It's Finally Here! The Siesta Fiesta!
Yahoo-Jah! Amanda and I are packing a few last things this very second and Melissa is already at the airport in Atlanta. It's Siesta Fiesta Time in San Antonio, Texas!! We are beside ourselves to see all of you who can come and will miss every last one of you that can't. We're going to raise the roof of praise in the Alamo Dome, do some synchronized diving into the glad river of Scripture then hug us as many Siesta necks as we can at our Saturday afternoon gathering!
We promise to bring back plenty of pictures so all of you can see some of the faces of sisters you've been blogging the faith with. (We blog by faith. Not by sight.)
Until then, the most important thing you could possibly do to lock arms with us is PRAY and, needless to say, not just for your dear Siestas but for every single person God will draw into His Presence. He has given me Ephesians 2:21-22 to pray for this event. I'd be so honored for you to agree with me in it:
Lord, cause the WHOLE BUILDING to join together and rise to become a holy temple in You. And in You let us all be built together to become a DWELLING IN WHICH YOU LIVE BY YOUR SPIRIT!
Wave the banner of Jesus' Name over San Antonio, Abba Father.
I love all of you so much. Fight the good fight, young ladies. Fight the good fight!!

OOOOOOHHHHHH...I'm so sad right at this moment. Wish I was able to go, but then again someone needs to be "on the wall" praying! :)
Thanks for your faithfulness girls -- and oh yeah ALL THE FUN, TOO!!
Blessings,
Dori
Oh How I wish I was there. I pray you all will be blessed with Word and fellowship. Please pray for my husband Hugh as he is in the hospital this weekend. I hope all you siestas continue to encourage Melissa's teaching ministry - maybe face to face we can encourage her more. God's richest blessings on you all- I pray for God to truly show up & show out this weekend!
Beth,
Can I ask you, what do you think is up with Ephesians? I have been led to the book for a whole month now...and I know it seems you have to..If you could share what He is speaking to you..that'd be awesome:)
Anyway, much love and safe trip to everyone going to the Siesta Fiesta;)
Jen, Linds, Shelly, Suzi, Janice, Bev, Kate...and so many others:) Love you lots..wish I was able to hug your necks!
God definitely didn't want me going for whatever reason this time around...matter of fact, I wasnt' able to go anywhere....
I originally couldn't go to the Siesta Fiesta, and had to give my ticket away. So then I figured I would visit my friend in Georgia by train..then I get a phone call by my friend two days before to tell me I have to cancel the trip because her mananger went on leave, and she had to cover...and not only that but on top of that...Tropical Storm Fay canceled my trip anyway...so its been fun.
Be Blessed:) HAVE FUN FOR ME!!!!
-angie
I'm praying for each person that hears your message. I was surely blessed when I attended in Louisville just a few weeks ago.
I found your blog a few days before that event and this is my first entry. I'm grateful to have all your comments and the responses of the siestas to encourage me each day.
Teach on Beth, teach on!
I'm here in San Antonio and BETH,please bring all the hair products you can to stop the frizzies! Oh, my==my hair was smooth and straight before I took my morning walk!! And now--does Don King ring a bell?!!!
Safe Travel!
Oh, how I wish I could be there! No doubt you guys will have a blast. Praise gathering, indeed! (Can't wait to see the photos!) You can bet I'm praying right along with you for an awesome outpouring of God upon San Antonio!
Hugs to all the Siestas!
Tracy
Praying for you all from Atlanta...it's my birthday weekend and it was all I wanted was to come to see you all in San Antonio, but God graciously blessed us with a new baby just 6 weeks ago; know you are being lifted up! Yahoo-Jah! Enjoy!
I will be praying for you. I am so jealous that I can't be a part of the Siesta Fiesta!! Can you plan an East Coast Fiesta next year? ;) Y'all come to North Carolina some time.
Blessings to you all!
Jean in NC
I won't be in the crowd in San Antone' but will be praying for ya'll from here in north Mississippi! Looking forward to seeing all those pictures you promised!
