Hurricane Tod

Hi ladies! I just got an email from a siesta asking if we are okay since it had been so long since the last post. I'm so sorry! Yes, we are okay! I took a weekend road trip to my parents' house in Houston with one of my best friends and her little girl. Needless to say, my mom is recuperating from that and so are we! We had an incredible time together at the Great Toddler Invasion of 2008. I spent three hours yesterday sorting through the pictures and preparing to make a full report. There were over 200 pictures! Janelle took most of them because my camera battery kicked the bucket upon arrival.

In case anyone is new and hasn't heard me talk about Janelle and Ella, you should know that Janelle and I went through our entire pregnancies together and then ended up having our babies two days apart. We were right down the hall from each other in the hospital. We, along with our sweet friend Sunni and her daughter Ava, have had the craziest, most wonderful two years with our babies. They are a huge blessing in my life.

The babies, recently renamed "The Tods" by my sister, played so hard the whole weekend. I noticed that Jackson was particularly well-behaved and I think it's because he never had one moment of boredom. He was thrilled to have a friend at his Bibby's house. By the way, he learned to say "my" and "mine" this weekend. I can't imagine why!

It's been a while since I shared any pictures of Jackson and I'm going to more than make up for that here. Here you go! Hurricane Tod!

Hit the road, Jack.

We had to make a stop on the way to Houston. Can you guess where?

Amen.

When Jackson had had enough of the car ride, he took off his shoes and socks and picked fuzz out from between his toes.

At The Houston Zoo

Janelle and her Tod.

Me and my Tod.

The Goat Whisperer.

Ella enjoyed brushing the goats' hair.

That is one intriguing animal.

The Tods looking under the fence to get the best view.

Our favorite picture of The Tods.

Amanda, Jackson, and Bibby looking at something.

Mom and Tod looking at another Mom and Tod.

Big mom, big tod.

The Tods racing up the jungle gym stairs at the zoo.

Jackson was much happier going down the slide than brushing the goats.

Jackson jumping on the bridge, catching air under his feet. Mommy holding her breath.

In the car

Guess who wanted to ride in the back every time we got in the car?

Guess who's faking it in this picture?

Guess who's not faking it here?

Ella's hat hair.

A cookie liquefied in Ella's mouth.

At the house

One Tod's favorite thing is to put water on his hair and the other Tod's most hated thing is to have water on her hair. This was an interesting time.

We like to do draw-rings.

Mexican food. What else?

The Tods dancing.

The Tods in a moment of sharing.

Ella and Bibby doing their floor exercises.

Ella imitating Bibby's stretching moves.

The Tods trying to spy The Dogs in the backyard.

Ella being adorable.

Me and both Tods. I was the luckiest person in the room.

At the mall

Janelle and Ella at the Memorial City Mall playland.

Jackson relaxin'.

Ella at the playland.

Ella climbing some cute stairs.

The Tods on a carousel.

Playdate

The Tods at their friend Keegan's house.

The Tods in a tent.

The Tods thank Bibby and Pappaw for a great weekend!

Beautiful!

I'm looking forward to being a Bibby...well, in about 6 years. My daughter is still in college, single, and 18 years old. But still, I'm looking forward to it.

Amanda, thanks for the pictures. I feel as if I know you and your entire family and it is so good to see Jackson as he grows (which, believe me, will go by so fast).

I pray for you, your entire family, and the LPM group.

Praise the Lord!

To be blessed b a hurricane is some feat. What a wonderful time you must have had. I wish my family was just a weekend jaunt away...but with 2000 miles we have to do a little more planning.
My oldest is no longer a "Tod", he is 11 TODAY!!! Just last month I never thought we would make it...how many times Have I "threatened" that??? Lord forgive me. If you are out there and have been there...lets pray for each other.

I must say I have never laughed so hard at a series of pictures of toddlers. I loved "the goat whisperer" and I loved the series of "guess who's faking/ then who's not" photos. The one that sent me over though, was the "tod like wet hair/tod hates this moment" photo- Priceless!

