Howdy dear Ladies!
I say "howdy" this morning with complete and utter integrity because I have spent the last three days in the promised land that is the Lone Star State. Colin and I flew out of Atlanta on Friday to San Antonio and then drove deep into the Hill Country of Texas for a very close friend's wedding...and what a wedding it was! We met up with the rest of the Moore clan and many other wonderful people for a long-awaited day. It was a grand celebration.
Speaking of grand celebrations...many of you are celebrating the final week of the "No Other Gods" Bible Study. Congratulations to each of you for finishing strong!
Oh, and we wouldn't leave you without any pictures from this weekend!

loved the pics, especially the family pic, thanks guys! And you know, that mama of yours is giving you gals a run for your money in the "cuteness" category. :)
Oh Oh, can I also just add that I LOVE that I am not the only women whose husband wears jeans to a wedding (and wouldn't have it any other way?)? :)
What a gorgeous family!
Thanks for sharing your family with us. I needed to see some "Moore" smiles around my house this morning! :o)
Hugs from a Lone-star heart in the Sunshine state ,
Melinda

FUN PICTURES...I love pictures..my love language, honestly! :)
Favorite one, hands down is the Moore clan all dressed up, and your Daddy, still dressed up, but with those mighty fine looking blue jeans that every self-respecting Texas man wears to EVERY occasion!!! :)
Awesome!
Blessings,
Dori
Golly y'all are so pretty (except for the men, of course, they are just too handsome for words (especially the Mister))!!!!
Love the pictures and can't wait to see y'all next WEEK!!!!!!
I hope y'all love hugs :-)
My favorite is Keith in those jeans!!! LOVE IT!!
Ya'll are so beautiful...inside and out. Looks like it was a fabulous weekend.
See you NEXT WEEK in SA!!! Seriously??? I'm so excited. Praying for every bit of it.

OH girl - You Moore's sure do know how to "put on your party clothes". You all look beautiful and handsome(Jackson). Wow was Mama Beth having a great hair day or what? Thanks for sharing with us.
Oh what beautiful pictures! Thank you so much for sharing! What a precious family!
Blessings
Michelle
It only took 19 tries to get Jackson to look at the camera? I'm impressed. My son would have taken many more tries. And now at almost 13, he just puts his hand up. I have so many pictures of that stinkin' hand.
What lovely pictures - thank you so much for sharing!
Thank you for sharing your family with us. The pictures are beautiful and so are all of you. I have 3 sisters, and it is always such fun when we can all get together. Your family is such a blessing and it looks like you guys have such a great time together.
Thanks again,
rebecca in e.tx
Beautiful pictures! I also love the family picture with Keith in his jeans....reminds me of my dad. I don't know how many times I've had to go and buy a new pair for a special occasion because the previous pair (bought for a special occasion!) were used for work and are covered in dirt and grease!
Those are some cool pictures, I miss my family times, but I know that I have to put is in to Gods hands and he will get us back to Utah when he is ready...
You are all in my prayers...

Melissa, love those shoes!
I had to go back and look again! I am such a Texas I did NOT EVEN NOTICE THE JEANS! He looks great, and that jacket in the Hill Country heat is sacrifice enough!
Looks like y'all had a wonderful time! Nothing better than laughing with your family!
I'll see you in less than 2 weeks and we can all laugh together!
What a beautiful family! Looks like everyone had a blast.
God Bless you all.
I love the pics- thanks for posting them for us!
Y'all are just wildly cute!! Looks like a blast. Appreciate the pics. Loved Keith in jeans for the wedding - it made me laugh out loud.
Have a fantastic week!
"The most obedient younger daughter". Nice try Melissa. We've heard all the stories. I just can't believe how grown up little Jackson looks! He's growing up so fast!
Ya'll look beautiful! I love a fun wedding! Melissa, will you be at Siesta Fiesta?
See you guys soon!!!
What fun! Thanks for sharing the pics.
ALL ya'll were having AWESOME Hill Country dry-weather hair! Praise Him!
Loved the pictures! What a great looking family. Glad you had a great time!
(Melissa...LOVE your shoes!)