Beth,I so appreciate the way you constantly give all the glory to God ! He has used you in ways beyond imagination! Some people would start claiming some of the glory for themselves but I'm glad that you're not one of them.
Have funj!
Marilyn in Mississippi
Amen! I will not be there in person, but I will be praying, and lifting y'all up from Ohio.
A Siesta Fiesta sounds like so much fun -- darn, wish I could be there! Maybe someday...
Lord, please give everyone safe travel and bless each person who attends. Protect Beth as she teaches, and the entire team. Shower the city with your Holy presence.
In our excitement over this, please help us remember those who are attending who do not know you, who are suffering, and who need to hear your good news.
Help them to find you this weekend.
Amen.
Hope you guys have a wonderful time. I'll be praying for you! Wish i could be there but a certain 1 week old would rather i stay behind so she can eat :)
Wishing all you siestas the best time in the Lord!
Lord, I just pray your hand on each precious one you have called to be at this event. May they hear every word you say to them from your servant our dear Beth. May they be your Holy Temple this evening, and may you dwell in each and everyone of them.
Lord, give the siestas a wonderful time of fellowship with Beth, Amanda, Melissa and each other. We thank you in advance for all you will accomplish. In the mighty name of Jesus! Amen
I will be standing in agreement with you. Ya'll have a really great time in Jesus and with each other. Can't wait to see some of the picutures and read of the great event.
Love you,
Vickie
I'd love to be a part of the fun in person, but will be happy to do my part by praying! Have a great weekend!
Oh how I am praying for y'all. Praying God will meet each one in a special, undeniable way. Wish I could be there with y'all.
Have some queso and guac for me!!
Love and Prayers (and trying not to be jealous - heehee!)
Why all the fighting talk?! JK. What a beautiful verse from Ephesians! Hope ya'll have a blast.

Wishing more than anything that I could have pulled off the trip, but alas, it was not to be.
Praise On, Girls...
Can't wait to read all about it!!!

I am so excited for all of the siesta's that are anxiously, with butterflies in their stomachs, awaiting the first Siesta Fiesta! I am praying for lasting friendships to be built this weekend. I am believing God that my time will come - just not at this gathering. I can't wait to hear all of the glorious details!
I am smiling here in Ohio for each of you!
I'm packing too, Beth! My 2 nieces and I can't wait to come and not only hear what God has to say to us but to meet you, your precious daughter, and all our Siesta Sisters! We're psyched!
I am unable to attend this weekend but my prayers are with you! There is a group of us blogging on Believing God! Wow. I had not done this one before and it thrills my soul! The word of the Lord penetrates so deeply like boiling water to remove impurities. Indeed this living book is as revealed in 2 Timothy 3:16-17, "All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work."
Ok, I am so jealous, envious, coveting this time yu'all will be having. Father forgive me!! Maybe someday us Northern girls will get together like this. Yu'all have a great time and God's richest blessings over everyone. May you touch lives that never expected to be touched this weekend.
Blessings from the Bible Bunny in No MI
Can't wait to see you!!!
Safe travels to all and I pray for a wonderful event for all siestas and everyone else. I look forward to getting to know all of you better through this blog and look forward to (hopefully!) a meeting in the future!
Blessings!
Amy
I'm hugging each and every one of you right at this moment in my mind and my heart as literally tears stream as I so wish I could be there. You all have a grand time, and lets keep the faith!
Love to you from my home and heart,

Oh how I wish I could be there! Have fun ladies - I will be fervently praying for you!
~All my Love
Man, oh man, do I want to be there with yall so bad!!! I keep comforting myself with the truth that one day we will all be together and never have to leave... but till then I will be praying for you (and for myself to not get too jealous that I am missing out on the siesta fiesta). Love you girls!
I so wanted to be there, but alas, it was not to be. I will be there in spirit. Hopefully, I can make the next Siesta event!!!!
