God Is On The Move!
Hey, you most darling of all Siestas! I hope you guys are doing well and seeing some fresh revelations of Jesus in His Word and in the blooming Spring. In my own quiet time this morning out on my back porch, God spoke to me about getting the "full measure" (those are the two words I kept hearing in my spirit) of God out of every trial or season. In other words, if I have to be in it, I want every drop of God I can get out of it. Milk that thang, Girls. Milk that thang. He didn't allow you to be in that situation for nothing.
I am writing to let you know that this is a huge week for Living Proof. We are moving from the office building where we've been for many years to a free standing building that God has provided for the ministry. We are ecstatic! So humbled and thankful to God. And we are also practically out of our minds with all a move entails. Poor Curtis. I told him yesterday that I bet he wished he'd started at Living Proof AFTER the move. He's the only man in the ministry so he's been put to some use! He said he was glad to be there for the transition, however, and goodness knows he's certainly had a chance to bond with his coworkers. They have all worked so tirelessly and joyfully. They are the most terrific staff in the world.
It seems like just yesterday our modest hand-me-down dining room table was stacked to the ceiling with research books while a very blonde-brained young woman tried to hear from God from 8:00 to 3:00 sharp and seek a divine touch in the daily-ness of carpools, basketball games, volleyball games, fusses and fights, and budding hormones. There at that same table I labored away at the Tabernacle series, the David series, Jesus the One and Only and Living Beyond Yourself. All of those were written in their first forms right in that spot while clean clothes piled to Heaven on my breakfast room table. And I was ruined for life.
I'll be back at that table someday - don't know if it will be sooner or later - with those of my generation and you young things will be doing all the break-neck studying and serving and laboring that we older things had been doing. And will still be doing in whatever form God directs. I don't believe in retirement but I do believe strongly in transition. In moving. And in also knowing when to MOVE OVER and let the next generation do what they're meant to do. With much help. Much love. Much blessing. That's God's way.
But for now, Lord have mercy, we're moving all right. Boxes to the ceiling. Knees to the ground. Pray for us! And more than anything, pray for God to fill this new house with His great glory. He's met with us many times in our old building. I want JESUS more than I want any surrounding. Any new carpet. Any fresh paint. I want HIM. Ask Him to baptize that place in His Presence and let me love Him more within those walls. We hope to grow in the depth and breadth of serving Jesus to you as we move with the cloudy pillar of His Glory to this place. You are so dear to us.
I love you!

How wonderful! I pray that every bit of this new building is used to the glory of God and that he blesses the ministry in its new place as greatly as he did the old!

awww we love you! I am so blessed to be a student of you Beth. I love that you allow us to see the Lord through you. Enjoy "moving day" and we pray that God blesses the whole process!
I am heading out to teach my 15 girl bible study this morning and I loved your word Miss Beth! Hey San Diego rocked!!! We brought 7 girls, we praised God, got a WORD, shopped, ate and had a blast down at the beach!!! What a terrific thing to be doing life with Him! He is soooo good!!!! Can't wait to see what Mary Cassian has to say to us this morning... I am so convicted! Oh man what a study and what a God!!! Bless that building!!!!
Kimberly in CA
Thank you Beth! You have discpled me and mentored me over the years w/o even knowing it! I did my first study, (the one on David), while I was literally nursing my youngest...and I was the leader! Through that I became as attached to God's Word as that baby girl was to me!
My dinning room table today looks just like yours of yesterday as I pepare for the retreat I'm speaking at next weekend and my prayer is the same as yours...I just want more of HIM!!!
Thanks for the reminder that I'm not the only one writing between mom duties! Well, I'd better scoot...I have an appointment with Jesus today and I promised I wouldn't pick my girls up, (now a teenager and pre-teen), in a ball cap and work out pandts - again! (sometimes the Lord and I loose track of time! =])
Looking forward to seeing you here in Boise next month! ~Michelle
I'm a milkin', I'm a milkin' alright.
Hi Beth,
That is so funny, as I am just entering the "midst of menopasuse" and lamenting all these new symptoms and weird things I am feeling, and then to hear you say to get the "full measure" of where ever God has us!! (and of course you are right) Okay then, that does help my out look on all of this. Thanks siesta!!
Praying also for your move and new surroundings/adventures/blessings.
Love you! karen :) :)
It's been almost 10 years this summer since I first met you at a Living Proof event in Huntsville, AL. Got my Things Pondered book signed in the midst of all the excitent. But most importantly of all met Jesus in a way like I had never met Him before. The Presence was in that place and I will never be the same. Several years later I was in Huntsville for a meeting and took my lunch break in the partking lot of the church where we had gathered. I had experienced God many times but the memory of that particular event brought forth His glory anew in that car as I sat in the parking lot. I have yet to find anything like His Presence. I so pray His Presence and glory over you as you move to this new place. The old comfortable place was so nice but His Spirit moves with you and He has some wonderful, deeper things in store for you in this new season. Your ministry is such a blessing to me and has been for many years. I love you, siesta.
Dear Lord,
Be with the staff of Living Proof, Beth and the girls. Give them the strength to move across town. And I beg you to meet them there with open arms. Give them the best welcome home party that our brains can fathom!
It's in your son's MOST PRECIOUS name that I ask it.
Amen
I can't wait to see pictures!
Jenn Monroe, LA
Congratulations on the new building! God just keeps on blessing, and we siestas will just keep on praying.
Milking that thang,
Kelli
I am so excited and happy for your new place! I will pray for your new office. The Lord God will be with you wherever you go.(Joshua 1:9)
May God bless your new office and all who work there and give you many causes to dance before Him!
Happy Moving!
Love,
Patty
Beth, thank you for reminding me that God has me in this circumstance, this season, for a purpose! I vow to milk this thang for all I can--for all He wants to do! Meanwhile, I'll pray for you and your staff during your move. What a blessing you've been to me.
Now that's pretty exciting. And it's a good thing it's exciting because moving is also tiring and you need every bit of energy you can scrounge up. Of course, there are priorities in a move, so I pray that you get your restrooms and break area in working order very soon!
Dear Sweet Siesta Beth,
Two things (or "thangs") I have to tell you:
From the nursing student in me - BE CAREFUL all of you, with lifting heavy objects or twisting while lifting. Infrequent lifting is the biggest cause of back injury.
GOD bless and take care of all of you as you take care of your "temples" :-)
Second thang/thing is about "full measure" of GOD in every trial or season. THANK YOU! I'm having a trial with a rebellious son and GOD is speaking to me so much and in such beautiful themes I can't get it all down.
I'm learning so much from HIM in this trial and it doesn't always seem to be about the specific trial.
I remember you saying GOD could be doing huge things all around and we are pointing to the trial going, "I want you right here, LORD, right here!" :-)
HE knows what HE'S doing.
Praying GOD'S continued blessings and annoiting on you, Beth, to continue "ringing the liberty bell" that we are free!
Our FATHER can annoint your sweet little head in a brand new office looking out of a different window as well as sitting at picnic table! HE does and you are!
Love and blessings to all of you guys!
Teri
I know that you haven't a clue, Beth, but I thought you ought to know - you are one of my very best girlfriends. I've been regularly meeting with you on "the other side of that video" since that first study you wrote left your dining room table and found it's way to mine. God has used you to encourage, convict, teach, love and bless me in ways that only girlfriends can. Your encouragement for today is no exception. If your first paragraph today was for no one else, it was for me. My motto for today has just become "Milk that Thing!"
Beth, my dear, I certainly will be praying about this new move. Your ministry has blessed my life so much that I don't dare take anything for granted! Satan would love to rear his ugly head and head us all back to the chains we left behind! I love you and your family!
Blessings!
Congratulations on your new move!
And wow...I have been praying all week about things I'm experiencing and have been since just before your Jax conference.
Last night in my prayer time God told me to get my "full measure" and thank Him for what I'm experiencing. I pray that I don't miss anything he has for me. I want this to BE GONE!!!!
Love you in the Lord!
May God Bless you all at LPM and go with you and lead you as you go on to do great things for Him in your new diggs!
God has you in the palm of His hand, His plans for you are sure --- I just have to share this God Stop from the San Diego event:
I was at SD four years ago, alone. This time I went with two ladies who are older than I am, one by a couple of years and one by 15 years. The older one needs a full hip replacement that she has been putting off and she's only in her 50s! You can imagine the carefulness we needed to take (not complaining - just illustrating). I'm used to going with two younger friends and we are crazy - fanatical even - when it comes to being first in line! I love bringing the 'night into the light' in prayer and praise with other sisters on Saturday morning at the event. I also always run into a gal named Nancy from AZ at these events (6 so far) and we have always found each other at the beginning of the event line. This year I was slightly saddened at the prospect of missing Nancy at the front of the line. I knew we would be walking into the event well after the doors were opened and people had taken their seats - I was okay with that because there's not a bad seat anywhere at COX Arena...but I felt a loss knowing I would not be able to find Nancy in the 9,000+ women in attendance. These two ladies have never experienced a LPL event and one has never even done a Beth Moore study - It would be a different experience this time. I would have to be a little more mellow. We got into the arena about 15 minutes before it started. As we were getting situated in our seats I looked down to the center of the stage and before my eyes could even get there they fell on the cute little gal sitting directly in front of me one row below --- Nancy! God is so amazing! We hugged and she immediately said she had 'come with a different group of women this year' and so couldn't get there early like usual. God's planning the one's circumstance to fit the timing and circumstance of the other based on the longing in each of our hearts and what we hoped for. Isn't He AMAZING?!?!
He will take care of you in your new building!
Yes mam. Yes mam. And yes mam! :)
It is so amazing that no matter where you go, God follows if we ask Him too. I pray your move is without incidence and all goes well. No doubt God will be in the midst of it! We are anxiously awaiting for your next assignment from Him!!
Thank you for the blessings!
In His Graces~Pamela
Full Measure!
That is the truth, but it is not exactly what I was thinking as my foot shot out this morning on a bracelet which had flown off my wrist when I was trying to get two middle school sons to at least pretend to get along and let their grandparents sleep!
Threw the full measure of the coffee cup (and the cup) in the other direction while I was going down for the count. Mexican tile does not give much.
Evade, Endure or Embrace the season you are in - that seems to be the pounding phrase the Holy Spirit is giving me these days. Trying to embrace - not always getting it right. But still trying.
Your confirmation was well timed.
Oh Beth, I almost hear you saying good-bye? or is it just my imagination reading more into this post than what was meant. That's my first reaction!
God's will be done.
Congratulations on your new building which is a God given present. A new building says new growth. New growth always trickles down to us. Can't wait to see what God has up his sleeve with LPM.
yea for moves, fresh starts, and a fresh word from God. Blessings on your new place!
Dana
I pray that God will bless your building, your staff, and your time as you make this move. I pray that God's annointing overflows on all who enter and that there will be such a heavy cloud of God's presence that people passing by will know that they are on Holy Ground.
Beth I have to tell you that I got called to the school yesterday because the principle thought someone had passed my 15 year old son some drugs because he was praying face down during locker break and praising God. I laughed all the way back to my office as God is doing such an incredible thing in my son and our youth group and I know that He used that yesterday to "confound the wise with foolish things". He is so good and so awesome.
Have a great "non-stressed" moving day. Love ya,
Jules
Beth, Oh how God has blessed you and you in turn have blessed others - me included! Thank you for giving of yourself. I will be praying as you move to your new facility. I am sure God will fill it with His presence.
Prayerfully,
Kay Martin