Amanda and Beth, I must tell you something. I clicked over to the blog because I was listening to the "beth live" clip up on the LPM website right now, "Preparing for a fresh work of God." It must be an oldie but goodie because Miss Beth says, "Right now, in 1997..." I backed it up to see if I heard her right. I want to tell you that really made me smile and reflect. Ladies, back in 1997 I was graduating from higchool and graduating into an even messier life than the one I had experienced up to that point in my life. It wasn't for another four years that I would come to know Jesus as my savior, who pulled me out of one deep, dark pit.

I can only imagine what I was up to on the day that you gave that talk, Miss Beth. It made me marvel at the Lord's work, how you and I were just literally worlds apart on that day nearly eleven years ago, you working to share the hope of Christ with fellow believers, and I so lost, but inside searching for a savior. I am nearly overwhelmed to think of all that has happened between then and now, and the way that God has worked to make our paths "collide" in the love and pursuit of Jesus Christ.

I sign off with tears in my eyes and a lump in my throat at the goodness of God, and how He is so sovereign, so good. Thank you, sisters, for sojourning with me and many others.

In Christ,

Nicole

Before you blink, Jackson will be GROWN. I enjoyed every day with my two boys (who are now grown up boys), and I have no regrets. Now, I will admit that I would like to go back to those little-boy fun days sometimes. Little boys grow into great big sons and they are precious too. Enjoy every season God gives you, girl.

How much fun it looks like everyone had, including our Bethie! Toddlers are great! I am in the throws of potty training, so any advice from the moms of the "Tods" would be welcome! I was just reflecting on how fast they grow up this evening as I was picking my 10 year old up from school. Bentley, my 2 year old was in his car seat taking in every sight and asking every 2 seconds, "Hey Mommy, Mommy, wat dat?" As I answered that question the 100th time on a 5 mile trip I thought to myself that my car rides will be mighty silent and boring before I want them to be!!!

You have been on my mind often lately.I am sure you are quite busy making final preparations for Melissa and Colin's wedding and with Tuesday night Bible study underway there must be little rest at the Moore hacienda.

May the Lord grace you with peace, joy and wisdom at this special time in your lives. Melissa is going to be a radiant bride. I look forward to the pictures.

Oh, how PRECIOUS the picture of Jackson picking his toes is to me!!

My daughter (now 16) used to do that when she was his age, every chance she got. She could not wait to dig out the "toe jam", and see what color it was that time. You know how little girls are always wearing different colored socks to coordinate with the outfit and they grow so fast the socks are always new, and then they leave all those little fuzzies! She would always be soooo excited! It would keep her occupied for the longest time. She would check between every little toe, pulling them apart so carefully, and examining them completely, to get every tiny particle. It was so funny. I love that Jackson does it too! This just brought back such precious memories.

THANK YOU!!! He is adorable. All of "The Tods" are.

I love the name "Bibby". I hope when I get to be a g-ma, I can have such a cool name!

Hey there! Thanks for sharing! It made me think of our friends...Sue and Isaac...Sue and I were in Newly-Marrieds Sunday School togeth and then we were pregnant at the dame time, too! I was 2 weeks early, she was two weeks late, we actually flipped due dates! We had so much fun together...till they moved to Maine! On my girlie's 5th birthday, we made her not do "the salon" so Isaac could come, too. We miss them SOOO much! Enjoy!

Ok Grandma Beth and Miss Amanda...due to the picture post and the fact that you indeed know how to throw a weekend party for toddlers...You are officially invited to come and put on your best hurricane entertaining session (you know in ALL your free time.)

We have 15 kiddo's at the home ages 2-11 and 4 of them are "tods" so needless to say we're in hurricane season most often.

Recently had to call the poison control center to see if tie dye was toxic for one of our little guys and walked in seconds later after hanging up the phone to see 3of our little diva tod's playing with a mixture of poo poo and conditioner in the shower.

It's ALWAYS interesting if nothing less...

and precious beyond words. Thanks for the pictures.

I'll start teaching them to say "bibby" before you all arrive. I'm sure with a Spanish accent it'll be absolutely adorable. :):)

Blessings!!

Amanda,
I couldn't help but get excited with you and the "Tods". I grew up in Houston and as a child guess where my mommy took me... to the Houston Zoo!! As I looked at the photos I wanted to be there with the little ones petting the "chivas"- goats in spanish. Today I live in the cold state of NE- that hasn't seen all grass nor temps over 38 since Dec. 1, so no zoo for us. Glad you enjoyed the warm weather down there can't wait to take my kiddos there soon too while visiting familia (family)!

