at the church right now.”
*Spending that one last hour with Melissa, Amanda, and the bridesmaids in the bride’s room before the ceremony began. We girls had already had our pictures taken in the sanctuary so we were completely ready yet we had an hour to wait. I didn’t want to crunch up my dress by sitting down so, since they all had on strapless dresses, I just walked around and gave all the bridesmaids and the bride back tickles. (Admit it, that’s what you really want when you go for a massage but you’re too embarrassed to ask.) The conversation in that room was so precious and it was almost like God heightened my senses where I could take in every sound, sight, and scent. I’ll never forget it. Melissa was so happy. She kept looking at the clock and, instead of being nervous or fretting about one single remaining thing, she kept saying, “Only forty more minutes…only thirty-three more minutes…only fifteen more minutes…only five more minutes!” I reveled in the absolute assurance that my baby daughter was marrying exactly who she wanted to marry. She could hardly wait. I couldn’t resist texting Colin to say, “Amid all the stress of the last four months, this child has not had one single doubt. She cannot wait to marry you.” I heard back from him instantly. It represented something so precious to me. I realized with entirely fresh understanding that, when the bride has made herself ready (Revelation 19:7), she doesn’t want the ceremony delayed. She wants to see her groom. I want to be that way about Jesus. Without a hint of morbidity, I want to be a bride who sets her mind on making herself ready for her startlingly gorgeous groom and can hardly wait to meet Him at that altar. I want to live like a young woman getting ready for the biggest royal wedding in the universe.
*Watching Colin watch her.
*Watching her watch Colin.
*Watching Keith watch me. Heehee. I dang well meant to catch his eye that night.
*I don’t know if I can describe my favorite all-time moment in words because you would kinda had to have seen it. As Melissa and Colin held hands and faced one another, saying their vows, Lis would periodically shimmy back and forth with the unbridled glee of a five year-old. It was almost like she’d get a sudden jolt of a happy-shiver. She was delirious. Happier than she was the night we got to see “New Kids on the Block” and I never imagined she’d ever be more in love than she was with Donnie Wahlberg. Alas, the heart heals. I doubt a soul at the wedding missed the shimmy because you could hear folks all over the sanctuary snickering. This I promise you: no one there could accuse either one of those two people of being dragged down that aisle.
*Looking around that beautiful candlelit room at the restaurant-reception and seeing so many people we love celebrating there with us: our families, our best buddies, our LPM sisters and many of their handsome husbands, our dearest church friends, Melissa and Colin’s high school friends. People like Travis and Angela Cottrell who are like blood to us and who we love so much we could cry. Friends like Steve and Dixie who took time they didn’t have and came several thousand miles to stand with us. Seeing couples dance and even smooch that I’ve hardly seen hold hands before. A wedding is so good for an ailing romance.
*Dancing with my man. Knowing we’d ride home together. And feel things nobody else could feel with us. Good things. Tender things. God things.
*Feeling happy but a little lost about 1:00 AM that morning back at my house…then tiptoeing in to look at my grandson while he slept in his crib. And it was his second birthday. And thinking how life really does go on. And how right it is for them to grow up. But maybe not so fast.
And those are good things for me to be thinking right about now as I sit on the tiny porch of Melissa’s apartment while the movers busy themselves packing everything she owns. Some things are meant to be felt.
Love big.
On behalf of the Moores, Joneses and Fitzpatricks, thank you so much for entering into this wonderful and important season of our lives. We do not take your love lightly nor your prayers sparingly. May God throw you a surprise party of your own. We are humbled to be your servants.
PS. DJ, you are smarter than a fifth grader to your siestas. How dare they?

I love a good romance. Better still...a happy ending! That's what we've been promised as we share the sacred romance with our Savior. He gave me my own Valentine this morning. I wrote about it on my blog, but it is too lengthy to share here. If anyone is interested in reading about it, I'd love to share it with you.

In addition, Beth, we had a "beyond the mind can measure" beginning to "Stepping Up" on Tuesday night. I am so privileged to lead your studies and enjoy the rich fellowship of so many women. I pray for you on a regular basis and thank God for bringing you into my life.
peace for the journey~elaine
You say the sweetest things Beth. Your love for your family and your God are just so real through this laptop computer. I thank you for sharing so much with us. You let us in your family and we love you all. I continute to think about the new bride and groom and hope their week is just flat out FULL!
Blessings Moore, Jones, and Fitzpatrick families. May HE continue to be the love of your life and be your hearts greatest desire.
Beth, I could never get tired of wedding info, especially from such a wonderful couple that are obviously very much in love. As I read your words it took me back to almost 15 years ago when I left the "nest" (for the second and final time). My man is really wonderful and we need God right now to continue to remind us of our love and devotion as we go through this season in our marriage. I am so excited to tell you that we are going to begin a couple's devotion in the hopes that it will help us reconnect. I couldn't help but get out our Wedding Album and how the tears fell as I remembered how we felt that day. I want that back so bad and I know that with the Lord's help we will get that feeling back. My husband is a Baptist Preacher (though not pastoring a church right now, PTL!!!!, I know I am being selfish) I thank the Lord for such a wonderful family to look to (even though we have not met) for comfort and hope. I pray for all of you a truly blessed life and for Colin and Melissa a blessed life beyond their hopes and dreams. And Amanda, truly a Godly lady and the best big sis a person could have. I wanted to say that Jackson looks like his daddy...to cute. God bless you and all your family.
Thanks for letting us share in your day.
You honor us so much to include us in such a family and friend event. But what an honor for me to pray for you all.
Went today to order the invitations for my own daughter's wedding in a few months. I remember her telling me as a four year old, she would never leave me. I smiled and said "Someday you will want to leave me and live with your husband." She assured me she wouldn't. Now she can hardly wait. I'm not sure I'm ready though. I'll miss her squeals from upstairs and her moodiness and her shoes all over the place.
She started "Breaking Free" with me and 21 other ladies last night. This is an answered prayer for her AND her groom.

Oh thank you for sharing those moments! My husband and I have been married for 2yrs.2mths... we treasure every "21st" of the month because that was the day we were married...then we never forget! :)
My question is... Did anything funny or unexpected happen? It seems that something little always happens that makes us thank God that it is not about the wedding... but the marriage. :)
I feel like I was fly on the wall after yours and Amanda's posts.
My 6 year old niece got one of the little girl make-up kits for Christmas and she was so exicted she squealed and did a little dance...I can picture Melissa.
Congratulations to all and I am so happy everything was so grand!
What a glorious time for you. I am so happy for you. And your family. I'm glad that you had Jackson in the wee hours of the Saturday night. I'm sure that his sweet presence eased some of the bitter sweet feelings of Melissa being all grown up.
May God continue to bless you.
My heart is so full reading your favorite moments... Again, I don't know how it happened but you all are family to me. Thank you for the precious gift of intimate moments shared with all of us.
One day we will all reunite and share the love with Jesus and each other!!!
Oh thank you Miss Beth. How wonderful to be included in all the festivities. I prayed and prayed and feel so blessed to witness(albeit from cyberspace)a "real" family enjoying a season of such blessing. It gives me such hope! Thank you for sharing so much...God IS glorified.
Party ON!
I have so enjoyed reading your hearts, the emotions that flow from my heart as you share, and to know that we are Sisters, because of the Shed Blood that we despartely need!
Love to the Siestas!!!

I have tears just running down my face! Just running! I sit here waiting for my parents to bring my two little daughters home. (Grams and Daddy Mac took them for "winter break" so daddy and mommy could have a much needed week alone)
This made me feel so much better!
"Take heart, mother of fighting siblings!! Thanks to Jesus, they may one day be able to stand beside one another without you having to say, 'Am I going to have to separate you two or paddle you?"
There is hope!!!
Thank so much for including us! You make us feel part of the family, well I guess in a way we all ARE one big family!
Blessings

Beth, Thank you and AJ for sharing your stories with us/with me. It blesses my life so much! I could never tire of hearing about the wedding. Thank you for wanting to do that.
I/We our small group love you and your family and wish you all much happiness and joy for years and years!
See you in San Diego soon!
love, marianne
Hey Beth,
Thanks for the much anticipated post from the mother of the bride, and thanks right back to you for including us in this special season. I'm a fairly recent mother of the groom, but I'll resist the urge to go on about our firstborn son's wedding.
I wish all of you blessings and rest in the coming days.
In Christ Alone,
Patti
I want to repeat what my other siestas said and say thank you for sharing this special day with us! I can promise you we would never tire of hearing about Melissa's and Colin's day! You all are to sweet to do so!
Being a mom I am filled with all kinds of emotions as I read your thoughts. Knowing that in a few years I will be the mother of the groom. :o) I don't have daughters so this was special to me to be able to read about Melissa's wedding and all your preparations. A special thanks to Amanda. She made us feel like we were there! Beth you were a beautiful M.O.B. Many blessings to you and your family!
Love,
Patty
Sigh, Sigh, Sigh.....I just love weddings and romance and love. I too have two daughters - 12 1/2 and 9 1/2. They are very opinionated and can really go at it sometimes. I know they really love each other and have moments of enjoying one anothers company. I'm so glad that there is hope that they will be even closer one day - helping each other at their weddings.