THANKS BETH! I loved the guidance to "milk that thang" What a wonderful way to look at those times.
Congratulations on your new digs! I just know that from that sweet spot the blessings are gonna flow and flow!
XOXOXO

The Lord bless you and make His face shine upon you. Im praying for you, your staff and your ministry. Thank you. Please pray for my family. My sister found her adult daughter dead in her bed Sunday. This is an extremely hard time for them as there are, of course, unanswered questions and broken hearts. We stand in need of prayer. Dee
Oh, sweet Beth, we love you, too! We can't wait for the Siesta Fiesta in August! Praying that your move will go smoothly. Anoint that building from top to bottom before walking through its threshold! He's opening a new chapter in LPM's journey and we are so thankful to be able to pray for what He has in store for this ministry! He is wowing us just as He is you and thank you for helping us see more ways to praise Him for it! I was just listening again to Session 5 of Believing God and you were talking about the depth and breadth of God. Thank you for teaching in that study how to overcome the cycle of defeat and lead, instead, a cycle of victory in Jesus and for Him alone! Funny how you also talked about how you told God you would never step foot into radio and TV. Oh, girl, His plans are way better than we can even imagine. Look at the lives He is able to impact through those 2 avenues now! Giving Him all the glory for igniting your ministry! Bless you as you travel this new path He's leading you toward.
Hi Beth!
I've missed you!
I found your entry today to be a great encouragement to me as I am living the life that you described for yourself when your kids were young. Getting ready to speak at my first women's retreat this weekend...feeling the responsibility and privilege of it all while still very immersed in family life with my hubby and 3 (fairly) young kids. Lots to do. And glad to.
May God just soak you in His glory!
Dear Beth and all of you,
I will certainly be praying for you. I know God will put his touch on it as he does all things. I was reminded today on my way to work that HE is the light. He painted a beautiful sunrise...who could ask for more to start their day.
love and blessings as always
Dearest Beth and staff:
My prayers are with you as you make this move. What a huge undertaking I am sure it is!!
I still have your VERY FIRST newsletter you sent out and your VERY FIRST Bible study you put together. Remember the one that you put together yourself before you even had a publisher? It is bound by those black ring binders with a self-made front and back cover. It is the Fruit of the Spirit study. Do you remember that stage??? I often use that bound study to show my Beth Moore Bible Study participants how God can take a willing heart like yours and turn your efforts into such amazing Bible studies. My husband and I often stand in the middle of our local Lifeway store and just stare around the store at the top (with tear filled eyes) and marvel at how many studies God has allowed you to write and publish. You keep on and thanks to you, your family, and all your staff for the wonderful ministry you provide.
Jackie
I'm praying for LPM and the move and the new building and all the changes. You have blessed me SO much!
Wow! This is fantastic! Please post pictures for us!!!
What a great encouragement to me this morning as I write on a recycled sidetable from my dining room. It's now strategically placed behind the sofa in the living room so I can work without feeling I'm totally neglecting the children.
And good for you that your piles of laundry were clean. I've not gotten to that point yet. :))
We love you Beth..Hope you'll show us pics of the new digs!
Looks like God has big plans for you and your ministry. Keep dreaming big. We love you!
Beth, I just want to thank you for your time in San Diego. I was there and you mentioned that God had a word for someone in that audience. I just finished Breaking Free and I am praising God for truly breaking me free! God truly spoke to me at this conference and I am still taking it all in. Thank you for being used by God to speak a message to me. I am blessed and humbled by all that He is doing! I am a new "siesta" and am already blessed by this blog!
Beth,
So funny that you're talking about God moving your ministry to another place because God's been working on me to stay right where I am. My family outgrew our house the moment we moved in 8 years ago ( we went from 2 children to four). I have been wanting to move since. HOwever, God is teaching me to be content wherever I am. I must admit that after 8 years, I'm just now getting it. I wanted bigger and better. He's telling me to "be still and know. . ." Tough lesson.
I'm glad God is moving you forward. I will bloom where I am planted.
Stephanie
Glory and praise to the Lord for providing you with a free standing building.
Congrats on your move.
I have been in tears all day, not sure why, something deep in my spirit.
I am so looking forward to my Stepping Up sisters coming over tonight for Lesson 1, sitting around my dining table.
Beth, your new home is an anointed place of healing and prayer. I know many of my own were offered there, and those of others, including Julie. May you be richly blessed there. He loves you so, whether you are at your kitchen table or at your desk amid the trees. Much love and blessing, Annette
Oh, Father, go before Beth and her staff as they move to this new building and in all the transitions ministry requires. Thank you for your provisions! Fill that new building with the power of your shakana glory till the whole place quakes with the Spirit! To your name be all of the glory! Amen!!
Beth - I am so excited for you all and praying for your move! I just wanted to say THANK YOU for how you have, by being obediant to God's call on your life, been so inspirational to me as I seek my own calling.
I am a budding writer and hopelessly in love with God's word. When you said you were ruined for life, sister, I totally understand!
Please pray that I will be sensetive to the Spirit's leading and courageous and I do whatever it is God leads me to. I am about to embark on teaching/leading my first women's Bible study this summer! Suffice it to say, I am a little nervous but more excited than anything to see what God is going to do.
God Bless ya'll!
Change is good. Praise God for His provision.
I have to share a funny story with ya'll (yes, I am a Texan siesta). My boys get frustrated with me over taking things that they have outgrown, but still love, to Goodwill. After yet another trip yesterday, they finally got their point across by saying "How would you like it if we took Beth Moore to Goodwill?" Point taken.
Beth,
Sometimes when God moves it is all we can do to hang on riding the wave of change.
I will pray for you all in this time of transition. My prayer is each one of you will receive the full measure of God's blessings during this busy busy time.