What a fun looking time!
So weird...I think I just saw pics of this same wedding on a family friend's blog...was the wedding in Fredericksburg on Friday?
Looks like y'all had a happy time of fellowship.
Gorgeous pics! You all are perfect TX ladies and the gentlemen looked great as well! The dance party looked like a blast~thanks for sharing.
Loved Loved Loved the pictures... Beth you, Melissa and Amanda need to be on the cover of some Magazine you all are so beautiful... Glad you had a wonderful time! and Keith... how appropriate for a Texas showdown wedding in his Texas Tux!
May God continue to Bless Momma Beth and her family.
Lichelle
What a beautiful family! Thanks for sharing with us.
I didn't notice the blue jeans until I saw someones comment...that is "dressed up" too here in Louisiana! Church, weddings, funerals...its our version of a suit I guess!
I am new to your blog and have wanted to see pictures of your grandson after hearing you talk about him all year at your Tuesday bible study in Houston. He is just precious!!! He is about the same age as my oldest and I just loved your stories about him! We also just came back from the hill country, Kerrville. We went to my mother-in-laws house for Camp GiGi. It is a new tradition that she just started with her 5 grandsons. Glad to be part of your blog now!
Melissa, thanks for sharing! Love the pics...and soooo glad everyone of the Moore gals had a GREAT hair day for the wedding!
Blessings!