Thank you sooooooooo much for sharing - you and Amanda, both. It means so much that y'all care to let us in on such personal and intimate times.
God is good to us all - I love HIM so. I want to be found preparing for and anticipating my Groom, too. He is truly everything!
Have a fantastic weekend!!
Much Love
Thanks so much for shareing this with us .Now you get your specail coffee & put your feet up & rest ok.God bless you all Love sister in Christ Victoria NC
On behalf of all my fellow siestas, whom I'm sure will agree with me:
THANK YOU for letting us share in your lives, through the joy and the sorrow and everything in between. We are truly honored.
WE LOVE YOU!!!

Thank you for so generously sharing the intimate details of your family's special day! From your earlier note to Melissa and all the special things you have said about both of your daughters, I would love for my momma to be able to verbalize how she feels about me the way you feel about your daughters.
Thank you for sharing, it was a blessing to me!

Thanks so much for allowing us to be a part of this wonderful day. I too feel like a fly stuck to the wall in that place. You have always made us feel like we are special to you and some what part of your precious family. I am so thrilled to know that all is well and just wanted to let you know how precious you all are to us. But, we atill want to see more PICTURES! love ya much, Carla
I can feel God's love radiating through this computer screen!
Thank you for your thoughts and for sharing. What a wonderful, magical event! How God can unite so many of us in one place and share the blessings of a beautiful wedding!
Beth you said:
"Some things are meant to be felt.
Love big."
I love that. How wonderful all yoru moments of Saturday.
Tuesday night, at our bible study, we did the last night of Stepping Up. Do you remember, on that tape, you talked about Melissa and her broken heart and the song Broken Road, and how God had a plan...
It was just about too much to soak in that lesson and song, knowing your Melissa has just gotten married this past weekend.
Amazing timing.
Love Big. I have three babies to do that to....I am gonna love them big tonight.
(Probably means hotdogs and mac-n-cheese, but that is big lovin' to them!)
Thank you so much for sharing such details! I've watched the blog all weekend and prayed like crazy for each detail. May God richly bless and protect the entire family as you write the next chapters of your life with married ones and grandbabies! It is so fun to have a glimpse into your journey. Jesus shines through it all and makes me want to know him more.
Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts with us! It was such an honor to be a part of this special time in your family's life!
Thank you for the reminder that we will all be THE most beautiful bride one day when the ultimate Groom comes for us!
I wanted to let you know that I am playing a part of a woman bound by actual chains from her past in our Easter drama. She is bound by pain and bitterness because of abandonment by her father. I guess I was selected for the role because the same thing happened to me.
But Hallelujah, I will be literally unchained by Jesus! Just as I was in real life! Praise the Lord! I facilitated Breaking Free a couple of years ago and I can't wait to be a part of sending its healing message once again through this drama! Thank you Beth for letting the Lord use you in such a mighty way through that study!
Praying for you and your staff as you too are sending this amazing message once again!
Much love!
Kristi B.
Beth,
Thanks so much for taking time out to let us be a part of this wonderful, precious and tender time in your lives.
Thanks so much for sharing with us! My brother gets married in 17 days (who's counting!) and I am up to my eyeballs in preparations for that wedding - making flower girl dresses for my two girlies, mother of the groom's dress and a few other projects too. What fun it was to see someone else's wedding plans come to fruition! I sent my soon-to-be sister-in-law to the site to read AJ's updates and she email me back in tears, so excited about her own wedding! I am taking her and my mother to see youi in San Diego in April and we are so excited! Blessings to your whole family and thanks again for sharing!
Christine
That was such a sweet recap. My Mom and I said our favorite picture was you in your dress cooking for Beanie, as a mother of a rather fat and persnickety Dachshund, I love that even when life is at a frenzy, we still take care of the ones we love with servant's heart. I do think you should've used an apron, but Live a Little! What wonderful memories of my wedding this all brought back!
Beth,
Come on and admit it - you cook for Beanie in a formal evening dress all the time! I laughed the most at that pic! Loved the hair.
Don't you wonder how someone can see a wedding as true as this and doubt God's existence? Enjoy your moments.
Peace,
Kim in Apex
Beth, Amanda, Melissa, Please don't stop writing the LPM blog. It is like an intraveneous feeding for me, goes right where I need it - my heart. Thank you for encouraging me in my love for God, family, and life. Sharing your blessings makes me count mine. With love.
I enjoyed every word posted today Beth. Thank you for sharing your moments with us. THe candid, unseen glimpses into the wedding from your perspective and Amanda's pictures gave me the whole picture.
And as I usually say, I am so blessed... by your being blessed... to serve us all.
Loving Much!!!
Chelle'
I could never get tired of hearing about weddings!! I have been eagerly anticipating your post about the weekend. Knowing the way you have with words and all that went on this past weekend, I knew that there was going to be some tears shed. And I was soo right! Your words totally had me tearing up quite often.
I am so honored that you all allowed us and are continuing to allow us into your life and the life of your family. I honestly thought about you all, all day on Sat. Said prayers everytime too!
Thank you for your side of the weekend. I pray that when the weekend and big day finally arrive for me, things will be that beautiful. When my sister got married, we weren't very close. So things that I would have loved to do for her, I didn't get the opportunity to do. But our relationship is on the mend and I feel that when/if that day comes for me, it will be a more joyous occasion. Thank you for giving me a beautiful image of how a wedding weekend can go.
Love to you all!
Nikki
Oh Beth..what a wonderful post. It sounded like a perfect fairy tale wedding. While yall were waltzing down the aisle, my man and I were at a marriage conference rekindling romance. The pictures on the blog are beautiful too. Thanks so much for sharing! I too have two daughters and I just pray that they find wonderful husbands as your girls have.
Oh, and the New Kids on the Block part was just too funny. I am a little older than your girls, but that was my first concert..and I thought it was the best thing in the world.
I need help with a strong willed daughter...You've spoke of having experience w/ one of those ;-). Whats a mama to do?? I pray till I'm blue in the face sometimes!! She can be so defiant at times, then sweet as pie at others. I am rambling on too..iyiyi!
Again..thanks for sharing the wedding w/ all of us..We love ya..
oh..and I am enjoying doing Stepping Up right now.
Blessings~Alyce
Thank you so much, Beth and Amanda, for sharing such precious personal times with us. In the photo of the three of you before Girls' Night Out, I saw clearly on Amanda's lovely face the incredible sweet spirit Beth described so beautifully in an earlier blog. How blessed are those to whom you minister, Amanda! How blessed are we to have the encouragement, excitement and just plain fun of this blog. I appreciate you so much!
Love from WendyB (who cannot make her Blogger password work!)
I have cried at every single post about this wedding. I am touched so deeply by all the love that just jumps from these pages and goes straight to the heart. Y'all are all precious--thanks for sharing these bits of you life with us.
Beth, I love love love reading your blogs and listening to you in your Bible studies...although I have to admit that your southern accent does distract me a lot! :) I so enjoy hearing about everyone in your lovely family as well. Thank you for making so much of it public - it really serves as good guidance for me a lot of the time in ways you might not expect (you're my mama Beth because my parents aren't believers). :) I can't imagine how hard it must be to live in a fishbowl. I almost cried (with relief) when I read that your girls used to fight - that godly families with godly children have maybe-not-so-godly fights! :) My 2 rambunctious precious young boys and my spitfire princess little girl can certainly have some frequent and petty fights. My sweet husband knows how stinkin' funny I think you are, so is kind enough to watch some of your videos with me because he's such a supportive best friend. I already bought my ticket to your conference here in Minneapolis this July!! Julie
Thank you so much for sharing! It is a very strange feeling when it is all over, but memories are so so wonderful. I think it took mom and I an entire year to recover from "our" wedding.
We are in the Daniel bible study
and were in session 7 this week. You described Amanda coming down her wedding aisle (in an illustration of The Ancient of Days seeing Jesus-- that's my son!)We all smiled to think that you just experienced that again!
I got tickled hearing about Melissa's "shivers" at the altar. How precious!
Beth, I heard you talk about this event this past Tuesday night and am amazed at your ability to keep on going with your sort of schedule. But a wedding...one just has to love a wedding in the middle of life.
As an empty-nester myself, I can appreciate and love most the dance with you and Keith. We handed off our "baby" (the 7th of 7 daughters)to her husband who moved them both to Capetown, S.A. nearly 3 years ago - it's a new season of life for Bob and I.
And we're having the time of our lives! May you and Keith find the same!
Praise the Lord and pass the hankies! I loved hearing your take on the wedding dear one! You are so right, some things are meant to be felt. I find that with my children it is all bitter/sweet, happy/sad all at the same time. God bless you and Keith in this new season of your lives and my prayers are with you.
I have been hanging on the "glimpse" blog for days and love the details we now get to share. As a mother of two boys I will never feel those things that you did as a MOB, but will undoubtedly one day experience life from the MOG's perspective. My heart is tender and I can only hope that my future daughter-in-laws will one day call me "lovely, blessed and beloved"....oh how precious is that...a new secret prayer of mine! Thank you for sharing this time with us.