Love you!
Mary
He will fill that place!! How exciting for all of you. :)
Dearest Beth,
You can't love any of us more than we love you. Sitting at that table writing those Bible studies, you could have said no to God, but you said yes and that has made a world of difference for me and I'm sure for so many. Thanks for allowing God to use you and to work through you. You will definetly be in our prayers. Wish I lived in Houston...I'd send my husband over to help. ;o)
Happy Moving Living Proof! How exciting that you all are getting your own place. It is wonderful to see how God has blessed your ministry.
I appreciate all the hardwork Living Proof puts into providing such awesome resources for us.
Siesta Marita
I am so happy for you all- isn't He good? I am praying for you and your backs, knees, etc. I've moved 15 times in 18 years, and I must say, when tempers are short and you feel tired to your very bones, there He is, and I am so glad! Take a break from time to time and go to Starbucks (or, as you would say, your other office!)
Also, I know this goes without saying, but I'm sure you have annointed the doorposts and prayed over every room in the building. One time, I "planted" His word (copied verses) around all the four corners of where I lived. I am not for tailsmens, or such, but I do believe in the Jewish tradition of scripture over the doorposts and blessing the grounds. God put His special annointing on each of you, especially poor Curtis, as you all move. Let us know when your settled, some of us might send flowers or maybe you all need a massage therapist more!
Love you-
Lisa in Kirkland, WA
May the Lord bless your new "house" and may the intimacy of His presence be felt by all.
Shalom
Bibby! I fell in love with your new office as soon as Amanda and I pulled into the parking lot when she was showing me. Such a blessing! I hope the moves goes so smoothly and all of you guys are settled in as quickly as possible.
Beth,
Praying an echo of agreement with you. Hearing you talk of passing the baton saddens me on one hand. I know you're not planning to go anywhere soon, but to even recognize that this season is coming, sends a twinge of grief.
God immediately reminds me, "You can love her to pieces Jina, but know I just used her to reveal Me!" Thank you for being and instrument.
As you move to this new location, I pray that God will to empower the Underlings to rise up and assume their call. I pray that the Lord will continue to bless LPM, that the heart will still be near to His. I pray for continued growth in relationship with Him! I pray that this new location will be burning with His presence, that people will walk in the door and smell His fragrance, feel His touch and be refreshed.
I pray abundant blessings of strength to walk in the call for whatever time He has ordained for each and every one of you!
Blessings,
Jina
My dear sister, Beth, I can't even believe how many times God has used you to speak truth into my life-one way or another (Bible Studies, Videos, Wednesdays with Beth). And today's post is no exception... I am in one of thoses seasons you are speaking of....yet, and I can't see the end for the life of me. I feel like an Israelite wandering in the desert. I know there is a purpose in this somewhere. I've been prompted many times to write and let you know just how God has used you and your ministry in my life - too many to mention here...it is truly awesome. One of the more recent times, was this past summer on a day where we were preparing to drop off my son at his pickup spot for bootcamp. Everything in my flesh wanted to kick and scream and have a bawling fit. I listened to "A Quick Word" while we were passing the time and you were speaking on choosing joy and the verse in Psalms that says "This is the day that the Lord has made. Let us rejoice and be glad in it." I had to keep retreating into the bathroom to have a beat down with the enemy and claim/choose joy. A tough day! Anyway, God used you to remind me that while I wasn't exactly thrilled with the circumstances, I could choose joy. Don't get me wrong, I am/was very proud of his decision, it was just the drama of the changes going down and the goodbye - knowing that things would never be the same. This is one of many instances ...and I thank God for you and for my ministry sisters at LPM. Thank you for your faithfulness to the ministry that He has called you to. Love and Prayers for you.
God Bless you! I will be praying for you all as you make this move to a new building.
Sandra:)
How WONDERFUL and how EXCITING! A new chapter - a beginning and an ending. God is good! I can't wait to see the direction God sends Living Proof Ministries. My goodness, this ministry has had such an impact already on the lives of thousands. May God bless your faithfulness - to the full measure!
"Firecracker Beth" (my new name for you after seeing you in San Diego),
You wrote here about God's Pillar in the new place. Beth, I know God is already there. With plans to further His Kingdom, and with sweet fellowship!
I am praying that this transition will bring along with it new insights. I remember (now I can't remember which one, I am 47 you know) but you had said something like when we are in one place where God has called us, He might be preparing us for the next calling. This sounds like just this time for y'all at LP!!
Blessings to you Beth and all the staff! (Even the new kid on the block)
I want to also take this time to thank you Beth for all the insights into God's Word you have taking me through!
Congratulations on your "free building" move .........yes, our Lord is most generous and His glory will surely fill this new house because in you he has a most faithful servant. Lord, help Beth love you more and allow her many more years and good health to be able to continue to grow in the depth and breadth of serving you because Lord, there is no one more in love with you than our Beth - she is just bursting at the seams for you and is so deserving of all goodness and love that you bring her way. And Lord, those of us in the journey to you, need the Beth's of this world to help keep us strong in the faith. Thank you Lord. Amen
I pray that your moving goes well. I also pray that God keeps calling you to that table, over and over again!
The Journey Continues~
Beth & LPM,
I AM PRAYING THAT YOUR LPM MOVE IS FILLED WITH TEARS OF LAUGHTER AND MEMORIES AS GOD LEADS YOU TO ANOTHER HOUSE OF BLESSINGS IN THE CITY.
Beth, this Siesta has seen you
Pursue the character of Christ;
Practice the deeds of Christ;
Present the simplicity of Christ.
Thank you for peeling your banana for us. You are the inside and the peels were pulled back so we could be blessed in the glory of your ministry.
Have a Starbucks, sit at your backyard table, listen to the birds, Love Keith, and know that this siesta is uplifting the ministry on a daily basis. I am running out of room in my journal. :)
With "Heaven Bound" blessings,
Kim
I added your photo on my blog ~ hope you don't mind.