Lord, I just ask that you bless the flip-flops off these ladies this weekend. You totally rock and they just need to be with your awesome self this weekend. BE HUGE. Help them to open their hearts to a new work by the power of the Holy Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead. The DEAD!!! Breathe Life. Strengthen and refresh the worship team and Beth and the support staff. Most of all, bless the Siesta Fest. Help those of us struggling with jealousy because we can't be there. I'm still believing for a divine Starbucks appointment with Beth closer to my home in Iowa. You can do it, Lord. And if you make us wait 'til heaven, I'm cool with that too. In the mighty name of Jesus...AMEN. Have fun, girls!
Will be praying all goes well... that hearts are touched, lost become saved, blind eyes see...
Blow a kiss to the Riverwalk for me and to my kid sister who lives there. :)
Oh how I wish I could be there. What a great gathering it will be. Your scripture is beautiful. I pray the Lord finds a dwelling place for His spirit in every siesta and all the ladies who will attend this weekend.
As one of the Siestas who cannot attend...I will attend via the Spirit and bless your time together. May it be a Fiesta to remember!
Beth Ash
Have a blast with all of your blogging Siestas!...Praying for God to reveal Himself in a mighty way to all those who will be there.
Nichole you are so funny! I love the part in the prayer about those of us who are jealous! I've been praying that to and consoling myself with the thought that those who were able to go must really need that hug around the neck much worse than me... And then I laugh cause I can just picture Jesus shaking His head cause He knows my heart! I WANNA GO!!! I'm laughing as I write this and will be on my knees praying for everyone who could that they be blessed and laugh till they almost pee! Our God is fun and I am so happy for you all (really I am)!Love and prayersJudy
I have been and will continue to pray. I'll add Ephesians 2:21-22 to the prayers I pray for everyone attending.
Happy Siesta Fiesta!
How I wish I could be there. I'd love to see San Antonio again and to be with you all at the Siesta Fiesta! My prayers will definitely be there. I know everyone is going to be immensely blessed.
Have a blast and May God meet you in a very special way.
Melanie
Have a wonderful Fiesta!! Praying for you all!
You're so funny! I'm staying here in California, but hope you all have a blast!
Oh I have been a siesta for just a few weeks, so missed the Bible study and of course the Siesta Fiesta...but you've all know idea how much in 3 weeks you have entered my heart. I pray that it is the most wonderful, God filled, Spirit moving, God believing, fabulous, anointed event ever! I am so excited for God to see you all under one roof! So I am praying for you all from Massachusetts with love in my heart.
Please pray for us and our families too, as I cannot imagine God doing anything but "bindin' and a loosin' " in heaven as Beth says in her Believing God study, when all you ladies stand together in prayer!
Love,
Lynne
You all were on my mind and in my prayers early this morning. I will continue to pray for you and will be there in spirit. Love to all of you. Dee
Hope you all have a BLAST in God's Word and in fellowship. Wish I could be there. Prayers for everyone!
Yeah! We just made it to San Antonio from Missouri! Can't wait for tonight and tomorrow! See you in a couple of hours!
I just wanted to wish all of you who are blessed to be a part of the first Siesta Fiesta safe travel and God's most abundant blessings this weekend. It's my joy to pray with all the saints that God will cause the WHOLE BUILDING to join together and rise to become a holy temple in Him; and that God will let us all be built together to become a DWELLING IN WHICH HE LIVES BY HIS SPIRIT. (Ephesians 2:21-22)
Have fun, Siestas, and God Bless

Praise to You, Father, for what You are going to do in and through our siestas in San Antonio!!! We are joined to them through You and we "rise to become a holy temple in the Lord ... and we are being built together to become a dwelling in which God lives by His Spirit." Ephesians 2:21-22
Annoint the worship and the worship leaders, the musicians, the prayers, the testimonies, the speakers, the "temple" with Your powerful Holy Spirit. What a mighty God You are!
In Him! Amen!
Hi all!
Boy have I struggled over the past year about not being able to attend the fiesta. I really tried to make it happen and God just kept shutting one door after another. I finally came to the point where I was ok with that (said with gritted teeth!!)
Well today I had to have outpatient surgery (can anyone say, "it's tough being a woman??!!") God knew in advance and saved me from the disappointment of having to cancel a trip. Praise God that His ways are higher and better than my ways.