How wonderful when our families grow larger and it's not us giving birth! Enjoy your newest addition (Colin)!
Blessings-
Enjoying Grace
What great details from you and AJ! Thanks for the scoop and the glimpse inside your heart as you celebrate with your baby daughter/sister!
I am a romantic at heart and can't help but curl up nice and tight (hopefully with a cup of coffee) and listen to ANYONE tell their love story! And pictures just make it come alive.
Blessings to all the Moores, Joneses and Fitzpatricks!!! Can't wait to hear more on the wedding and see even more pictures! You all were beautiful (not that there was ever a question about that aspect of the wedding)!
Happy week of recovery! :)
Absolutely beautiful wedding. Thank you for including us in your joy. Siesta's forever.
Loved all the scoop on the wedding! You all looked GORGEOUS and happy! A BIG thank you for sharing it with the siestas!! Can't wait to hear about the honeymoon and see more pictures. How was Jackson's birthday??? Love you all! God is GREAT!!
Ditto, Ditto and Ditto to all my Siestas! We are so honored and blessed to be able to share. Thank you for sharing your best moments from the weekend. I smiled so big reading every line.
Thanks for the encouragement.. I need it... house full of teenagers.. 16.5 year old Son having to decide on his junior year course of study and plan on visiting colleges... and 14.5 year old twin daughters who fight and love each other like mad who have just decided what they want to take next year as sophmores. My heart just breaks as they grown up and I realize i have 2/3 years with them to LOVE BIG on.
I honestly don't know how you sweet women do it... but I want to love them and watch them blossom in Jesus Name!
May we all have the giggles and the wiggles as we look at our husbands tonight!
God Bless the Moore/Jones/Fitzpatrick homes!
Hurry up San Antonio!
Love ya'll - Dedra

This has to be my favorite part, dear Beth. Such a beautiful reflection of your heart for both your husband, your precious children and grandchild(future -ren) and for the Lord our God! Telling you that those pics of you cooking for Beanie are simply too cha-cha... no need to waste an absolutely fabulous dress like that just for a few hours at a little old wedding... You must wear it for odd jobs around the house feeling like a diva I'm sure! LOL!
ANYWHO! Thanks so much for sharing. You are a blessed woman, Mrs. Beth and we praise God for all Your Good News... We, too, are blessed by this little ray of sunshine you offer us.
It spurs us on, I hope you know. Love and BIG HUGGS!
Ms. Beth, it's great to have you back on the blog! I have so enjoyed all the wedding talk and photos. Like most girls, I love weddings and everything that goes along with them...as I wipe a few tears from my eyes:)
Just to let you know, I live outside Atlanta and hope Melissa and Colin have a smooth transition here. I attend Buckhead Church(which is part of Andy Stanley's church, Northpoint Community Church). There are so many wonderful young married couples at Buckhead, I hope they will check it out one Sunday. It's awesome!
The Journey Continues~
How wonderful that you share your family and love with us as GOD/JESUS did in the HOLY BIBLE!
With "Heaven Bound" blessings,
Kim Safina
PS I ended up adding my wedding photo after 25 years to my blogspot. It was such a joy to hear from some of the bridesmaids/groomsmen after such a long time.

Dear Beth and Amanda,
I'm so thankful you shared this with us. THANKS!
Hugs,
Adrienne
I love ya'll!
Thank you so much for sharing you favorite moments with us. The night before Melissa and Colin wed I just prayed so hard for them. I remember a conference I was at that you were teaching and you mentioned that someone had hurt Melissa. I started praying for her then. I felt like I knew her pain even though I didn't. I know God has answered those prayers. Thank you for being real and allowing God to use you and your family. It has made a difference in my life and my families forever. May God richly bless you and yours.
Lord bless,
Crissy
Thank you for sharing these stories with us! They are a blessing and a reminder to either wear waterproof mascara or read after I've taken my make up off.
Thank-you for sharing with us so willingly. You honor us.
And I do love a good love story...
Thanks for the glimpse at your tender moments....you know how to hit us right in the heart!! We can never get too much of it....you can be sure of that. Hope you can get enough rest before Vancouver....we all can't wait.
Dear Beth -
Thank you so much for sharing your life with us. You are an incredible person. We siestas are extremely blessed by your ministry to us. Thank you for being an example to us by your love for Jesus. Thank you for your love for us!
You are loved,
Sharon, NC
Thank you so much for sharing. I truly love weddings, and I get so excited to be at one or hear about one. They are such a blessing. May you be filled with the joy that you felt on that day, even in the midst of moving boxes and trucks.
Thanks for letting us share in these wonderful family times. It's truely a joy to be included.
I love all your sharing on this BUT PLEASE I JUST WANT TO SEE THE DRESS!! You have teased us with tiny little glimpses but we want MOOOOORE...
:)
Thank you, Beth, for telling us more sweet stories from the wedding and from your eyes, too. I thanked AJ on the last post for taking such good care of her siestas! She was so sweet and thoughtful to share so many pics and so much detail with us! We cherished it! :)
Oh, and are you kidding me? We will NEVER tire of more wedding details and wedding pics! We are women and we L-O-V-E a good love story. ;) Heehee.. So bring it on sista!
Much love,
Missy
mama beth,
i might've been one throwing around some corn tortillas...but i'd never hit you in the head..wouldn't dare mess with that hair..
i am one of those that already has word documents complete with my favorite wedding ideas, and of course..future children's names (with multiple combination possibilities):)
(and there's not even a miesta yet)
i am a hopeless romantic...thanks for reminding me that my perfect prince is already in pursuit of me
Thanks so much Beth for sharing your day. . . such an accurate reflection of how Christ's bride should be anticipating Him! I had to ask myself whether I am as consumed with love for Him, and His love for me, and would those around me notice and delight in it as well? I loved it. . . thanks!!
Beth,
I loved hearing your recap of the wedding as well! Even though we weren't there, I feel like we Siestas were involved and a part of it. I especially needed your encouragement as a mother of fighting siblings, I will take heart! I loved that you went around giving tickles (You are so right about that!).
I love ya Beth . Thanks for sharing your most precious family with us . I got tears in my eyes especially about being a Bride to Jesus. I'm reading the book that you wrote about the one and only Jesus.
You can tell in all the pictures how much ya'll all love and care for one another.
I so want that magic moment for my Daughter that I never got to experience about waiting until marriage and Her knowing that Hey this is who the Lord has for Me!!!!! I have to admit something I was sad and told the Lord yet again that I was so sorry I didn't know Him sooner or trust in Him to bring me the right person.
I'm just so tickled that you love us enough to include us sistas in your lives.
Love your Sister in Christ
Sue
It sounds like everything was perfect! Thanks for sharing and I can't wait to see more pics!
God's faithfulness is so precious!
Love,
Valerie
Amanda, your day-to-day account of the wedding week was wonderful.
Beth, your reflections of the wedding day were precious.
I'd say you two made us feel a part of this special time. What a joy it has been to be invited into your lives.
It takes time and effort to manage this blog. Once again I would like to say hats off to Amanda for being so diligent in managing the blog. You will never know how your Siestas have been blessed by your care.
All praise to the One who binds our hearts together by His love.
Love you bunches!
Mary
I am so on the verge of tears here.
We love you all so much!!! =) You all looked like princesses. I am also trying to get my hair to look like Melissa's. I told the man to print out the picture of her hair at the salon so I can attain the do.
Is that coveting? Just kidding!
I want to be ready for my sweet Jesus to!!
Man, I don't even have daughters and my heart is so tender from all of this. Thanks for sharing of your lives during this joyful time.
I have three boys and I know my time will come sooner than I might like. I pray they find that one true mate who "shimmies" at the sight of them! :)
Mercy - will the tears never stop while reading these wedding posts? Whew . . . thanks Beth!
And thank you so much for pouring yourself out for us again on Tuesday - continuing to pray for full recovery!
Dear Beth, Amanda, and Melissa,
I don't know who will end up reading this, and even though I don't know you personally, I feel like I know all of you through the awesome Bible studies I've attended at much church in Memphis, TN. I am so happy that you had such a fairy tale wedding. I wish you many, many more fairy tales as the days come, and I wish you all the peace, love and joy that our God can possibly give you! Thank you for sharing this blessed event, with even the ones you don't personally know. I look forward to meeting you all someday soon, and if not here on this earth, then in Heaven! See you all there! Much love, Jennifer Goodwin, all4boys.blogspot.com
Beth, reading your blog makes me really try and savor my children being young. I know one day they will be grown and gone. I know I will "romance about the past" and will probably only be able to recall precious, happy memories. The endless fussing and fighting, stepping over tons of toys, watching my laundry become Mount Everest, and hauling them around in "Noah's Ark" (that is the name of my Yukon b/c when we first bought it my husband said he felt like he was driving Noah's ark)will all be a very distant memory. Sometimes I really struggle with truly enjoying them and savoring these days with them that I know will be gone in a flash. I love being a mom and wouldn't trade it for anything, but I believe it truly is the hardest job on earth! Your heart walks outside of your body and that is a scary thing.
I know it is bittersweet watching Melissa marry and Amanda being a wife and mother, but just know no matter how old anyone gets they always need their mama. No one in the world loves me or my children the way my mama does, and I know your girls feel the same way.