Thanks for sharing.
Ya'll look like you're having the best time! Nothing like a family get together! Thanks for sharing, you know us siestas love it ;o)
A beautiful way to start the week. You all are such a beautiful family!
Love this blog for allowing all the siesta's to be a part of your family!
By the way, was that the chicken dance that Beth is moving too!?!
God Bless you all.
Nancy
Y'all look fabulous! Thanks for sharing the photos.
Have to say that it's nice that Jackson will look at the camera with a "normal" expression.... My son (age 9) makes the most obnoxious, goofy faces whenever I try to get a photo of him, so now I have to sneak pictures when he's not watching..... Grrrrrrrrr
Adrienne
Looks like an awesome weekend!!
Amanda is glowing! I know she was glad to have help with the Mister! ( I bet he tore that dance floor up!)
And bribes by an Aunt and Uncle are ALWAYS acceptable in our family! Just remember, those bribes will be returned on your children one day! I'm speaking from experience here!
blessings,
stephanie
Thanks for the pics! I love that Beth knows how to boogie :) And I also love the name you have for Jackson -- "The Mister" :)
Great pics.....thanks for sharing your good time with us!! You all look so fabulous!! Handsome Keith looked terrific!! Of course Jackson is the star of the show isn't he??? Wonder how he will feel when he shares the spotlight??
You guys lead a very busy life. I'm tired just thinking of your schedule!!
Blessings,
Bible Bunny in NO MI
Great pictures! You all looked gorgeous. And Mister Man is particularly handsome in his little dress pants and button-down shirt. Did your mom get the "Most spirit" award at the reception with her dancing? :)
The most obedient?!! And what does Amanda have to say about that?
Thanks for the fun pictures. Sounds like you had a great weekend.
Thank you for posting pictures of your weekend together! You know us ladies all too well- We want details...and pictures!
I love the one of the 3 girls, the family, and of course, Colin and the mister! Priceless! Bribing with gifts is always allowed:) So glad that you had fun!
Maybe you should write a post just about Jeans....
To me, if its not to bold to say, your family represents what some of us don't have and that is a strong, loving family. Nobody is perfect, but you guys are there for it all, I know you all (Pardon me, y'all) don't run away from each other and that is a beautiful illustration of God's LOVE. It brings me to tears when I see it, cause I've always wanted that. I have to somehow make that for my future family not having experienced it myself. God is working on me and I am trying each day, but when I see pictures of your life, Beth, well I am inspired (its a God - Breathed family) to know that that picture IS POSSIBLE!!!
Love and Blessings,
Molly
I'm laughing as I read the comments with the pictures. My son is 2 months older than Jackson. And his name is Jack Thomas. Well, my husband calls him "Mister" when he is in trouble. Last night, Jack refused to sit at the dinner table. My husband said "Listen Mister. blah, blah, blah." Jack burst into tears (which is NOT like him. He usually laughs when we discipline even through time out). It caught me so off guard that I instantly become compassionate. I said "Baby, what is wrong?" Through the tears he said "My name not Mister. My name Jack Thomas. No Mister." How can you be strict through that?
you guys are so fun! Love the family time; it's precious isn't it? i have loved studying with all the siestas. Let's do it again!!! Am praying for San Antonio and wishing I could be there!
What fun pictures, I would have loved to see Beth leading the dance!! I can certainly picture it after seeing her dance to a little praise and worship at LPM Live!! Thanks for sharing your family fun with all of us! Hope you had a blessed time together!
Thanks for sharing you weekend events with us. I love looking at pictures like this. You guys look like you had such a good time and you guys look great too.
As to spoiling from the aunts uncles and grandparent is all greatly welcomed at my house. Especial from Grams and Gramps. I figured they paid their dues raising their kids.
Have a wonderful day,
Kim B. in Az
Thanks how blessed you all are to have a wounderful familey. May God bless it even more each day. Many blessings to you & yours till your in our Lords hands
Thanks for sharing pics of the weekend. You Moores know how to have fun! See you in San Antonio!
I agree with Fran. Keith wins! Of course you were all beautiful and cute and adorable... But when I saw the picture of the family I remembered Beth telling us how one time she had wanted him to do something and he said "no" and she said "why, why, why"?and he said "cause your not the boss of me"!!! I love that story, and I loved that picture! And I love you all a bunch!
Judy
The family picture is just absolutely amazing! Beth, you are beautiful and that man of yours in his blue jeans, now that's a manly man!!!!!
Can't wait to see you girls in San Antonio!
Awww. What nice pics! You are such a good looking family And, I'm lovin' that Keith wore jeans to the wedding.
Beautiful pictures. Looks like a great time!
Great pictures! You all are are just beautiful!
And what's wrong with a little bribery from your Aunt?? ;)
Those pic are amazing! I love you guys! The lil mister is somthing! He is so cute! You look amazing like always Melissia!
How darling! You girls are coming out in full Texas fine-lookin'-hair style! enjoyed the pictures. truly, what beautiful ladies!!
Thank you, Keith, for making my day. It must be a Texan Guy Thing to feel perfectly comfortable showing up to a wedding in jeans and a jacket - cause that's what my transplanted West Texan husband dons for various events like, say, weddings. I've always wondered about it - but could never bring myself to say anything 'cause he's so dang cute in jeans. But I feel much better knowing he's not the only one. Thank you. I will rest easier now. :)
Warm in Alaska.
My man is going to love the "Texas Tux"!! We're moving home (to Texas!)and if that's dressy attire he's going to be in his own little heaven!!
I love Jackson's shirt tale hanging out of his suit!! Our little guy (who's now 31)was forever getting "comfy" as soon as possible in his suit! Those shirts NEVER stayed tucked in.
Thanks for sharing your weekend-looks like lots of fun memories. We've had three weddings in Texas since April. Lots of dancin!!
Can't wait to see everyone at the Fiesta!!
Are there any ugly people in your family? Honestly, that sure is a whole lot of pretty in one picture frame. Goodness, I need to get my family to the spa or something.
peace~elaine
There is nothing better than spending fun family time together. You all look like you sure know how to do that!! Dance on Mama Beth, you look fabulous! You are the most handsome family. Could that Jackson be any cuter. I don't think so.
It is good to see you having fun times together especially since we know how hard all of you work. God Bless you all.
You look so adorable
I love that it took 19 times to get Jackson to look at the camera - that is such a boy thing - hehe
Can't wait to see all of you in SA
Blessings
Kim
WOOT! WOOT! GET IT MISS BETH!!
You guys are gorgeous! But seriously, I am impressed with the hair---and San Antonio at that! My goodness, that was a serious feat. I know when I lived in TX my hair was great until I stepped outside the door.
Thanks for the pics. What a beautiful family you have.
God's blessings to all of you,
Patti
sigh...
Could ya'll just TRY to look better ? I mean , c'mon , it's EMBARRASING .
I'm SO kidding !!!!! It's a good thing we love you all as we do our own family or else we couldn't STAND all the BEAUTY !
Beth , .. I *NEED* you to take some shots of your head. As in , pics of your haircut. Cuz I look much like you in the face ( and we're the same age )and my hair looks exactly like yours , only I don't like how my layers have been cut and I need a picture to take to my hair salon to say " Can you do the layers moore like THIS ? ". I know you understand the importance of this.
So , just pull your hair out of its up-do , and shake your head and have Manders take a picture for me , would you ? Purty please with sugar on top and a marachino cherry ? I just know God will bless you with buttered popcorn for the fruits of this labor.
Love all of you !!
Elizabeth
If that youngin' got any cuter and the hair got any bigger i just might kill over. I love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for sharing the pics - see you in 2 weeks! yeah!!