While I recoop, I'll have lots of time to be praying for this special weekend.
Blessings to all.
Kelli
I'm fairly new to blogger... and just found your site yesterday. :)
Your anointed words have pulled me out of the deperation pit a time or two... or three... etc.
Blessings in S.A.!
annie :)
Oh, how I wish I could join you :-(
But, you've all been prayed over and I just know the Lord is going to be there in full force! HAVE A BALL, Y'ALL!!!
Oh, I wish I could be there!!
I'll be here in Minnesota, praying for God's mighty presence to cover all present; that he stirs hearts and moves powerfully in the hearts and lives of all Siestas that are there.
Deb
Oh how I wish I could be there with all the Siestas! I will be at my Grandfather's Memorial Service (he passed in March out in AZ) - praising Jesus for resurrection joy!

Dear Beth, Amanda, Melissa, and Siestas -
I wish I could be there. But you are in my thoughts and prayers. And I know that our Lord Jesus will do great and mighty things!!
Much love,
Sharon, NC
Dear Beth,
My new favorite phrase is WE BLOG BY FAITH,NOT BY SIGHT ! This 56 yr.old Siesta now has a blog and is in a CHAT room for BIBLE STUDY. That could ONLY be God!!! Wish I could be there in person but will definitly be attending in spirit. Love all you dear SIESTAS.
LINDA
Can't be with you, but my prayers are going up right now. Lord, give them a joy that is beyond measure, a love for each other, and Lord don't allow the evil one an inch of space on this one. Lord, please pour out your spirit all over these sweet siestas -- and over Beth, Lord annoint her right now.
I'm praying you all the way there and back -- give Him all the glory in all ways and always.
Praying for you all!! How I wish I could be there to meet you and see all of your faces. May God pour out His Spirit in that place and may you never be the same again! Love you all.
Siesta in FL (wishin' I was in Texas!)
I get to baby sit a special dog!!! Too much fun!!! what a blessing to my heart. You guys have a fun, joyful time. Allison
and from the special dog...
Arf, Arf!
"(We blog by faith. Not by sight.)"
I laughed out loud.
I prayed for you all early and I will continue to pray.
I wish I could be there, but it was not GOD'S will..and the one's that are there...it is meant for each of them and to get a word.
LORD, you will be in their midst..because they have so many that have gathered in your name alone to be glorified.
Do what you do and let know one leave without a heart that is consumed in holy passion for the ONE and only that can fulfill every need.
I love you and I thank you for what YOU already have done.
IN JESUS NAME...AMEN
Have a joyful time in the LORD...return to your siestas with good words.
Love and Blessings,
Teri
Yeah! And I would just like to reiterate what Nichole said!!! I couldn't of said it better myself! (Honestly Nichole that was so good and so funny. I really could never have said it better!!) I love your mom's remarks as well.
Know that I am lifting all my Siesta's up in prayer this weekend. Those who could attend and those, like me, who couldn't. I just know Jesus is doing some mighty works this weekend in San Antonio! Amen!!
Can't wait to see the pictures.
Love, Lori
I've decided it must not be jealousy I feel, because I'm happy for all of you who get to go...maybe wistful is a more descriptive word...
I laughed reading this post then prayed for San Antonio from right here in my recliner. God bless you all!
Ohhhhh.. I am soo sad to not be going! :) Beth.. I really want to meet you! One day. :)
I will be lifting you up in prayer... have a great time and blog all about it!
I had to put my priority and $$ into Deeper Still in Las Vegas but I am with you in Spirit in
San Antonio. Plus eye surgery the Tues before might have had a tad to do with it.
Please put something together again for the blog Siestas. Alternate West Coast, East Coast, Mid-West perhaps.
My God and His Spirit bless An Antonio Friday and Saturday.
I live in San Antonio and was downtown this evening watching the parade of women flowing into the Alamodome. I had forgotten about the event being this weekend and when I asked a parking lot attendant what was going on he said that he thought it was some Christian women's group and that he had heard the place rocking earlier. May God bless this event for you gals and Rock on for Jesus!!