Thank you AJ so much for the play-by-play. I love weddings, and I'm so excited to have been apart of this one in cyberspace. Thank you Moores for sharing your life with us. I love you all. Michele
Thanks for sharing Mrs. Beth, I know these are precious, sacred memories you are thanking your Father in Heaven for. Thanks for including us in such a special time. What fun, after twelve years of marriage, I look back at the wedding portrait and think sometimes, "who were those people then". I love how you always say you and Keith have been married to so many different people. It is so true as you travel through different seasons of life. Right now with little ones, whew, our season is BUSY, all the time. I think back to those days of just having one another, and then looking forward to one day just having one another again. Melissa, enjoy these special times you and Colin will have together without children. Don't get me wrong, I love em, but what a beautiful memory of those early years, having so much fun together.
Congratutlations to all of you, and yes, what a wedding that will be one day when we are MORE THAN ready for our Groom!!
oh....I love to hear it all!!! Thanks so much for being so real, so transparent. I love you and your family so much!! And, I thank you for all you've done (through the Lord, of course!) to get me closer to Jesus!! More than you can ever know....
There is no such thing as too much wedding stories!!!! I'll be in Vancouver the end of this month, and I'm looking forward to seeing your face light up with JOY as you share more with us.
That was lovely! What a blessing from the Lord. Thanks for sharing your wedding extravaganza.
Thanks to both of you for keeping your siestas in the loop! I realized that I was emotionally invested when I was checking Houston's forecast on a weather website!! And I'm from Michigan.
Oh what sweet memories! It sounded like the most beautiful wedding. Our baby daughter got engaged on Valentine's Night to her sweetheart she has been dating for 9 years. Reading all of the wedding accounts have been so exciting especially knowing I am now helping to plan one.
Thank you for sharing with us.
I was reading this, rapt with attention and had my cursor on the down arrow on the scroll bar and shoot I press the long narrow thingie and end up down at Amanda's (fantastic) pics!!! Have to go find my way back up again to the doubtless bride part... what a good post, Beth!!! I am not very good at this wedding stuff. I eat up anything you share to somehow ready myself for April 12 when my sister gets married.
Amanda, if you have any hints about how to be the perfect sister to the bride I would love to hear them!!!!
I will miss her so much - good thing she is marrying a wonderful man. He's taking her all the way from California and they are settling down in Ohio!!! I have choice words about that arrangement.
But what a precious thing marriage is!! I am so freakin excited!!!
Praise God, from whom ALL blessings flow. Straight from His fingertips!
Beth- thanks so much for sharing this with us! Everything has sounded so perfect. May God bless this new marriage for a life time.
God bless you all!
With Love,
What beautiful sentiments from a beautiful family who had a beautiful wedding. Just the way it should be.
I am reading this through tears. Truly one of the most beautiful things you have written. Thank you for sharing the love of your family with so many- it is an inspiration. As a mommy of two girls, I crave a similar relationship of love and respect for my girls as adults.
Congratulations on your new son:-)
There's days when I feel so out of the loop and spacey about whre my life is going, and especially who I'm going to end up with. You probably don't realize how much encouragement and anticipation you Moores have given me about finding "Mr. Right" and knowing that he's as crazy about Jesus as I am. Especially with this wedding y'all have given me proof that God does work things out on His timekine and it's best to wait for His. Thank you Miss Beth and Amanda for all the tidbits you've given us. You don't even know how many times I told my family that the wedding was coming up, or this day, or last weekend. They're sick of me by now. God Bless!
there are NEVER too many details. Again, *sigh*
What a precious and tender post. Thanks so much for sharing. You could never over do sharing with us! We love you all. God bless you.
Going to love big....Jean
Thank you for letting me see it through a mom's eyes. I pray that I will have such a blessed experience with my baby girl...in many, many, many years.
I also enjoyed reliving all those wedding day feelings from my own wedding day. Memories are such a sweet blessing that God has given us. I pray that every detail will remain intact over the years for you and your girls.
Blessings!
Lindsey
Thanks for sharing both Amanada and you about the wedding. I feel as though I was part of it. I thought about ya'll lots and prayed for you all. The photos are great and you'll never forget that awesome day.
It has been an honor to be able to be part of this blog and it is an even greater privilage to be able to pray for ya'll. All I can say at this moment is how incredibly awesome God is, all this would not be possible without him in our lives. "HE IS GOOD."
Blessings Sarah- Prayer Warrior
With tears running down my cheeks, and a 2 year old baby girl in her crib, I am trying to imagine watching my sweet girlie walk down the aisle someday.
You have touched my life in countless ways! May God continue to bless your family in the sweetest ways possible!
Beth:
I love hearing about your favorite moments about the wedding weekend. It is so sweet and yet so hard to let our children grow up. I have be faced with that recently as my oldest is wanting to be on his own. I can't even imagine what it will be like when they all get married and move out for good. Something we know is right and train them in the Lord for and yet so hard to see. But you know, like you I am sure, I would rather cry like a baby and know that they are in the center of God's will than to have them be adults in age but never having grown up because I could not let go. So I say to you "Job well done. Take pleasure in knowing that your girls grew up to be godly women and married godly men. Rejoice in the Lord for He is good." I really mean this to be encouraging so I hope it is. I am so great full for all that you do for us siestas, letting us into your life, being a godly example and so encouraging to us. Kim B. in AZ
Love reading these "transitional" stories from Moms ahead of me. Prepares the soul, somehow, to learn to soak in them richly.
Well done.
Don't you feel bad about talking about your daughter's wedding! That's what I love about you - you are a real woman and you share your real life with us. You aren't somebody who just talks a good line on Sundays, you life it out everyday just like we do - the good, the bad, and the ugly. I love that you care about things like fashion and food and getting fat, because those are things that we battle everyday too.
So thanks for sharing your lives and putting yourself out there like you do.
I'm the oldest of four. Three of which are girls. The last of us sisters married a little over a year ago and with all that goes into the thing...the little moments are what it's all about. Thanks for sharing some of them with us. I am so happy for your family...and the family that will no doubt come!!
oh, thank you for those tender thoughts! My two boys love each other so much but I know they'll tangle. It's good to see it 25 years downt the line! Will be praying for the 29th...it's coming so quick! God be with you as you prep - love you tons!
Now you have me humming the "Life goes on" theme. Still life is meant to be soaked up the way you soak it up, Beth. As it goes on, I'm so glad we have a historian taking notes, so the moments can be relived. Love, love, love this life in Jesus!
i get all teary eyed just thinking of these moments and of going through them one day with my son and daughter. Goodness, the thought alone is making me a mess! Thank you for sharing such a special time with us!
Won't the wedding reception in heaven be awesome---and we won't have to diet--we'll have those glorified bodies(No need for salads!) Btw nice arm definition in those strapless dresses ladies!
brenda
What a privilege to have a window into your family's very special day. Thank you.
In this age of "freedom", how refreshing to see a couple who waited and followed God's good and perfect plan for them.
all of this about the wedding has been so precious to us-we have 3 little girls from 8 down to 1 and it is impossible to imagine that one day that will be us, but it will...well, maybe when the girls are all 40ish....:) but this window into your girls' weddings has been so sweet
Thanks so much for sharing your wedding stories with us. You do it so well! It took me back to when my sons each got married. Bittersweet. Now I, like you, have a wonderful grandson and life does go on. But I do miss those days sometimes...
O Beth! The joys of being a mom! I cant wait till i grow up and get marryed and have kids but honestly i dont think im ready yet emetionaly cause im still so attached to my mom! Im so happy for lis and collin! Youve been one heck of an amazing mom! I love how you write with your harte! You had me in tears as i read all the post about the wedding from your letter to lis to this post! And i have a bad cold and it made it worse by crying! BUT its wroth it to read these post! Love you ALL(Moores,Jones, and Mr. and Mrs Collin(i cant spell there last name, sorry! I will learn though!)
Love ya tons!
Beth, We had our last session of Stepping Up on Tuesday and you described a time when Melissa played a song for the husband she was going to meet one day. The country song "Bless the Broken Road". I love that song and couldn't help but yell out to our group of almost 30 women with almost a giddiness in my voice "Melissa got married this weekend!" What a wonderful feeling!
...."Love big." That rather says it all doesn't it.
Beth, I am so blessed by reading your mother's heart and knowing that the Lord has truly blessed you and your family because of the obedience and faith He has put in you all.
There is more to come and I'm sure it will be Big :)
Thank you for the update, and all of the pictures are beautiful!
Dear Beth,
Thanks for sharing...do you know what a good friend you are, though we've never met?
And though you don't know it, we went on a walk together yesterday morning (without Beanie, but with my little Daisy dog) and you taught me so much from Mary of Bethany. God spoke through you to begin teaching me exactly what I needed for this season.
Love you much!
Joanne
P.S. Hey you Colorado siestas! Are we doing something fun in Colorado Springs in May when Beth is here?