Hi Beth and staff!
Congratulations on your new building and the move! I know that the Lord is already there preparing many journeys for you and all that are affected by LPM. Isaiah 54:11 says,"O afflicted city, lashed by storms and not comforted, I will build you with stones of turquoise, your foundations with sapphires..." I know that all of us have been through difficult times and yet He promises to build us up! I pray that for you as you continue to serve Him! He is amazing. Simply amazing!
Beth, I've been praying for some time now about a ministry-related move it may be time for me to make. I think God may be using your post today -- in particular the bold MOVE OVER -- to confirm that it is indeed time for my move. (Thought you would enjoy hearing one of the ways God is working through your "moving" post!)
Thank you, Beth. I so appreciate the gift God has given you and how He uses you to speak straight to my heart. I love your studies and am always challenged by what you share. I am doing Believing God again and it is confirming to me some of the things I have learned and applied to my life and others that I am still in the process of believing God for. I love your passion for what you do and how real you are. Keep on keeping on sister! God bless you and your ministry especially at this time of change as you move to a new facility. May His glory fill that place!
Lynn in Alberta, Canada
Oh Miss Beth, please know that I'm praying for you all in this time of transition. I have already posted this in another thread, but I wanted to say THANK YOU again for this past weekend in San Diego. Miss Beth, God is doing some serious healing in my life of some hurts from people that should not have hurt my co-leader and I. She and I talked yesterday afternoon (my co-leader) and we agreed that this weekend was the beginning of a time of healing.....and in my other comment I posted about the way God had orchestrated for your teaching to tie into what we are hearing/reading in our Bible study (Fingerprints of God by Jennifer Rothschild) as well as what our pastor is teaching on Sunday mornings, well this morning I was doing my Bible study homework during my quiet time with the Lord and Jennifer wrote about God not wanting us to live in mediocrity! I (once again! seems like a perpetual state here these past several days) got chill bumps! God is SOOOOOO good!!!!!!!!!!!
Blessings to you and your entire staff, dear sister!
In HIm,
Your sister in CA
Lori
WOW! Praise Jesus! That is so wonderful to be able to move. I am a military wife so I know all about moving:) Thank you so much for sharing your life with us and what God is doing. Thank you for making me want to love Jesus even more.
Hey Beth :)
Just wanted you to know that we "young things" are so thankful for you "older things"--thank you for choosing to fulfill your purpose in this generation as David did. We are listening to the older generation. So please keep proclaiming all the wonders of our God to our generation. As the Psalmist said, and even when I am old and gray do not forsake me until I declare your strength to this generation, your power to all who are to come." (Psalm 71:18) You may never be gray :) but you still want to declare HIM!
With love in Christ...Regina Gibson :)
What a blessing!
I am sure that there are some ladies that will hate to see you and your praise dancing leave the old building. As crazy as they thought you guys might be... I know that they sensed God moving there as well... or there would not have been at least one occasion that they came back and asked for prayer for themselves.
Can't wait to see what God is up to. He certainly is moving there in Living Proof Ministry.
Lynn
Beth that is so exciting. There's nothing like a fresh perspective from a fresh place!! We wish you all the best ~~ thank you for a ministry that just continues to bless me and my family. Just finished Stepping Up ~~ I was moved down on my face (and that was no easy task, I just had knee surgery #5 in Feb), but God is so faithful ~~ I have been down on my face, as He is lifting me up!!
What an AWESOME God we serve!!
Thanks again and all the best in the new place,
Dawn
May He bless you with a huge sense of His presence in your new building AND fresh paint and carpet.
That's what I call a full measure.
prayin' for a smooth move...how exciting for you all!!
Thank you, Beth. Wow, that first paragraph was just for me this morning. Two days ago, we just found out we have to pay a significant amount in taxes, instead of getting a refund. Yeah, I know, my husband loves to wait to the very last minute to file. :)
This was not where we were expecting to be, but Phil. 4:6-7 kept coming to my mind. For some reason, God wants us to trust in him during this season and not to despair. So I'm going to "milk that thang" and see where He takes us!
Will also pray for all of you as you move, especially for joy during what can be a stressful time. I've been through an office move in the past. Yikes--there are so many details!
Love, Karen in Orange County, CA
Just fabulous!! Lord Jesus, meet them there. Time and time again, show your GLORY and share your PRESENCE with all who darken that door. For your NAME's sake!
Beth, I can't tell you how much I appreciate what you just said. My family is going through a similar situation (building wise). We were supposed to start building our new house March 20 and we put ours on the market March 6. I know God is in control and I trust Him, but everything has been at a standstill. No one has come to look at our house and the contractor hasn't shown up at the new one. It can get so confusing thinking is this God or the devil. Do you know what I mean. What you wrote has just confirmed what the Holy Spirit has already been telling me, wait on Him, Trust in Him, Soak in Him.
Thank you for always encouraging me. I love you to pieces.
I'm so excited for your ministry. God uses you all in mighty and special ways.
Blessings!
Morcolt
Your "full meausure" comment has totally captivated my thoughts. The full measure of God in every season - surrendering to all He wants to teach me - in the good and the not so good. Thanks for sharing that truth.
Blessings as you move - knowing He is with you,
Joy
Dear Beth,
I love you too. What an awesome GOD to use you in various circumstances and locations. I pray GOD's blessings on your new ministry home but especially on you Beth, His faithful, precious servant who inspires us all to follow Jesus more closely. Can't wait for LPL in LOUISVILLE. LOVE, LINDA
Thank God for His word to you today, Beth! That is exactly what I needed to hear. Exactly. I am going through a season/trial that is very draining-even physically. I completely understand that our battle is not against flesh and blood.
I am waiting to see if my fertility treatment worked. To see if I will be a mom...Such trials come to us all-but "even if", GOD has still been UNBELIEVABLY GOOD to me!!! I will get the "full measure" out of this that God is wanting to free me with! No way this season is going to waste! Life here is too short for bondage-Amen??:)
LOVE YOU all at LPM-prayed for your new building, new adventure with God-it is exciting:):)

It is hard to move... Even from one corner to another. I can't wait to hear the funny stories that are gonna come out of this! Jesus has prepared the way and His arms are open wide. Be blessed as you all have blessed us!
In His Love,
Judy
Much love and blessings in your move. Moving is the pits but it brings you to so many new blessings that I know God has in store for you all! Wear a back brace, Curt!!!!!!!!!!
love you so much and CAIN"t(southern term) wait to see you San Antonio. Two of my dearest "siestas" and I are flying out and we are so so excited.
love and blessings from Him from whom ALL blessing flow.