We LOVE family pics! Thanks!
thanks for sharing the wonderful pictures! looks like so much fun!
What a beautiful family and what beautiful Moore (Jones&Fitzpatrick) women!!! Those are some lucky fellas:) Kidding aside, you all do look beautiful. I hope and pray as my children get older that we all are just as close as you guys. Right now we are in the throws of soccer, ballet, etc., and I really TREASURE these times, b/c I know one day very, very soon I am going to blink, and they are going to be all grown up. May God pour out many, many more blessings on your family.
Everyone looks GORGEOUS, and it looks like y'all had fun!!
Great pictures..thanks for sharing! Love the Texas fashion and Beth's dance move! What a joy to see such a wonderful family enjoying time together! Melissa - I love your dress! Amanda - you are glowing!! Jackson will be a wonderful big brother!!
Is Papa Seelig "Steve Seelig"???? If so, he was one of the ministers in my wedding - 18 years ago! Wow! You all look great!
Great pics! Thanks for sharing! Great looking fam!
Just got back from Louisville (louivul - I said it right while I was there - thanks Beth). Thought of you Amanda when I visited the horse park in Lexington. Got up close and personal with many different breeds! I love horses!

Much love!

So glad to see my sister get down with it! When Malcolm saw Beth out there on the dance floor, he grabbed the camera too. But I asked him to let us have a moment and he put it away. Now THIS is better than us snapping it!
Great pics y'all!! Thank you for sharing!
I love you all so much it almost brought tears to my eyes! Beth: Oh My Word! You are a "hottie"! I am sure your husband thought so too! A totally cute black halter with sequins! You look amazing! Honestly- you are so pretty have such amazing fashion sense! Your daughters are taking after you also! Wow! What a beautiful family! Thanks for the pictures!