Dearest Beth,
Thanks so much for sharing with us! Today I too watched the last session for Stepping Up. How sweet it was to be able to see the whole picture and see how God beautifully paved out the way on Melissa's broken road to such a beautiful wedding filled with great love! We in Siestaville are so blessed to have been a part by hearing all the details. What a great testimony to our wonderful loving God, who
always knows what is best for us...to see and know how this part of the journey was so sweet for all of you!
Stepping Up has meant so much to me(all of your studies do...Daniel changed my life,) I'm not going to go into details, don't need to...but I've had a situation in my life for over a year now, and the session on loving deeper hit home hard! I know the timing was perfect, it was God's...the entire year I've been wondering and searching for the answers and that session brought conviction, repentance, healing and unity to me and the situation. Praise you JESUS!!! I know the timing was perfect because I don't think I would have grown as much had I not had to wait...I'm sure that was just a broken road on the journey... but Praise Jesus through you being obedient and the holy spirit being so near to us in that room all the above came to pass and led me straight home to him, my savior Jesus. Hallelujah!
All of this to bring him fame and say Thank you, I love you and how blessed to be on this journey with fellow sojourners as you and your family!
Be encouraged!
Love you Deeply, (PTL, I'm learning how to do this much better)
Laura Beth
My goodness. I read and reread and read some more... incredible.
Thank you.
LOVE BIG. Absolutely your best advice, dear Beth, especially as it's obvious you ALL do! What a privilege to share in your family's priceless moments. Love from KK in wildfire country (SoCal)
I have been brought to tears as you have shared your heart and let us have a peak at your special weekend. The tears come from having two daughters of my own and praying that our relationships can be as close and personal as you have had with your girls and knowing that what leads to that reality is how close I remain in my relationship with my Savior. Thanks for letting be a part of your family!
Thank you thank you thank you, not just for your blog but for everything!! You have no idea what God did for me today through you!!! ( Patriarchs session 9 )
How I love you!
I love you guys! Thanks so much!
Hey, we started Wising Up this week and God is answering prayer! A diverse and wonderful group of women! A little glimpse of heaven! Yay!
What a beautiful post - truly tender. Thank you for sharing those precious thoughts/memories with us. I'm crying too...thinking back to my wedding, looking ahead to the future, all kinds of things. You're right, nothing like a wedding to get your romantic juices flowing.
My four year old son just told me the other day that he would never leave home too. Then he started to cry when I said he might not want to. He asked me "Why are you going to make me leave?" So pitiful. I know it won't last...but it sure makes mommy feel good right now! :)
So I'm so excited to say that the Bible study group I go to FINALLY started Stepping Up. YAY! I can't wait.
BTW - I too had me some shimmies for NKOTB! However, I was in love w/ Jonathan. Memories!
Love you-
Cynthia in OK
Dear Beth,
I woke up Saturday morning and immediately prayed for Melissa and the rest of your family as you started such a joyous day. Thank you so much for sharing pictures and details of the wedding. I'm so happy that everything turned out beautiful.
I continue to pray for many, many blessings on all of you and may God continue to be your heart's greatest desire. You have all made such a difference in my life!
Anne in MO.
Beth,
The wedding weekend sounds perfect! Thanks for sharing your memories with us! Our son is getting married in Jan. and I can't wait! Amanda's blessing was a perfect gift for Melissa-it speaks volumes about their relationship.
And yes, the picture of you cooking Beanie's dinner in your dress is PRICELESS!! Your dress was gorgeous! I remember Travis' daughter wanting you to stay home from a wedding to play dress-up with her!
Blessings to you all,
Dearest Beth,
Thank you for your wedding highlights reel - it was a joy.
we were praying for Melissa and Colin and all the family as you celebrated their union - what a blessed time.
We, too, are awaiting that blessed coming of the Bridegroom - come quickly, Lord Jesus!
Peace and blessings,
Sister Lynn
Oh Beth and Amanda, I have loved every picture, every sentence, and every thought that you and Amanda have shared with us about Melissa's wedding. It has been a joy to sit back and realize that many of us prayed for your family that day. It just brings the body of Christ into communion with one another. We are a community sharing the love of Jesus. What a beautiful bride she was, and what a beautiful sister and mother. Your dress was gorgeous!! Thank you Jesus for romance, love, and siestas! Thank you Moore's for sharing your family blessings with us. We really do appreciate it!! Blessings, JH
I feel like I just got home from the wedding, but OH NO...I didn't give a gift! THANK YOU for giving us the "gift" of sharing in such heartfelt moments. My visits to your blog are as regular (but more enjoyable!) as my daily dose of multi-vitamin. THANKS for being my friend....
Love BIG to you too....Sue
Ya'll are just so fun! Thanks for making us feel like we were there. It was an honor to pray for the festivities.
I think it was just precious that Colin and Melissa had Curt officiate the ceremony. What a huge blessing in itself for you and Keith to see all four of your children standing together for such a sacred occasion!
Blessings!!
Dawn
Oh Beth,
For me it has been so wonderful to read about Melissa's weddding, to view the comments and pictures that AJ posted. I looked them over and over and got into the moment.
I think of a family I've known for years. I once was very close to their Mom whom I called Nanny. I loved her so much because she was my second Mom and I could be my total 100% silly comical self with her more than anyone my age (she was at least 30 years older than me). Than there were/are her children, and I knew all 5 of them. Their closesness and caring was so evident and it was something I did not see in my own family but it became my family through the years. All this to say that I see in this blog and especially with sharing the wedding and pictures this same caring and loving family. What a wonderful, selfless, caring, loving group you Beth and the rest are and it is only the garden of grace of Jesus in you. Thank you for sharing, caring, loving, and being more real!
lovingly, Allison (Alli)
Thanks so much for sharing your wedding memories and stories. Amanda did a wonderful job of highlighting details. I could picture every word. As I was reading, I was reminded of how special and meaningful a wedding and marriage truly are. It is one of God's most amazing gifts. (He has many.!!) Thanks again and may God Bless You all!!
Thank you for letting us be a part of this very special occasion! Your posts have been beautiful in every way!
And now I am going to go and hug my two teenage daughters!
oh you guys... I sit here with tears in my eyes. I wonder how I can be so crazy about a family I have never met face to face. I have checked in periodically for wedding updates and saturday I kept peering at the clock thinking...wonder if they are married yet? Thank you Momma Beth and Sisters Melissa, and Amanda...we are so thankful to have been taken along on this journey. We welcom anymore wedding blogs you may want to share. Thank you Jesus for all us SIESTAS
Thank you for being so open with such a wonderful event. You Beth have blessed my life in these last few years that make me wonder how I missed hearing about you before. (Houston right after 911 I was front and center (well as front and center that you can get in those events which keep those seats for the leaders and organizers was my first time knowing your teaching.) Since then I have quietly sought out your teaching material, I am from Canada and you were not easy to find at that point in time, Now I use your material to lead our fellowships' women's groups on Wednesday night and hope one day to see you again Live and in person.
Rest up from the wedding they are exhilerating and exhausting at one time.
Be blessed as you daily fall on your face and seek His direction for your life now in this stage.
Thanks for all you pour out for us.
Iris
What a beautiful recap of the wedding day. It been fun to see it all from your view and from Amanda's view.
I fear I’d be slapped about the head with a corn tortilla if I didn’t offer up some treats on the festive table of Siestaville. ---This was so funny! You're full of the wittiness, Beth! I love it!
Love you,
Darlene
Oh what fun to read the account from your eyes, too, Beth. Thanks for being so willing to invite us all in. After reading your and Amanda's posts, I feel like I was seated right behind you in that sanctuary - on a REALLY BIG PEW reserved for all us siestas!
Best,
Warm in Alaksa.
Beth and Amanda, Thank you for sharing the special wedding day! Loved it all, especially the pictures. My heart leaped in my throat, too, when I saw the beautiful bride photo. . .Can't wait to hear more. . . and I know the angels are singing and dancing in heaven about this very special day and union!
Beth- Thank You- I'd write that a thousand times if I thought the "leave your comment" box would let me! I am so thankful that God led me to your studies and now on to this awesome opportunity to walk a little of life with you and your BEAUTIFUL girls. I was already teared up by the time I got through the first section of your recap, but I really lost it when I got to the part about being the bride of Christ! I don't even have words to describe how it makes me feel to think about that moment. I so needed that reminder. Please keep the stories coming. I pray it continues to bring you and Amanda joy to recount God's blessings to this audience that's happy to shout "Glory" with you!
In Him-
Becky in MI
ps: I am reading When Godly People Do Ungodly Things and just finished the section where you ask your readers to pray for you and I did with great joy and thankfulness to the Lord for the work He's done through you and your family!
I had to tell you - I took my laptop to Bible Study on Wednesday morning so we could gather round and look at Amanda's pictures and recap of the momentous day.
Then we had our small group time and watched the final video in the Stepping Up series. To hear you Beth tell about Melissa's broken engagement and broken heart, (and crying through Travis singing "Broken Road") knowing that she was now a beautiful bride on her honeymoon was just so perfect.
Thank you for not only sharing God's life-changing Word with us, but your own lives as well.
Thanks for sharing the details Beth and Amanda. I really enjoyed the love and joy you two had for your daughter/sister. What a wonderful day with so many happy memories.