Happy Moving! May God pour out his blessings on you in your new space!
I feel like I have been to revival! What an awesome exhortation to us all! Let that be the cry of every heart...just give me Jesus!!!
I certainly will ask God to bless your new surroundings. I pray that he will bless you all with stamina and periods of rest as you all work at settling in.
Amanda and Curtis must certainly feel like they are in the "moving business" lately. God is so good in the way he moves in all of our lives.
My siestas and I starteed "To Live is Christ" last night. We really do feel like you are one of our girlfriends and we have all been blessed through your studies.
May God continue His good work in your life.
Congratulations! How exciting it must be to have a home all your ownfor LPM! Working in a large church office myself, I can only imagine the kinds of things that go on there. You all are very blessed to have one another to pray with, laugh with and cry with. There is something so special about serving God daily with like minded, God fearing people! God Bless you all in your new home! You are in my prayers today!
Dear Beth,
I can't believe I am reading this very message from your heart this morning. I often check in on your blog but have never left a comment for you. Today, I cannot help but respond. You see, I too have an INTENSE PASSION for styding the Word and sharing it with others. You mentor me with each word you write, each Bible study page I complete, each video I watch. He called me into ministry as a child and I follow him daily, completeing what he has called me to today and waiting patiently for the fulfillment of whatever his calling might be for me tomorrow. He has been telling me to "Get a move on GIRL!" for the last few months and I am beginning to see His hand work. It is overwhelming at times to realize the calling he has placed over me. I feel so strongly that God is pushing me along to teach, speak, write but most importantly to encourage others to great PASSION for His Word. Please know that when you wrote this blog this morning, that it wasn't just a cry out for prayer, but you were a vessel through which God spoke to me to keep moving forward. A confirmation that he wants to use me.
May the fullness of God's blessings be on you and your staff today!
Heather B.
Praying for all of that...and MORE of Him! I picture one of your co-workers anointing her property in her socks...and thought of one of Chris' co-workers, who would get his 'nointin' oil out to bless the house of God--he was also a pastor.
Well, I'm senting up 'nointin' prayers!
Love you all much!!
holly
PS See you in 2 1/2 weeks in CS! My dear siesta Joanne bought me a ticket--now can you see what good this wonderful community has brought? Thank you, Amanda! I would have never known Joanne outside of this realm!
That is great and glorious news! God bless you all! Tell Nancy I said thank you for the precious note!
I know I won't be the first but let me tell you what Living Proof has meant to me...
I have been a Christian for a number of years and have experienced 3 denominations before returning to one of my youth... but I have never experienced God the way that I have thru your Bible Studies. I see a totally different Jesus than the one of my youth with the big stick waiting to whack me in the head when I mess up. I see this wonderful loving Savior that is the light and meaning of my life. Dear sweet Beth, your love for Christ has transformed my attitude about so very much. I have been most blessed and honored to walk thru the Bible with you and God opening my eyes.
As you "step up" to the next phase with God, may He bless you and honor you with a great outpouring of His rich blessings. You are most blessed and highly favored by our sweet Lord.
It is so cool to hear what is so obviously right from your heart. Thank you Beth! What a wonderful read to come home to after a big morning at Bible study tired and ready to crash...
And then... wow... thank you for the AMAZING word of encouragement that you just wrote! WHEW! If I had fire before... I think a back draft just blew through my house! To know that you and others like you, are praying for those of us with hubbies, babies, and a burning passion to study and teach Him... is... perfectly humbling. And I know you know what I mean!!! God be praised!!
Thank you, beth. And Thank You Father for this needed touch! May we (the next round of co-laborers in Christ) humbly recieve that blessing to Your glory and Your kingdom's growth!
Whew!
GLORY BE!
Yay!! I'm so happy for you all. God is good! ;-)
Curtis, when I logged on to the LPM Blog this morning, I turned to my husband and said, "Honey ... There's a man post!" He loved it!! So, glad you're there ...
This is so exciting!!!!
You better believe I'm praying for the Lord to settle into every crevice of that building!
Can not wait to see some pictures!! (Hint Hint!)
Sounds like the LPM staff is going to need a spa day after this is all done! Well, everyone but Curtis. :)
Thank you for the encouragment to "milk that thang"...I sure needed to have someone say that to me right now.
Blessings to you all
steph.
God is on the move and we are so glad that you are moving with Him! It seems He has "moved" you to Dallas for the taping, Washington DC for the Esther into's and outro's, all around your neighborhood in search for Sunny, to San Diego for Living Proof Live, and now to a new office building...all in the last 2 weeks! I'm tired just thinking about that- Girl, you are one busy woman and a testament to God's strength!
I pray that this new office space will be a sweet "house of prayer" and that your same ministry that has touched our lives in more ways than you will ever know, will continue to flourish and blossom for His name's sake. We pray for you this week as you move and can't wait to see pictures of your new dwelling!!!
With much love to you!
Tara
Beth - this verse is written on the concrete of the foundation in my home and it gives me great encouragement to know it's there.
The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face shine upon you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace. - Number 6: 24 - 26
I say make it your door mat! Praying for y'alls move.
AS you go into your new building and dedicate it, I suggest that you get the song Randy Phillips wrote for the Brooklin Tabernacle Choir..."This is Your House" and play in the background. It is on the 2 disc Live BTC albumn.
You know God is going with you, go in peace!!!
Hope that the move goes well and that you feel His presence in the new place as much or more as you have in the old!
Amen! Lord we ask for Your Prescence in this new building that will glorify Your Son! Please adorn it with love, mercy, and grace. We want "our Beth" to shine in this building so that she can bring You All the Glory! And Lord? Please make it fun too :)
When we built our house I wrote scripture verses on the walls in each room before they sheet-rocked. Maybe you can christen your new building with some verses too - in or under the paint.
Be sure to take a picture and post it for us when you're all moved in!
Beth and the LPM staff - our prayers go out to you all as you transition to this new building. I pray for God's dwelling to be so evident in that place and His covering on each of you as you settle in. Also, for each to have a double portion of rest and sleep to recooperate physically after this big event. HOW EXCITING!!!
BEBE
Ladies,
Please pray for me. My husband and I are teachers in one of the lowest paying school districts. It is a place where there are Many lost so we praise Him for the possibility of many turning to him but we are in the midst of MUCH wickedness where we seek to be a witness of love, joy, peace, etc. However right now it is only causing upheaval. Please pray that hearts will be open to HIS witness through us and the strength to endure the trials. Also pray for my oldest son who is 19 and faced with a time of crisis of belief to choose Christ's way and not the world. Thank-you so very much. (any words of encouragement or wisdom would be appreciated)
The smile on my face won't go away after reading this Beth. Jesus is all over that new building. He brought you there....I'm praising Him now for the new work that will spring out of there!!
Glory to God!! If you need some help, I can be there in a short flight! :)
Hugs~
Fran
Congratulations on the blessing of the new place. I know lots of great ministry will originate from there. I will be praying for a smooth transition.
Beth, you make me laugh with a tenderness in my heart for your Texas drawl that even comes out in your words!I have grown to love that about you over the years! How excitng the changes in this ministry that I have felt a part of for so many years! My love and prayers are being lifted up to you and your staff for an effective and successful move and I know without a doubt that even though you can't visibly see Him, Jesus is supervising this whole move, every single step! I know all of you can feel His Presence. Hope we see pictures soon! How awesome to have that fabulous young man as part of your ministry! no doubts he will serve Jesus well!
Couldn't have thought of a better title than that one to describe our lives right now. On the move INDEED.
More than anything, I am expectant like never before. Instead of dread, I have hope. Praise HIM!!!
I have missed this blog and my own here of late, as life has gotten in the way. On many a day, I have felt disconnected, and sensed that this community of Siestas is nearer my heart than I thought.
On, another note, my little sister joined you in San Diego, and I know whe was blessed. Hope to see you soon!!!
April
Beth, I am about to burst into thankful tears, and probably will right after I hit "send". As you wrote about writing and studying in your busy home with children, chores, chaos, etc, you painted the very picture of where I am in my life and ministry right now. You truly described right where I am these days. I just love Him and I am passionate about making Him known in my generation--and first and foremost to the 13 year old, 11 year old and 5 (and 1/2!) year old who call me Mommy. Your post is so timely--you've reminded me that where I am is right where I am supposed to be. It blessed me so much to read that you've been there, too, and that you still love Him so much today. God continues to tell me "Wherever I have you, in whatever season you find yourself, be ALL there." Thank you for taking the time to write this post today--if it was for no one else, it was most definitely for me.
PRAISE THE LORD! Your words about your dining room table piled sky high made me think of my own table that is always cluttered with bible references, dictionary, bible and Sunday school books. I love preparing every week and thank God for letting me teach His womens class. I am so glad you have a new LPM home, I almost cried out loud when I saw the picture! I know God has mighty things in store there for all of you and thus for all of us. Congratulations on His blessings upon you!
Congratulations LPM! Thank God for Curtis!! May God richly bless your new "home".