I so wanted to come, but God knew I needed to be home for many reasons. I'm praying for you Beth and Siesta sisters.
Thank you for giving God the honor and glory with your obedience to his word. Much love!
While I can't be there at the Siesta Fiesta, I will be with you in Las Vegas in a few short weeks. I will be coming from northern Michigan, my mom from Southern Michigan and my sister from San Diego. We will all meet up in Las Vegas for a great weekend of fellowship! I must share that as I tell people that I will be going to Las Vegas for a christian womens conference, they seem hesitant to believe me. Las Vegas.... Christian conference... I see their point and yet we will rock the strip with praises to the King of kings and Lord of lords!! Kimberly in northern Michigan
I can't be there either, but I will be praying for you guys. Hope all get s special blessing fall on them! Have fun in the LORD, and praise His Holy Name! Enjoy, and hugs to all!
Delilah
I know it will be an incredible weekend, with an anointing only the Lord can provide to all who attend. And to the siestas....Oh I wish I could be with you! I am on my way to be with our daughter and son-in-law for the birth of our first grandchild! And it is a biesta (boy) not a siesta! My prayers are with all of you! Have a blast!!!
Love and hugs to all of you...
Fanci (my new grandmother name!)
Want to be with you all so bad!!!!!!!!! Well, to be honest, I really want to have this baby more!!So I think I will stick around here in the Atl and think about all of you wonderful people getting together to celebrate our amazing God and the friendships He has given us.
Praying for all of your safety as you travel and may He just be laughin' right there with you as you hug, cry, and of course eat!!
We are here! YEAH! Last night was awesome! Can't wait till this morning!
We are ready to soak in what it means to have an inheritance... especially since we are HIS Glorious Inheritance! So fun!
Praying for you and your team!
Emmy : )
It's 9:20 Saturday am - I've got my LPM 3 cd on and "Made Me Glad" has just played....i was on my knees to "my shield" - He is so wonderful! I have all of you in San Antonio on my mind - Lord, be present there right now....move in their hearts, be with Beth as she exalts your name and speaks your truth - let it crush the enemy and his lies! God please have your hand of protection on each member of the Living Proof team - protect and guide them as they seek to honor you. Lord, take the participant home safely today, refreshed by your presence and your word - let them be a blessing in their homes, families and all their circles of influence. Let Your Name be EXALTED today!
Amen -
Beth and family - from one who has been so deeply touched by God through your ministry - keep running the race - the cost must be immense at times. Know that you are soooooo appreciated and God uses you greatly to help women find the "on" switch of the light that illuminates God's word in their lives. Love and blessings to "you all!"
Leslie Olson
From the moment I read the invitation I was ready to go! But like the others I will present mu disappointment to the Lord and pray that those there will be blessed and renewed and ready to bring back to their area the mighty love of Christ to all they encounter!
Looking forward to the pictures and a 'northern' siesta fiesta?! :~)
I'm praying for you too longmeadow mama! Hope you are feeling ok! Love one of your siesta sisters!
Judy
Can't be there....SOOOO wish I could. AM PRAYING!! Send your anointing Lord right at this VERY moment!!
Missing being there so very much...but I am praying for you all
I have felt the presence of the Lord from 5 hours away! I have been praying and storming the heavens for every single one of the beautiful women attending this weekend. I wish I was digging in the Word with you, Beth, but until next time...I'm fighting the good fight!
AJ....thank you so much for the prayer for Kaye. As you saw, God was merciful!!! I tried to thank you at the Fiesta but....... Just know that I am PRAISING God for answering your prayer and mine. The weekend was indeed WONDER-FILLED!!!! Love to you all. Thank you, Jesus!!!
Oh shoot! I wish I could be there! I will be praying for a wonderful weekend for all of you!
Well, I am new to this blogging thing, but I had so much fun today, and I met so many great people at the Siesta event that I am really excited to start talking to and meeting some of you on here. This weekend was fantastic, and I feel so fortunate to have gotten to go.