God Bless,
lovesgarlic
Tears in the eyes because Jesus didn't have to be dragged down the isle either... he willingly let them drag and beat him... and those stripes make absolutely beautiful moments, like the one's you haev described, possible. The Moore's were healed... and not just half way... to the bone. And this is just the BEGINNING of the legacy of obedient lives.
Love big.
Breathe deep.
Aahhh... HE IS ALL GLORIOUS!
Loving all of you!
Thank you for sharing your lives with me. I have much hope in the Lord and what he will do in my family that longs for the closeness you all share. Blessings Moore, Jones, and Fitzpatrick families...May God continue to pour out His favor upon you all.
This has been very precious. What a beautiful season... Not all of the seasons of life will be this lovely, but I agree - if we live, really live, & stay open to really feel, life is so savory. Each taste is different, but if we always had the same flavors in life, even the lovely would become dull... so for those of us whose current flavors may be bitter, or sour, we can still rejoice with our dear siesta's!! knowing that with JESUS each taste of life is worth the bite!!
Praying many blessings for the new couple - mistie woods - Abilene
Thank you so much for allowing us to be a part of the wedding. It is wonderful to "feel" the love that your family has for each other. It is a special blessing to pray for all of you in the wonderful times of your life. I loved seeing the pictures. God Bless allof you. I shared the blogsight with my daughters and it meant so much to them. One of my daughters was married eighteen months ago and it brought back such wonderful memories. Thank again for sharing your life.
I loved getting the wedding recaps from the mom's viewpoint & the sisters!
It sounds like it was a very special day for everyone involved.
God bless the Moore, Jones & Fitzpatrick families.
Can't wait to see more pictures.
Melissa,
Please, please, please share your memories of your special days with us...of course after the honeymoon and a settling in period.
Your musings on the days will just be the best bookend to what we experienced through your mom and your sister.
You are so gorgeous, inside and out...We saw the outside, knock em dead gorgeousness. Please let us see the Praise to the King inside gorgeousness of you that you, your wonderful husband and loving family got to experience on your wedding weekend!
Love all you all,
Tammy in Montana
I love every recap! Its funny, do we ever weary of talking about our wedding or the birth of our children? At the end you mentioned that you are humbled to be our servant, I was just talking with the Lord today and saying the same to Him, I am humbled with you. You are one of my privilages in this pilgrimage. Blessings to you. Tiff
Believe me, we arent tired of hearing about the wedding, bring on more details and pics. bless you all .
moved to tears....so sweet....
Dear Beth,
I swanee, I just don't know where you come up with all those words.....truly a gift from God to express yourself so beautifully. Your words paint a picture of life, a wonderful life, for your siestas. THANK YOU for sharing those precious moments, intimate moments, tender moments. You say the things we want to say, we just can't quite say it the way you do! And what just really kills me is that about the time I reach for the tissue....you say something hilarious.
I love you and your precious family and pray hard on your behalf. God has and is so using you for such a time as this. Doesn't it just blow your mind that you have your own isle at Lifeway? I'm so proud of you and your obedience to Christ. You will never know, this side of heaven, how many lives have been changed because of your obedience.
Praise His Name!
Pamabama
(Your girls are gorgeous)
Thank you for opening up your family to us Beth! I feel like we are good friends!
Also, I just wanted to let you know how encouraged I was by your comments on Melissa not having any doubts about Colin. As a 25 year old single girl, I pray every day I don't settle until I have the same thoughts about my husband (and that God brings him anytime! :) ).
You, Amanda and this blog are such a blessing!!
I just have to say I am sitting on my couch with tears streaming down my face, speechless. What a beautiful moment you have shared with us! Thank you and God Bless all you siestas!!
It was such an honor to ride on this journey with you. Thanks so much for sharing!
Once again ... thanks for sharing the details. This is so much better than a movie, and God gets all the praise and glory! Isn't He wonderful?
Our 2 sons are 26 and 28. After years of fussing and fighting,it is a miracle they are still alive! Now they are best friends and bring so much joy to this momma's heart! And we have one delightful daughter-in-love. Thank you, Jesus!
It is so much fun praying for your family! Be strong, Beth and Keith, for this is another time of adjustment. It is not easy sending your "baby" off to Atlanta. God will surround her and Colin with His presence.
Sounds like the perfect weekend! I am so happy for you all! Wish we could have all been there to see it ourselves! Although you guys are so descriptive, I feel like I was there! ha! I pray that God blesses their marriage. They sound precious! (By the way, I have a 10 year old Collin at my house that is pretty special, too!)
beth, thank you so much for sharing your precious family moments with us.that takes a selfless spirit. you are truly a blessing to all of us.cant wait to see you in san diego.
God allows these blogs to warm my insides and make me smile.
You and your family are "living proof" and such an encouragement. Your testimonies have such intensity that empowers my hopes for my family's future. (Romans 15:13)
Thank you for sharing and sharing with us. It spurs me on (Hebrews 10:24)
Love to you all
Keeping you in my prayers
Thank YOU for sharing such a special day with us! I have loved hearing every detail you have shared with us about it.
You are coming to Canada but I can't come see you (I live in Calgary) but I will be praying for you and everyone who comes in Vancouver. Last year in February (for my b-day) I went to your simulcast event and it blessed me so much! I remember leaving and thinking, "I wish I could somehow talk to Beth and hear how she felt it went". I go to your Living Proof page and there is a link to this blog and you have written a post about it! PTL!I have been reading ever since! Thank you so much for this blog it is such an encouragement to me! I feel like we are great friends and we have never met!
Praying for the newlyweds and you! Could you go eat some Tex-Mex and think of me?! I am going through withdrawls! :) My favorite place (which I think is gone now) was Casa Elena off of 1960. Any place will do though! Thanks! Sorry this is so long but this is only my second time to comment so I guess I had lots to say! :)
What a blessing to be invited to share in such a sacred family time. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of it. Those memories, and the lessons to be learned from them, are precious.
Beth,
We are not tired of wedding talk. We want to hear every last detail. I love the fact that you even take time from your busy schedule to talk to us siestas. I get so excited when I log on and there is a letter from you.
The pictures and writeups have been awesome and I've enjoyed attending a wedding I didn't attend.
God's richest blessing on all of you.
Looking forward to starting "Stepping Up" on Tuesday. I'm one of your Raleigh girls in California.
Love, Carolyn
Thank you for the posts. It is such a blessing to read about 2 Christians entering marriage knowing it is holy and that Jesus is the head of their household.
Reading the posts leading up to the weddind brought back wonderful memories from my own wedding day.
I pray for all the Siestas attending Breaking Free, they are closing in on the home stretch now.
Blessings to all of you.
The love of God is filling my room as I write. I have been reading through the wedding updates, and praying so hard for my daughter who is getting married soon, and I have been cut out of the wedding plans due to her mother in law to be, because she doesn't like my Christian taste, and that I am not as smart as a 5th grader. I have been struggling against that mind set, and honestly it has been winning. I realize I am not the one you were talking to in the "PS", but God moved through the screen and touched my heart, because that is how sweet HE is. I am thrilled for the Moore family, Beth how do you handle all the emotions of your babies growing and going on thier own path? Love you, Princess to Princess, Darla Jean
Thank you for including us in the wedding! I almost feel as if I attended. I am so excited for Melissa and Colin!
Beth, you are so loved by your siestas and all of those who attend your Bible studies. Melissa's wedding has been a topic of discussion the past couple of Wednesdays at my church study. We have a mom in attendance who weekly asks for prayers for her daughters' upcoming wedding in May. It has given her strength to know you have been experiencing much of what she is going through right now. You are our sister and we truly love you and your family and wish them blessing upon blessing.
To add to the wedding theme, we just completed a study by Martha Lawsley titled "Attending the Bride". It was awesome. We have now begun "The Psalms of Ascent." Powerful! Praise God.
Thanks, Beth, for sharing your memories and thoughts with us. It's been a joy to "live" the wonderous, fairy-tale like past few weeks with you. ;)
Though I am a single siesta, I have to say that the day that my first brother got married, God ministered in such a real way to me. I had prayed with a girlfriend before leaving for the wedding that I wouldn't have a pity party for myself or "woe is me" about being single, older than he was, and still not married. God gave me the most tender gift.
I got to witness the moment my brother saw his bride for the first time on that wedding day and the looks in their eyes I will never ever forget. As I watched in awe, I heard that "Still Small Voice" whisper to my heart, "more than he loves her, more than she loves him--because you're Mine, I love you so much more!" I heard that in my heart several times that weekend and again several years later as the maid of honor in my closest friend's wedding.
I don't hear voices (LOL), nor do I think that God audibly speaks today, but He does whisper words of love to our hearts--and He continues to.
So I just wanted to share with any single siestas out there who--even though we love hearing every romantic detail of weddings and wouldn't have it any other way--have a tingle of an ache in our hearts that we haven't lived that same love story yet.
Be assured, our Prince will come! And we are His Princesses whom He loves so much more than any human man could ever do! While we wait for our heart to finally be home with Him someday, listen for those still, small whispers of hope and love that He speaks tenderly to your soul. He does love us so much more, siestas--know that today!