Thank you for loving us...we are so very blessed!
Hey Beth,
I just read your post and can't get "full measure" out of my mind. That's what I desperately want...the full measure of God in my life and situation. Sometimes I'm not quite sure how to go about getting it though. I get distracted easily. I want to keep my eyes focused straight ahead on Him...not behind me or on either side...just forward. (I was at LPL in Jacksonville!) I'm struggling so because I want my Mom to have the "full measure" of God, too. She has lung cancer....she believes in God and is saved...but I want her to BELIEVE GOD! I want her to have the peace & joy that only He provides. I think my desire for her is becoming a distraction. I have to run my own race as does she. Of course, I will intercede for her and do whatever I can but some things are just not my responsiblity. My race, however, is my responsiblity! I'm having a huge AHA! moment as I'm typng this!! This is a breakthrough moment for me because I'm actually articulating this for the very first time! And to hundreds of Siestas on top of that! You have encouraged me to keep pressing on and to get what He has for me out of this situation. I'm going to milk this thang for sure! I'm going to dive in and get what He has for me. I'm seeing that the fuller I am of Him, some has to spill out onto others! Thank you for sharing your heart with us!
Love you!
Beth in Jax
Wonderful! today was are last day of steping up and your leason spoke right to my heart and what im going through right now! Even though ive never meet you i fell like you are my mentor and i love you Beth!
Oh! Beth I can't even imagine the excitement you and your staff are feeling. How GOOD is our GOD, How GREAT is our GOD, much Blessings to you and your staff, may God richly bless you and your staff in this God's new home. It's beautiful and equipped with landscaping how awesome. I pray God will continue to be your focus and to equip and gift you with HIS PRESENCE. Blessed Be The Lord God Almighty.
Love from your Siesta,
Alexia
I needed that word about milking my situation. I really just want to see and hear all that God has for me in my life now.
mama beth! what an awesome thing! this spring is just bringing your family all kind of newness!! :)
praying for all the work ahead, and praising Him for going before you and preparing this place!
funny, i have been hearing the same sort of message in my time with the Lord. i love when He does that :)
Dear Heavenly Father, I praise You for providing this building for the Living Proof Ministries! Thank You for using everyone in this office in a way that is indescribably amazing. Thank You for Your faithfulness in meeting with these servants no matter where they are. Let them love You more, praise You more in this new building. Let Your Holy Spirit meet them there each and everyday...just like Your Word promises. Bless these servants of God, and give them strength and endurance to get through this transition. I praise You Lord, and I ask this in Your Holy Name. Amen.
I love all you Siestas, and Beth, you are precious to my heart.
Jennifer Goodwin
Oh, to think about where this will all be in 40 or 50 years if the Lord tarries. Just think of all the generations of women there will be by then (and I guess men too by that point!) who found Jesus in a Beth Moore Bible study or LPM event.
I give God praise for what He's done with and through you, Beth, and that it has happened in my lifetime; that I got to see the revolution with my own eyes and experience it personally.
I'll probably never meet you on this side of Heaven, but you're on my list of people I want to have a conversation with when we do finally get to Glory!
Beth,
Thanks for your words today - I have been in a painful situation the past week or so that I would very much like to run away from. But all afternoon (since reading your post) I've been hearing in my spirit, "Milk that thang, girl, milk that thang." I believe that's the voice of God speaking to me to let Him into this trial with me (.... or could it be the voice of Mama Beth??)
Your new LPM house looks beautiful!
love Michelle in Maine
What a sweet blessing from God. May His Spirit fill this place and may each person working there find their joy in Him. I'm personally so thankful for LPM. God has used this ministry in my life over and over again. Can't wait to meet you all in Heaven! God be glorified!
Beth & LPM Staff:
Oh how wonderful - your OWN place, I am so excited for LPM!!!
Proverbs 24:3 (Amplifed)
"Through skillful and godly Wisdom is a house (a life, a home, a family) built, and by understanding it is established [on a sound and good foundation].
Father, come and DWELL and ABIDE and HOVER over this new place of ministry.
May all the details, computers, office selections, spaces, desks, decor' and momentos all come together for Your glory.
FULL Measure - in this season - grant it Lord, we pray.
Blessings to you ALL,
Georgia Jan
Beth,
Congrats on the new "home"! Isn't that just like our God to exceed anything we could dream of? He is so good. I'm prayin' for ya'll as ya'll get settled in. Moving is a chore, but this too shall pass! God bless all ya'll! :o)
I will be praying that God continues to bless you and your ministry. Praise God for the new place. He is Good! Thank you for changing my life. I just saw you in San Diego this past weekend. You were speaking right to me. Thank you for coming and ministering to us. Please come to Orange County, CA soon. We love what you allow God to do in and through you. May God bless you and your ministry.
Love,
Celine
Thank you for that word of getting every bit of God out of your circumstances. That is a blessing to me today. I so treasure your words of encouragement and insight to your fellow siestas. May God continue to bless you and your ministry. A building is just a building until the people arrive.
...at least they weren't dirty clothes piled to Heaven on the breakfast table. :)
Thanking God for you and all the LPM staff as you make the move.
Warm in Alaska.
Thank you for sharing sweet little nuggets of insight like the kitchen table thing. It is so great to know that a "normal" mom like you has done such great things through the power of God word. That makes me think there might be hope for me in the middle of my normal suberban momhood.
Beth, He's already there...
What a lovely place! Be sure to take a few coffee breaks as you move. Isnt wonderful that God does move us? How boring our lives would be if he didnt!!! I would still be stuck in the pit!
Im so excited about what God doing in my life and I have no idea exactly what it is He is up to. He has me leading Bible studies for women (Ive only taught children before ) Im taking Hebrew of all things! Whats up with that? Im a grandma for goodness sakes! Doesnt He know Im too old to learn something new :) Well anyway...Im so glad He isnt through with me, or you, just moving us!
He has prepared a table before you...He has eternally prepared a table before you.....may you never get your fill and always be so thirsty for his presence so we can see His Glory!
Thank you Jesus for the new place!! Looks AMAZING! Bless Curt's precious heart and his back!! ;-)
Ok, let me just tell you that I AM NOT ready to hear those "move over" words from your mouth (fingers) just yet!! I know you will do EXACTLY what the Father tells you but I'm asking Him for it to be a while! ;-) (Sorry Keith!)
Love ya and Congrats to LPM!
Val
What exciting news. Change is hard, but GREAT in the end. Praise God for the new house and what fun it will be making this transition. At least it will be a good time to do lots of spring cleaning out!! Keep us posted on the move.
Beth,
The new office building is absolutely beautiful and I know you will enjoy many, many, many years here. Don't even think retirement, please!
You are such a blessing to my life and I thank you for your sincere love for Jesus and for the ministry you bless so many of us with every day.
May Jesus be ever present in your new place.
Curt came just in time, huh?
We are so blessed to have him and can't wait to see what God has in store for the ministry.
Bless you and your family and again, congratulations! I love it and am so happy for you!!
Valerie
Many blessings on your new space! So many excitng changes at LPM! I'll be praying for this new season in the ministry!
Love ya!
Kristi B.
You all are in my prayers, for moving day and beyond. Thank you for the reminder that He needs to remain my number one focus, above all else. Thank you for your faith and love for Jesus that shines through in all you do. Tomorrow is Wed, one of my favorite days, as it is "Wednesdays with Beth" on Life Today with James Robinson! "See" you all in the morning,
wv siesta,
bethany
Thanks for sharing...I really needed to hear that God doesn't have me going thru this thing for nothing...but to get the full measure it all...
Thank you,
angela
This reminds me of a time when one of the elders of our church had to switch from their Sun. school classroom they had been in for years to a new one at the new Family life building. The first words from her precious mouth was that this room needs to be prayed in immediately because it had never been touched by God or prayed for. Wash that new beautiful building in your prayers! God will surely bless it!
Thank you for your wonderful words to pray for His "full measure." I will! And I will be praying for all of you in this move. God is always near. He never leaves us. I know He will be as close to you in this new building, as it is He who has provided it for you.
Ya-hoo-jah!
Dear Miss Beth,
That is such wonderful news! I will be praying that God will show you all how to BE BLESSED within it, as I believe the moment He "gave" it to LPM, He had already blessed it mightily!
----------------------------------
Quote from Beth: 'God spoke to me about getting the "full measure" (those are the two words I kept hearing in my spirit) of God out of every trial or season. In other words, if I have to be in it, I want every drop of God I can get out of it. Milk that thang, Girls. Milk that thang. He didn't allow you to be in that situation for nothing.'
Miss Beth, You are always so authentic with us, so I feel like I need to do the same with you. Three weeks ago yesterday, we sent my dear Daddy off to be with His Lord and Savior, Jesus, as he was too sick to get well here on Earth. I really wish that I knew to "get the full measure of God" out of this situation? And, I recall that you sent your own father off to his new Home last year sometime.
I am wondering if you have ever thought about writing a Bible study [maybe even a short one] on "Biblical ways of dealing with the loss of a loved one"?
I may be 40 years old now [or 5 years old in Christ as of yesterday], but I feel so "lost" without my Daddy right now, even though I KNOW for sure that he IS with Jesus.
However, I want you to know we are trying to do everything that we can to get help. My Mom & I even attended our 1st of 7 weekly "Grief Support group classes" through one of the Hospice organizations here in town, and it seems to be very nice so far.
In Christ's Love,
Jennifer O.