What a beautiful family!
My favorite picture of this group is the one with Amanda and the mister. Oh my, look how much that boy looks like his momma here???! Amazing. So sweet and cute. I think she's glowing, too :)
What a blessed and beautiful family. God is so good - thank you for sharing these pictures.
Loved little Jackson holding those cars in his hands. As a mother of boys - it brought back sweet memories. I carried GI Joes and Hot Wheels cars in my purse for years.
We love Moore family albums.
Way to go Keith for wearing jeans! As Laura Ingalls from Little House on the Prairie would say, "he's a manly man!"
See you at the Siesta Fiesta soon -
Love & Prayers, Georgia Jan
Since the title of this post mentioned randomness I thought this would be the best place to comment. I'm working on 90 Days With Jesus the One and Only and just had a life changing moment in my quiet time this morning. Francis Frangipane wrote:
To innoculate me from the praise of man, He baptized me in the criticism on man, until I died to the control of man.
No time to go into detail about my situation but this was a Word to me this morning and it is NOT up for grabs. I will hold on to this one! Thank you LPM!
Sarah from Wyoming
Thanks for sharing the pics. Everyone looks wonderful and I love that Keith wore jeans to the wedding. I am a complete jeans advocate for any occasion. You have a beautiful family, from the inside out.
Some randomness of my own---sent email, but don't know if you will answer. Need the verse from one of your studies that goes with the thought that our spirits are as "light as a feather" when we are with HIM! Can anyone help me find it?
Just lovely! See you in San Antonio soon!
Thanks for all the pictures. Jackson's become quite a little man. He doesn't look like a toddler very much. I'm glad you had a good time together.
Y'all have some GREAT HAIR! Definitely a good hair day all around!
Thanks for sharing the wonderful, fun, and beautiful pictures!! :)
Much love,
Sharon, NC
First of all: You all have the exact same smile and it is gorgeous.
Second: You all looked gorgeous at the wedding.
Thirdly: Needless to say, y'all are all gorgeous, inside and out! It must be Jesus totally shining through y'all! :)
Huge hugs to each of you!
Thanks for sharing the pics! Looks like y'all had such a happy, fun time. I especially loved the last one, with Colin opening a package for Jackson...they both look happy, but the giver looks especially joyful!!
(I didn't even notice the jeans. But now that I've read nicole's comment, I'm gonna go back & look. Of course all I've known is living in Texas, so that may explain it.)

Sharing all your pictures made us feel like part of the family! Thankful you all got to have some big fun together. In Jesus' Love Kathy Knoblock
Amanda, I am so thrilled to see that my son is not the only one that likes monster trucks! My 2 yr old is obessed with them...I try to distract him with some nice educational toys or art projects but that rarely lasts very long before we are calling for Monster Mut, Blue Thunder, and ALL the others!! We wake up calling for them, we take them everywhere, and of course have to feed and bathe them too!! Just stay away from any monster truck videos or your son will be obessed for sure!! :)
I love the pictures looks like ya'll had a great time.
Could your family be anymore beautiful? Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for sharing those! What a good lookin' family. ;) Wish I could see Beth dance...looks like y'all had so much fun! Tell your mom for our last Bible study video, she should (along with whoever else) do a little jig for us... :D
The Journey Continues ~
Beth, Amanda & Melissa,
I could hardly wait to return and send out a little comment to all of you.
I was thrilled to see the
WOW=BREATHTAKING PHOTO OF YOUR FAMILY MINUS ONE! You see,
My brother, Thad just purchased a new cell phone and asked me what was my favorite website. I told him LPM as he showed me the photos from the blog on his cell phone for crying out loud ~ So, While you were all celebratin at a weddin, I was spending a week in Las Vegas with my precious mother and brother at his timeshare and checkin you out on his cell phone. My sweet husband allowed me to spend a week away from him and What a fun and wonderful 7 days laughing and taking in shows and seeing amazing things. As we were walking through The Venetian and Palazzo, we ran into a world known Christian evangelist and his wife, ( my brother knows them so we all stood and visited for a few minutes) Elvis ~ seriously, I saw him ~ came up and wanted to shake hands with the evangelist and we all took a photo together. Fun ~ and then I ran into Pete Rose and Steve Garvey. They talked to me too!
I thank you for always letting us be part of your photos and memories ~ You are truly a GOD LOVING and GIVING FAMILY!
When you speak in Las Vegas, you and Keith MUST see CEASARS PALACE, THE PALAZZO, THE VENETIAN AND WYNN! ENJOY!
With "Heaven Bound" blessings,
Kim
http://www.kimsafinathejourneycontinues.blogspot.com
ps I might add the photos on my blogspot so you can see what I was doing in Las Vegas.
By the way, we saw Cher and she fell down for the 1st time in 40+years of entertaining right on the stage. She stopped the music and began to laugh out loud. NOT EVEN STARS ARE PERFECT !!!!!