Y'all are so precious (and tiny!) and I'm so glad I was able to participate this weekend. Yahoo-JAH! Melissa, I didn't get to hug your neck - next time!! :-)
Oh if I could even express how much I love you, but there are no words.
Agape dear ones,
Cathy
Beth,Amanda and Melissa, I just drove home to Austin from your event and the siesta gathering- I was most impressed with the organized manner in/by which all transpired-I'm an "old gal" so I can sit back and absorb the beauty of how God is touching us through your ministry. I watched the young, the tired and old as you so generously offered an intimate time with us. I believe God heals in so many ways and the fact you ladies are willing to just "be" and be "real" with your sisters is extraordinary. Although I may never have the priviledge of visiting wth you personally- I know we are all in this together-somehow we are connected in this journey- and I do know that my deepest dark night of the soul began ten years ago and I/my precious sons are emerging during year 11 and you have been one of the divine supports sent my way- oh how do I thank you and as Melissa said it so well- you are a spirital giant- not to put pressure on you know. I recognize that a gentle loving spirit(with lots of energy and history) often is the most chosen by our Lord to help us in this mysterious journey- Lots of love to all of you, Kathy
I have been here and it has been life changing! So thankful for the ministry that God has given you, Miss Beth...thank you so much for listening and speaking His heart to us....He is my inheritance and I AM HIS....unbelievable!!! Praise His holy name!
I am an heir of God! Thank you Jesus!!!! Wow! What an awesome experience and lesson I had in SA. I did not even know about Siesta or the blogs until today. So of course i had to check it out when i got home. I hope everyone that were registered siesta's had a great time afterwards! Wow - how cool was that????
Anyway... just wanted to drop a line - say thank you to Beth for all the hard work she does to serve us! I greatly appreciate it and you really helped me come back alive this weekend for Jesus! (i tend to doze off during the summer vacation with my kids - we get too lazy). :)
God is Great!
I wish I could be there!!!! But this college girl is still under financial restrains of college. HA! I pray that y'all take to heart a good Word and enjoy wonderful fellowship!!! Maybe I can come to a siesta gathering after graduation?... That'd Rock!! Blessings gals!
Oh, I am jealous with a Godly jealousy for all of you to be united in Christ. God bless each one of you. Blessings! Jean
Thank you, thank you, thank you. A wonderful weekend and a wonderful time to meet some beautiful women.
Oh, I am jealous with a Godly jealousy for all of you to be united in Christ. God bless each one of you. Blessings! Jean
I am grieving that I wasn't able to be there. But proud of those siestas who could be. I pray it was a God all over it time.
This weekend was such a blessing for me. I felt the Lord meet me there. And the fellowship I had with my sisers in Christ from our local congregation was wonderful. Beth, thank you so much for being faithful to your God and for sharing what you learn with us. God is helping me to overcome through your studies and the studies of others. I consider you a mentor and I praise God that you are a willing servant. Thank you for being a great example of a redeemed woman living her life before her God.
Hello Siesta's,
This is the first time in blog so excuse me if I do something wrong. But just wanted to share with you how much I enjoyed the Beth Moore Bible Study in San Antonio, TX. It is the first time I hear you and was so blessed thank you for all your words of encouragement. i need to be around other Siestas. I have been praising God all week end for all He does for me and to know that I am a Heiress of the Kingdom of God. Thank you once again. The Lord bless you.
I had such a blast! It was wonderful to meet you and get to be right next to you in our Blue Stripe photo! I was very blessed by my door prize 'birthday' present. I was eyeing the Patriarch Bible Study the whole time wishing I could get it. Low and behold the Lord provided it to me! It was a wonderful 33rd birthday weekend. God is so good!

Thank you Beth for God's word revealed; for the opportunity to worship our true King; for the sweet fellowship of sisters in Christ.

p.s. should I change my blog name to Iamnotaboringheiress?
It was an amazing weekend and I thank God I was able to be there. And the best part is that HE was there, too.
Do you think you could put on the blog what you had us say to each other at the very end? I would love to have that forever.