Thanks again, Beth and AJ for sharing everything with us. A blessing to be able to walk in the journey of your family-beautiful memories to be cherished forever.
Blessings on your family & ministry,
Single Siesta-"His Princess" in "the Big 'D" ; )
Thanks for sharing your heart with us! I'm so glad you have these memories to cherish. Many blessings upon you and yours.
It's always fun to share in someone's joyous wedding memories! What a blessing to see such a happy family who lives real life and feels it all - good or bad. The good stuff is just all the more sweeter, isn't it!
I'm sure Melissa knows this, but I heard the NKOTB are getting back together for a reunion...I can't remember which show I heard it on, maybe Rachel Ray. I know my heart skipped a beat, I did a little "oh-a-oh-a-oh-hanging-tough" dance, and I had the sudden urge to call 10 of my friends to share the news. And yes, I was home only with my 3-year-old who is always ready for a spontaneous shout, song, and dance. (My husband would've laughed at...oops..with me.) I was almost as giddy as when Duran Duran got back together.
Marcy
Oh I loved reading every bit of it! You all were so sweet to take the time to share! It made us feel as if we were there! Thank you! What a joy! What a blessing! I praise Him for you all!
God Bless! Emmy : )
Beth, I love what you said about the bride anticipating the bridegroom. We had a very happy family wedding this summer. My son married his love in June. He had tears in his eyes as she came down the isle to him. It was so sweet!
I absolutely love a God romance story. Thank you so much for sharing it with all of us. I will never grow tired hearing about a beautiful romance in a beautiful family ordained by our Heavenly Father!!!!!!!! I have a 18 yr old, 14 yr old and a 2 yr old!!!! All with the same Man----Thank you Jesus! It is wonderful to hear how God is working in your family. He is truly working in our family and it is exciting to be in the family of God. I love you all.
Oh what a sweet blessing to hear all these stories! As I was reading this, my little 3 year old girl came in and said "Mommy, will you color wif me?" And I started crying, thinking about how she will get married one day and it will came super fast I'm sure. And then my husband wants to know why I'm crying. And I don't really know. And this comment is so random. Thank you so much for sharing!
Bethie,
I just love you!!
Picking your favorite moments to share with us made me feel like I was sitting with one of my best friends over coffee. Your story telling ability mixed with the your tender emotion of the day was so special.
I think my ultimate favorite moment though was the one you shared about you and Keith. Now that I have a few years with my man that have brought struggle and triumph it is a wonderful feeling to know you are still together and sharing a beautful moment like you did.
My heart is smiling because of you today!!
Beth,Thanks so much for sharing that amazing information with us. You are such a wonderful person. I can start my day all happy inside. Thanks so much for that. You are a precious lady as well as your girls. I've so enjoyed reading ya'll's emails and then reading what all the siestas reply. Makes me smile. Ya'll take care.
Thank you Beth for sharing the special day with us. I am a Mom of 4 and I couldn't help but dream of future weddings! I pray that my kids pick Godly people and that their day is full of joy and peace as Melissa's was. You are such a huge blessing to me..."on ya!"
Beth, Amanda and Melissa,
Thank you so much for sharing this special occasion in your lives with all of us. I have been hanging on every word. It has been enchanting. I have never met any of you and may not until I reach the heavenly gates but I feel like you guys are some of my closest friends! Thanks for all the details and the pictures. It never gets old or tiring!
Loved reading every word...And you are so right: May we be as giddy and ready for our Heavenly wedding with our perfect Groom! He is everything and more!!!
Love you and your family dearly- Praise the Lord for how He has shown Himself in wonderful and amazing ways!
Much love,
Tara
Beth, Amanda, and Melissa,
Congratulations!
I have cried at every wedding entry the past week or so. (had the ugly cry going on with the letter from Beth to Melissa!). Thoughts of my own wedding, and HOPE that my own two daughters, who I do have to seperate on a daily basis, will some day share in happiness for each other and love for the Lord as Melissa and Amanda do! God Bless!
OH MY GOODNESS!!! THANK YOU, Melissa, Beth, Amanda, for the gift of sharing such a special family time!! I have laughed and cried reading your thoughts!! About mid day Sat I remembered you all and lifted up prayer to Our Father for a blessed day!! He Never fails us!!
Thank you all again!!
God Bless!!
Cindy
Beth,
You have done it again! Your posts about this wedding bring me to tears every time! Please share as much about the wedding as you like-I cannot get enough! Thank you for sharing your life with us. It is a such a blessing.
Beth Moore, my favorite thing about you is that you see the God thing in everything and relate it to us so well!
This blog is good medicine for all that life can throw at us.
We are doing "Loving Well" as a 4 week study and first I have to say it broke my heart to not be with you in my home town Knoxville that year. But I appreciate so much being able to see it now. Thank you for not only telling us how, but showing us how to love well and love big!
Precious! Precious in God's sight. Love and Blessings to all,
Debbie in Tennessee
Beth and Amanda,
Both stories have such much depth in them...we were honored to be able to hear and be a part of such a great weekend in your life. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for being you.
KC
Love the memories that you shared. I love weddings and the day I married my prince was the best day of my life apart from making Jesus Lord of my life. I love seeing brides all dressed up and the look in the groom's eyes.
I remember sitting in the bridal room and watching the clock, standing in the foyer of the church as a worship team sang music and my bridesmaids fanning my face so I wouldn't cry ....
So excited for you all and so glad that your day was all you hoped, planed and dreamed it would be! Praying God's continued blessings on your new life together.
I LOVE hearing all about the wedding! I'm planning one myself so I'm in wedding mode! Post as much as you want!
Beth~
Thanks for sharing such a sweet insight. Tears fell when you wrote about Melissa's "shimmy". My teen daughter, Alyssa is pregnant and I want that for her one day. Because as I know first hand, we serve a Redeemer. I just pray Alyssa can believe what God can and will do with her if she cooperates. Right now the self esteem lies low & the belief that any man would want this fallen angel is beyond her realm of thinking. BUT she has a momma who believes in a BIG God!!!:)
Blessings on you all.
Much love,
Lelia
If you had a perfect cheesy little life, a blissful romance story posted on the blog would probably grate on my nerves. But knowing how opposite your life was --- and to see where God has taken it and to see the joyful romance that each of you (Melissa, Amanda, and you) have been blessed with --- oh it's just gorgeous. Tear jerking gorgeous because I know your romance is first with Jesus --- and it's His love that's keeping your marriages.
I loved being present at the wedding in prayer --- but I must admit I spent most of the time praying for the marriage --- and all of the marriages of those attending.
Thank you so much Jesus!
Lis and AJ have been very blessed to have a mother and a father who love the Lord and who realized early on in their parental journey the utmost importance of putting God first. Your beautiful family IS living proof of how richly He rewards those who are faithful to His commands.
I was holding my 2 year old baby girl while trying to read the wedding recap blogs. It overwhelmingly hit me at that moment, just how appreciative and thankful I am to you and your family's obedience to the Lord and your willingness to put yourselves "out there" with your studies, books and blogs openly drawing from your own, often personal, examples, so that a mom, like me, who often feels clueless and inept at parenting has a true, divinely inspired, good example. Thank you so much! May God continue to bless you and yours richly for it.
I have treated myself to Starbucks 3 times this week because the only thing better than settling in front of my computer with a great coffee in my hand, is to settle in and get to read wedding updates while I savor my chai tea latte...(today, it's White Chocolate Mocha...and a muffin...that's gonna hurt on the treadmill later...but I digress)
Thank YOU for sharing this season of your life with us. You have always been so wonderful to share aspects of your lives and stories about your girls over the years. It's wonderful to hear about the big and happy stuff in their lives now that they're grown up and becoming wives and mommies.
Be blessed for all you do,
Marni
Thank you, Lord, for having this precious family share their lives with us.
Beth,
I so love all the details of such a glorious day! I could never tire of it. Thank you so much for sharing with us. It sounds like it was a magical day and it reminded me of my own wedding almost 11 years ago. (WOW...that long already!) It is wonderful when God leads "soul mates" together and they are able to enjoy the rest of their lives together.
God Bless you all!
Tammy
P.S. And I hope Melissa will share her memories with us as well!
Words cannot express the joy I feel for all of you. All of you have become family to me somehow. You all love like I've never seen love before. Straight up, Jesus just leaks right out of all of you!
Congratulations Melissa! I have no doubt the Lord will continue to bless you and your hubby.
Amanda, you ARE such an awesome sister. You have given her invaluable gifts throughout this wedding process. I might just have to request to borrow you for my own wedding, but then again, that wouldn't make this one for Melissa as special as it was.
Sweetest Beth, what an incredible mother you are to these two girls! It's obvious you have loved your girls with the sweet love of God. Your hard work and obedience to God's Word has paid off. May He continue to richly bless you and your family.
My love to you, Siestas!