Praise the Lord--house is beautiful, as are the "feet" (and face, and hands, and...) of she that brings GOOD NEWS! So happy for you! :) Blessing from the Big D...
Congratulations!!!! And I may be a little selfish here, but I hope that in all the transitions you make in the years to come, Beth, I hope that stopping writing and speaking are not on that list. I hope you continue to share Bible studies with us and speak to us for many years to come!!! I'd miss you tremendously if you quit. But, putting all selfishness aside, you MUST go where God leads you to go and DO whatever He calls you to do. I know that you will follow His leading.
May God bless you tremendously not just for all you do but because you are His child!

Oh I needed your comment on "full measure". My sister-in-law just walked away from my brother and refuses any counseling, Christian advice, etc. This is so difficult and I never imagined how divorce felt within a family - it is absolutely horrible. But, I am asking God to make sure we learn something through this all!!!
what a journey!
It is after 11pm here in Santa Cruz, Bolivia and I can't sleep. I along with 3 other precious missionary women lead a Bible Study of about 55 missionary women from various missions here in Santa Cruz. We just finished our Daniel study and I am just overwelmed with all that we have learned in our time together. We were all so encouraged tonight as we listened to Beth give us her final challenge from Daniel. Thanks Beth for sharing your heart with us through Daniel. It has been one wild ride and we feel so much more prepared to "go our way" for the Lord Jesus, living like Daniels in our Babylon world. Thanks again.
Congratulations!
May the Spirit of the Lord fill LPM's new home with His glorious presence as you all settle in to serve our Lord.
Thank you for the word on "full measure". Very timely.
Oh what wonderful news of the new move and the trip down memory lane with you. I pray that you and the staff are blessed with as many great memories in the new home as in the old. Once ya'll get moved and settled post pics of the inside that would be great. We will be praying for each of you.

Sweet Mama Beth, I am torn. Wonderful, wonderful news about your new place...but like Mitzi and Jina, I hear your words on moving over and worry. Don't rush on that one, please!
I am scrambling already, trying to soak in everything you present with your Bible studies...and this blog...and the hurrieder I go, it feels like the behinder I get! I'm gonna be at this a long while yet.
Your passion for Him has opened up a whole new life for me, where He does and I trust. And your past -- which thank the Lord your girls do not share -- gives you a credibility and a total lack of "Pollyanna nonsense" that I really appreciate.
Still have so much to learn from you, siesta -- hope you plan on sticking around for a long time yet. More accurately, I hope His plans for you don't change for awhile! Ok, you can back down from the break-neck stuff...but please, not too far or too soon!
May there be many, many joyful times in your new digs for all of you...
Love,
Alyson
full measure....just what I desire...just what I needed to hear today!!
I've been giving updates about my pregnancy, so I wanted to give another! I need all the prayers I can get! :) I am now almost 10 weeks pregnant...yeah, yeah!! Still spotting. But, I've had 2 ultrasounds that have been great...praise God for such a miracle!! I have been on bedrest now for almost 3 weeks...which has been far from the easiest thing I've ever done...but God has been impressing on me that I need to make the most of it, and figure out why He wants me there right now! I've been getting to spend lots of time with Him, and lots of time with others that have been reaching out to help me...and that has definitely been something wonderful. I've also had some big lessons in keeping peace with God and trusting Him. (it's so easy to worry about this little one when I'm not busy at work, busy with life...but just being still on the couch!) So, I will continue to milk it!! :) God has a time and purpose for it all...and I'm so thankful that He is a God who loves me and that I can trust! I do desire the full measure of Him!!! THANKS so much for praying!!!
The older I get the more I hate change! Also the older I get the more I realize it is so necessary - particularly in ministry where it must be set up to go beyond where it is now!!
Thank you for positioning LPM for the future - there are so many more to be reached!! I'm praising God for your ministry and your willingness to serve. You and your family are so dearly loved!!
Susan
God is on the move! Transition is scary, but our times are in His hands. The building looks so peaceful, like a house filled with the presence of God. I can see ministry all in that place- from the landscape to the front door.
Your ministry has blessed me so, I tell all the women I come in contact with. One day, my prayer is that I get to meet you and glean more from you. But I know that God has used you to shape the course of my life and recognisze what has been placed within me.
eaOh Beth,
It's just lovely! I hope we get a few pictures of the inside too. :o)
How precious a picture I have in my mind of you sitting down at your dining room table writing all those bible studies that God has used to not only touch me deeply but also so many others.
There is no possible way to express the depth of gratitude and love I feel for you, your diligence and GOD's mercy and grace poured out on us.
I was desperate to have a one-on-one relationship with our LORD, and knew there had to be more, when I was first told about your Breaking Free study back in 1998. It was my first study of yours. What a trip!
Since that time God has used other teachers as well to speak to me, but I've never related to them, laughed with them, and loved Jesus with them quite the same way I have with you. It has always been as though you speak my hearts language and when Jesus speaks through you I hear him clearly.
I have to keep wiping away tears as I remember my journey with our Lord thus far. LOL
How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace, who bring glad tidings of good things! (Rom 10:15) You have given me many wonderful tools with which to go digging for treasure in the Word myself. Thank you SO MUCH!
You know, where our house used to be full of romance and mystery novels it is now full of bibles, references, commentaries and incredible author's of new books and of the classics.
My taste in music has radically changed and my personality has too. For instance, where I would never have spoke up in church-EVER, and am now leading our adult Sunday School class and singing in front of 30-40 kids on Wednesday evenings. Talk about out of your comfort zone! CRAZY! :o)
Anyway...
May your new LPM home be even more blessed than the last and may you continue to walk in the LORD and sharing his word with us. I pray the Spirit of the Living GOD fills that house to overflowing and you may experience the full measure of the Lord in this new season!
Much love in Christ,
Anna
Could you elaborate on "milk that thang"... I feel I'm needing it right now....
love,
me ( I know you're busy...I know...when you have a moment and if the Lord allows...) :)
Beth,
In reading your blog like I do every week...(okay okay...like everyday..haa haa)...I felt like God winked at me and said, "see...I told you..wait..watch..be avaiable and I'll work through you and in you..I gave you those desire for a reason my child...don't hush them...surrender them." I am at work and I've got tears and my eyes and my heart is racing. I'm clueless on the next steps. I feel God calling me...big dreams, big desires...Jesus knows and is more than Able...God is moving. That much is certain. Thank you. Much love. :)
I can't imagine that Jesus won't be in that building as all of you don't go far without Him you. That's one of the reasons LPM is so great, because He does come first for all of you. Y'all pray so hard for all of us and we in turn are led by the Spirit to pray for y'all. If what you wrote on that dining room table made us hunger and thirst after God, think of what you have done for us now.
I have moved several times and the last time I moved four yrs ago, I said this is THE LAST TIME. To much STUFF to move....
Blessings to all of you on moving day and always. We will be praying.

it's beautiful.....looks so inviting. May the Lord's Presence be in every inch of that building---i love u, really I do!