Thank you!
i am so sad i am not there! I can't wait to see pictures
Just got back to the hotel after the pj party. What a wonderful way to end our time together! The names now have faces...and they are beautiful!!!
It stirred me to hear afresh and with a true understanding that I am HIS inheritance. MAN!!! I still don't think I fully comprehend that and ALL that it means.
Miesta Moose is just so honored to have been a part of the Siestas. He's was so excited Beth, that you held him for the group pic.
What a blessing this weekend was, in so, so many ways.
Melana in Wyoming (well, not right now)

I soooo wanted to be there yesterday. Hugs to all of you siesta's!
Love & prayers
Loved every minute...even the bucking-bronco plane turbulence! We actually saw a rainbow out our plane window when we were flying back home to Georgia after the Siesta Fiesta! It was a blessing meeting so many wonderful Siestas and hugging Amanda in the Yellow group picture. Beth, Melissa, Amanda and Travis...ya'll are AMAZING! And GeorgiaJan...she blessed me so much! I'll be floating on the Siesta Fiesta Cloud playing my harp for a very long while. AND IT WAS NOT BORING! It was as close to heaven as it can get this side of Glory. GeorgiaJan and I were about to explode into glory listening to Beth and praising Jesus with Travis and his team. Thanks to all who made this event possible. I am blessed with a double portion every day.
I am totally spent...or shall I say it like my roommates? Spe-ent. The word this weekend was life to me. It was so good. God has done amazing things.
Siesta's,
Just wanted to let you know that I shared with the ladies class today. And told them all my experience I had at the Conference. And to tell them that they are the Heiress of the Kingdom of God. Praise the Lord for His love and mercy. I ask prayer that God will continue to use me in the Women's Ministry at our church as we go out and minister to our communitee.
Beth, Amanda, and Melissa,
My mom, sister, and I arrived home late last night after an incredible weekend in San Antonio. There are just not enough words to describe how wonderful the worship was, how encouraing yet challenging your lessons were, and how God met with us this weekend. Thank you also for the "icing on the cake" with the Siesta Fiesta. You all were so real, so intimate, so loving- Though we didn't get to hug your necks in person, we felt so privileged to be able to "talk" with you after such a wonderful weekend.
As so many said yesterday, thank you for your ministry and the many sacrifices you made along the way. Thank you for listening to God and being obedient to His will, even when it didn't match up with your plans. And thank you for reminding us that we do have an awesome inheritance- And it is and will not be boring!
I pray that you have a wonderful and much deserved vacation, Beth. May your time away with Keith be refreshing and rejuvenating.
We love you all to pieces! Thank you for allowing us to be a community of believers with you. What a privilege it is to be a siesta!
Beth,
I am just wondering if you would ever consider a conference at ShellPoint in Fort Myers, FL. It's a retirement community where a bunch of cute, old ladies make the weekly trek to study your bible studies. (my g-ma included). It's ABSOLUTELY beautiful and the women are hungry... just slightly resistant to flying and traveling to hear you in person. You would get a slight vacation and these ladies would about piddle in their pants to be able to host you. Feel free to contact me if you want to orchestrate a visit. ( c :

My goodness Beth I am not really sure if you have a B game but you were so on your A game this weekend, that was some meat. At the pj party someone asked me what I do for a living, I said "Oh.. I am an heiress"
And melissa You are too funny, I love your personality.
And Amanda I love yours too, you gals are AOK. In the picture time Beth you were looking right at my friend as you talk, and I tell you I about knocked her over trying to make that eye contact, it was a great time of getting to see another side of you guys. Anywhoo Love ya
I was there! I got home from the San Antonio conference yesterday and only just found out about your wonderful blog :-) It was the first Live conference I've been to and I feel truly blessed to have been a part of it. I'm starting the 'Stepping Up' bible study next week too.
Thank you for all you do.
I was at the AlamoDome this weekend! I feel so refreshed!! As usual, the Lord spoke to me through His word ... thank you, Beth, for your faithfulness to proclaim it! Looking forward to seeing you in February!