In Him & Because of Him,
Amy
Wow. I have loved hearing the wedding stories. IT reminds me of my own wonderful fairy tale day 2 1/2 years ago. What a beautiful fam. Thanks for sharing. And who wouldnt want to pull up to Starbucks in a limo:)
Oh this post brought tears to my eyes and touched my heart - as I look around at my three girls realizing how quickly it will go I am again reminded to enjoy and take in every moment! Thank you for sharing this with us - you are a precious, beautiful woman of God - your heart for Jesus - I want that - I want to unabashedly worship and love Him. Sunshine
Beth, what a sweet post! I loved reading more about the wedding. I bet Melissa and Colin are so cute and in love, you could spit! (I'm a transplanted Texan by way of Arkansas, too!) Thank you and Amanda so much for sharing that day with us. Very special. And so good to see a true love story unfold.
Dear Beth, Melissa and Amanda,
I am so happy for you that everything went well for Melissa’s wedding. The Lord is SO good, and I am glad you had a good time that day.
I am not the kind of person who writes prayer requests on the web, but this event in your life encourage me to do it. My fiancé and I are going to be married on May 10th this year. Everyone around us is very excited for us, and many people are praying for us. I am working as a secretary for a French Seminary in Montreal, Canada and everyone here tells me how nice my fiancé is and how happy they are for me. My fiancé is a man of God, I love him dearly. My dad and sisters are also thrilled except for my mom.
Since I am a child she is rude with me and my sisters. As we plan our wedding, every thing we do is not right for her. She says she will work that Saturday and she might arrive late. She always says things like that to me. Usually I deal with it. Since I’m not living at my parents’ house anymore it is getting better for me, but as I was reading the post on how Beth was excited about Melissa’s wedding… I thought to myself how I wish things were different for me and my family.
I know you are very busy (and I am also, preparing a wedding ;-)) but if you have 2 minutes for praying for us as a family. It is very hard sometimes for my dad. My parents are both Christian, but my mom has not fully received the gift of grace from our Mighty God.
I am afraid she might make me cry on our wedding day.
May the Lord bless you all! I love to read you post…
I am sorry for my English, I write in French all day long ;-)
Rachel
Thanks for sharing this with us! I have hung on every word, every detail, and loved every minute of it! I can't wait to see more pics...I never tire of a great love story! May God continue to pour his sweet blessings on the Moores, Jones, and Fitzpatricks! By the way, your MOB dress was nothing short of FABULOUS!
Much love,
Sarah TN
I love anything wedding and its not just because my mom is a wedding planner. They are simply wonderful. This post reminded me of a women's event we had at our church called "The Bride of Christ"...we had a special speaker, a runway show of dresses, and a complete reception with wedding cake. It was one of the best weekends at church I have ever endured and it was so focused on the true Bride. I think every church should do this type of program at some point for the ladies and young ladies. Beth you should come to FBC Sheridan AR and be our special speaker. ;-) Thank you for sharing such a special moment in your lives with us.
Oh My! I am just lifting praise to our Father for those lovely moments. What special times and memories! I hope to have those very same things for my girls. Your sibling fighting words bring such encouragement to me. I will take heart as God works on theirs toward one another! That gives me hope-it they will just learn to love one another as Melissa and AJ do that would be awesome.
Congrats! I have been reading along but not commented. Thanks for all the updates and pics they are precious! You all are such an encouragement. May the Lord richly continue to bless you all.
Much love,
Angela
How is it that someone I don't even know can make my heart swell and tears fall, can inspire me as you all do? I do love you, Miss Beth. I do indeed. And it's nothing but a God thing...
Praise Him.
For some reason, the lovely detail about Melissa's delight as she married her man moved me to tears. What a joyful beginning to their life together.
I expected y'all to be gorgeous in the pictures you've so generously shared, and you certainly are, but I couldn't take my eyes off Beth's necklace - it is just amazing and perfect. What in the world is it made from?
Oh I LOVED all of this!! It was just precious!! I cannot wait for the day my girls will take this step! Although, I've got a long ways to go, the oldest is only 7....but it will come!! =) This was just a sweet recap of it all! Thanks for sharing with us!!
Thank you so much to the whole family for making all of us feel like we know you and letting us be a part of this wonderful event. I have read the entries and cried at them all. Beth the letter from you to Melissa really hit home to me because my daughter is set to marry the love of her life on May 24th and guess where she's moving!! TEXAS!! I could relate to so many things you said in the letter. There are so many emotions. So happy for her and thankful that God has sent her the man He has (he's a youth minister and will be attending Southwestern is the reason for the move), but yet sad in many ways that she won't be here every day. When he asked her dad and me for her hand, he made it clear to us that Texas was in their future, and my immediate response was "Well I'd rather have her there with you than here with anyone else!!!" We joke sometimes that she'll be down there close to Beth so it'll be fine. We loves your studies and we saw you in Knoxville. You are such a blessing to us. Thank you again for sharing your special event with all of us!! I wish them years of happiness!
Thank you so much for sharing your heart and this journey with us. I have been especially blessed to hear you speak of this wonderful time. Knowing that I have plenty of years ahead of me before my little Berkley gets married I cannot imagine the feelings I will experience on that special day. My prayer is that she will grow up to be a godly young lady and that God already has a godly man lined up for her.
It was appropriate that I was listening to Mandisa while I read your entry this morning. You and the group that surrounds you have touched my life profoundly. Can you believe we watched the session of Stepping Up this Wedensday and were able to hear Travis sing "Forevermore"? Talk about a God thing! My group was completely blown away.
My group of ladies that God is allowing me to lead for this study is about 35 women with a heart on fire for God's Word. Thank you for being the willing vessel He has called you to.
Love Tina
Beautiful wedding..precious memories. Moments like this make parents realize how fast time marches on. Love on that little Jackson every chance you get, because you'll find out that grandchildren grow up even faster than children!
I was in Houston for work this week, so I hopped in my rental car and drove myself to First Baptist Church for the Tuesday night Bible study. What a kooky thing to do, I know! But I knew there would be some nuggets in there for me, and God (and Beth!) did not disappoint. There were many great words from scripture for me, so thank you, Beth. But one of my favorite non-scriptural moments was when Beth imitated Melissa's shimmy-shake during the ceremony! A hoot! And so precious. Congrats to the newlyweds!
Beth,
Clip Beenie's toenails! Or better yet, take her to spa day! LOL
You're precious and we love you so.
Jan
Beth and girls, you don't know me...I am not one of the inner few of LPM or at church. I wish I was...but all weekend I was thinking of ya'll. What fullness of joy I experience as I read God weaved throughout life. It is possible for us all. Yes, love big .
LeMoyne
Thanks so much for modeling how big girls let their babies go. One day I'll have to do that too. But for now it prompts me to pray for my future daugher-in-love and future son-in-love. May we love them too.
Welcome to Georgia Mrs. Fitzpatrick!
Thanks for the recap. After almost 12 years of marriage it made me think about my wedding day. Tend to forget the feeling (unless the children want to watch and laugh at the video). Made me remember how I knew God was sooooo there and remember that "giddy" feeling. Loved, loved, loved the picture of you and Keith (talk about "giddy"). Pray that Melissa and Colin can always feel that way. Blessings to you and your family.
You could update for the next month, and most of us wouldn't get tired of it!
What an amazing blessing you have in your family. God is so good and I am so happy that He has showered you, who gives of herself so much.
We love you Beth..
Okay, my heart is melting! What a blessed weekend.
You gave me hope this morning that someday my daugthers would be the best of friends. We have had two snow days in a row and they are starting to get on each other's nerves. Thank you for the hope in the midst of parenting a 7, 4, and 18 month old! I feel your happiness and ache of sending a daugther away to be someone elses now. This will be the hardest thinig for me to do!
Oh, to be a Moore girl on her wedding day. I don't know that I have ever heard of such love from a Mom, a sister or a family. Thank you for sharing such personal stories with us. Your blog is a treasure to me.
It never amazes me what our God can do through technology and I am so thankful to Him for providing this blessed blog forum. I am just as thankful to you and all who are so obedient to Him to make Siestaville what it is. I truly feel like one of my sisters has just gotten married and my other two sisters have filled me in on all the sweetness of that day. With much love, Lisa
Dearest Beth, Amanda and Melissa,
Thank you so much for opening your hearts to all of us at the special time for your family. You are bible family to me (and lots of us Siestas I'm sure). You had made this wedding an event that gets me teary eyes just reading about it because it means so much to all of you.
The LPM Blog is such a gift to me and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing it.
Love, prayer and best wishes to all the Fitzpatricks, Jones and Moores.
Beth,
Wow! I have to tell you, I cried and cried when I saw the wedding blogs. You know regret over my past sins that prevented me from having that, but joy over the fact that God blessed me with a wonderful second husband with a wedding better than the first. God is a God who restores and I am so grateful for the mercy and grace that only He can give me! Thank you for being such a wonderful role model for us all I see Jesus in you every day and I am glad that one He has blessed me with you as one of my spiritual momma's. I may never be blessed to be able to have coffee with you here on earth, but make sure I'll be stoppin by in Heaven. Thank you for all you do for us Siesta's! We love all the Moore's dearly.
By the way you looked stunning!
Just wanted to add my thanks for posting about the wedding festivites. I enjoyed every detail!
Thanks for sharing!!!!we love it
"... and feel things nobody else could feel with us." should be the caption of your dance picture posted by one of your precious daughters! Thank You, Beth xoxo