May He be Praised and Lifted up among all nations!
WE LOVE YOU LORD!!
Thank you BEth, Amanda, Curtis (that is fun to write his name now) and all the rest of you darling LPM staff!
Many blessings,
Kim
Oh dear Beth and everyone at LPM.. do we have an awesome God or what??? As I sat in my living room bawling like a baby just moments ago over Week 1 Day 4 of BELIEVING GOD, I thought, "Does Beth even have any idea how deeply God is using her in women's lives?" With all of us siestas here and all of the feedback you get from conferences, I'm sure you have at least a glimpse, but when you get to heaven I'm thinking you'll have a thing or two more than you might imagine to place at the feet of our beloved Jesus.
I had an awesome GODSTOP when a fellow siesta who attends the same church as me (we "met" through this site!) asked me if I'd like to help with the LPL simulcast from Louisville that our church agreed to host. TOTALLY GOD that she emailed me today. I was telling God how completely useless and "ungifted" I felt this morning, then that email came, and it was GOD'S PERSONAL INVITATION TO LINDA TO SERVE HIM WITH GLADNESS. (I actually AM good at organizing, so helping to coordinate an event like this gets my blood pumpin' and my heart beatin' for Jesus.)
Praying for MORE LOVE FOR JESUS in your new "home". Be blessed Sietsa Beth ~ you and my God have blessed ME this day.
Linda
What an exciting time. May God bless your ministry all the more. I think that you should bronze your dining room table the way parents bronze their baby's first pair of shoes!! Such good memories.
I just want to say that I love you too!
And I am so blessed by the picture of you at that dining room table, with your nose stuck in research while the laundry piled up. It sounds familiar. Could you maybe tell my husband that it all turned out pretty well? Just kidding! I'm gonna get that laundry folded, 'cause I know my first ministry is at home right now. And if God wants to use me in other ways...well, He will see to that.
Beth, Just want to let you know how blessed I am with every study God leads you to do. He draws me closer to himself through you. I am so eternally grateful for your obedience to Him, for your heart towards him, and your passion for His word. We are studying the Patriarchs and todays lesson started with the "hair ministry". You crack me up.
Thanks for loving JESUS!!!!! Lead me closer to him girl!

Thank you for reminding me of Gods' glory! i am going through a separation i feel like the walking dead, but you brought tears to my eyes; which is very unusal for me. Thank you for reminding me also that in all situation i need to look at God and ask what He wants me to do in this place; that He has allowed me to be in.
May God's presences be with all of you in this new building. b brenda
Oh Beth, I love you so much. I am *so* happy about the new building. and what a beauty it is. Praise the Lord for all He has done and continues to do for you and LPM, from its humble beginnings to the confines of this beautiful new 'home'. thank you for sharing this with us. It has lifted me up and snapped me out of my "blues".
Giving praise to Our Lord and Savior,
mariacristina
Wonderful! How exciting for all of you!
This makes me think in the song of "Invade" by Watermark. Good times (: I'm praying along the same lines-He's the only One! Love!
I cannot tell you how much I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the thought of you writing all of those wonderful books that are so dear to my heart-on a table filled with laundry!I have been wanting to ask you for so long, if you would post about when you first knew that God had called you to write and what you did next. How did you start out years ago, never knowing you'd be where you are today? I know we all have to start somewhere! Before the world knew who Beth Moore was, God knew you and what a precious servant you'd be to Him.
I am also a writer and have recently felt that I am to go to the "next" level and not just write for pleasure or enjoyment, but to become published. Though I am overjoyed and excited to see where this journey will take me-I'm a little overwhelmed. I am where you were in the sense of writing with laundry and toys and diapers and drool surrounding my writing table! I know the Lord has a plan, but I was SO hoping for some inspiration as to the beginning of your story! (After you have time to wade through all those boxes and find your computer again ;-)
Thank you for sharing the Word that the Lord gave you! I was searching the Word this morning feeling lost and unsure. Facing another day with uncertainity regarding my middle daughter that is facing unknown amount of time of recovery of menigitis and encephelitis that now has affected her heart. It has already been 2 1/2 months. Thank you for encouraging me to "milk that thang" for all that God wants for me. Please God, let me have eternal eyes and in the end have a closer relationship with You!
Congratulations on your beautiful new homebase!
I couldn't sleep again. I prayed some-listened to worship music and two sermons on my ipod-and then got up again. It's interesting how God works in my life...the fertility treatment didn't work this time, I am not a mom yet.
I know my God is Good.
I know He is my sanity. I know He is my loving, perfect Father, my Savior. Oh God strengthen me! I have no strength in myself! My only hope is in Him:)

Dear Beth,
First of all, I'm so sorry I made you miss your elevator a couple of times last night.
But it was a blessing to meet you and hug your neck.
I'm not sure what I rambled on about while we stood there in the lobby, but what I want to tell you is that I dearly love you and pray for you often. Your passion for the Word and bringing it to us all of these years has forever marked me!!
I had no idea how deep His love for me was until you began to open up His Word and tell this terribly weak, insecure, feet of clay girl, freshly bruised from falling into the pit, that He is a God who doesn't necessarily need us for anything but graciously and mercifully WANTS us -- our redeeming, rescuing God!
I'm praying for strength as you serve and joy and delights along the way.
It was a joy to see you last night!
Blessings,
Dori
P.S. Sorry I made you miss your elevator! :)
Beth and LPM,
Even with the risk of coming across as being overly emotional or dramatic or just plain strange-I just have to let you all know-
I just finished Stepping Up Day Two: My Hope is in the LORD, and I cried through the whole thing. And then I cried when I wrote out my Psalm 130 to the Lord!
I know that God can heal me completely, and He can heal all His children completely. This healing has been long-awaited for, because I believed the devil's lies for a long time-I don't believe them now. I have to stay in His Word-fill myself with the Truth always. I don't want to ever believe the lies again. Ever. God, only You can do this!:)
Praise God for Living Proof Ministries! There is more living proof out there because of God using you-He is GOOD. Be encouraged! I love you all,
Your little sister-in-CHRIST,

Psalm 145:3-5 (Amplified)
"Great is the Lord and highly to be praised; and His greatness is [so vast and deep as to be] unsearchable. One generation shall laud Your works to another and shall declare Your mighty acts. On the glorious splendor of Your majesty and on Your wondrous works I will meditate."
Beth, I just read this post (I am a little behind time) and how I hope & pray that God will allow you to still minister by writting Bible studies. You will never know how much I have enjoyed ALL of your Bible Studies. I first heard you several years ago when you spoke at Ridgecrest in North Carolina. You sopke on "A Heart Like His" and I was so blessed. To tell you the honest truth I was spellbound as you ministered to me under such a powerful anointing. You made the WORD come alive to me. I was raised Pentecostal and women "preachers" were quite common to me -- but I never expected to hear a "Baptist Girl" teach so powerfully under the anointing of God. At that time in my life I was praying about changing the church I belonged to and start going with an old friend of mine to a "Baptist" church. (My little Pentecostal grandmother would probably have thought I had lost my mind..if you know what I mean.) Anyway I changed churches largely because of the way you ministered to me that week. I know God had answered my prayer about what I should do. Someday I plan to sit down and try and tell you how much you mean to me (and I will introduce you to my Grandma). I enjoy this blog so much and love you and your family so much. So keep writting if the Lord allows and I will keep studying. (I do study other people's studies...but as far as I am concerned you are the BEST!.)
In warmest love and prayers from me to you, your staff and you family. By the way tell Amanda I made that Sophallia (I'm sure I misspelled that word) Cheesecake and took to our last ladies get together and everyone loved it. I haven't had the nerve to try Melissa's recipes as yet.
See you in Louisville, KY in August. I wish I could give you a great big Kentucky hug...but I know I can't.
In warmest Christian love from me (an old 69-year old lady and my little adoped 13-year old daughter who has just started the "Stepping UP")
Hopefully your move went well, since it's now 2009. :) I wanted to thank you for the insight into writing Jesus the One and Only. I have just started working on it and God is so blessing me through it and through your ministry.
As a Sandwich Generation caregiver and grandma, I know exactly what you mean about keeping on, even after most retire. In Christ we can do all things, including ministering to those God has given us. Thanks for the encouragement. :)