Thanks for sharing,
Tabby

So cute! Everyone should have a Tod to play with all weekend!
I think the best way to have a Tod is with another Tod to keep them occupied! (spoken from a mom of a toddler and a five year old!)!

Great pictures! And can I just say that I LOVE it when there are pictures! Makes me feel like I was there!

Thanks for sharing...and glad to know you are all still doing well after the amazing post on Friday!

Amanda, I know you hear a thousand times how fleeting and precious these times are....I'm here to tell you it's true (and I didn't believe it either when I was your age.) I just spent the most fabulous weekend ever with my college freshman daughter, who five minutes ago was herself a tod. We attended the wedding of the sweetest next-door-neighbor in the world, whom I've known since she was in kindergarten and who will be graduating from med school in June! How generous, how amazing, how good is our God to allow us to watch our babies become girls, women, wives, moms! Oh-so-blessed we are!! My baby girl and I talked a blue streak, laughed, curled up like puppies in my big bed, cried and just loved (and liked!) each other as adults...my heart is full.

To Nicole, who made the comment about 1997 - God bless you, sweetheart! I know you'll never forget how God brought you to Himself from wherever you were.
To Tara - I'm just starting Breaking Free on my own as well! Can you be reached through your blog?

"The Tods" I LOVE it!! I love a great nickname. WOW, it looks like fun times were had by all.

I love that Bibby's house is a place where "Hurricane Tod" can roam and have a blast! My moms house is the same way and it is truly a fun blessing.

If it is at all possible Jackson is just getting cuter and cuter!

((((HUGS))))) to you all!

Amanda,

Your picture of Jackson picking the fuzz out of his toes reminds me of my daughter who picked the fuzz out of between her toes when she was little. She even showed the nurse how she did it in the pediatricians office.
I'm glad you bloggged. I too was getting concerned about you girls.

Love,

As I am checking out the pics of weekend fun and I am listening to my five year old take a shower by HERSELF for the first time. She hollers at me, "Which ones next?" You know the order but she is a bit confused...shampoo, conditioner then body wash... She inadvertently conditioned before shampooing. Just a few years ago I was in the throws of many tods and I can now "romaticize" those days!!! (Just viewed session 3 of A Woman's Heart with my Women's Study at church) How I love the stages. I now have two tweeners (9 and 11) I cherish the tweens and their thought provoking questions along with stimulating discussions. My youngest sweetie (the non-tween in the shower) lost her first tooth this week. It was the last FIRST tooth to be lost in our home! The Tooth Fairy visit was EXTRA special! This week I am romanticizing way more than ever. Love those tods, kinders, and tweens!!!

Every single one of those pictures brings so much laughter. It is great to see children enjoy the small things in life as well as the older children (Beth). Lol.

I wanted to share this verse that speaks to me and came through my mind yesterday at the "Breaking Free" Bible study. Kind of long so bare with me.

James 1
Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.
When tempted, no one should say, "God is tempting me." For God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does he tempt anyone, but each one is tempted when by his own evil desire, he is dragged away and enticed. Then, after desire has conceived, it gives birth to death. Don't be deceived my dear brothers, Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.
He chose to give us birth through the word of truth that we might be a kind of first fruits of all he created...

I definitely have been deceived by my truths. Hardest thing for me isn't overcoming addiction, it is sifting through truths. But praise God I was born again through the word of truth. I feel like a "tod" at times just learning how to walk and talk again.

I laughed so hard at the toe fuzz picture and was quite pleased that my child is not the only one! Samuel will pick it out of his toes and say "eeeewww!" He's also been known to grab up all toys in the tub and go into fits if toe fuzz is found floating around. Truly, it's his only sissy moment.

Amanda, a couple of observations:

1) Jackson has a way with the ladies.

2) You have the longest legs of any woman I've ever seen outside of my step-daughter's Guiness Book of World Records.

3) Is that "The Tub"? The infamous one you Moores soak your feet in together?

4) One of my very best friends adopted a baby who was born days before my 4 year old. This is precisely the type of fun we WOULD have if we didn't each have 3 other kids! Enjoy NOT being outnumbered!

Glad you're back.

What a joyous delight after a LONG day at work . . . the pics are priceless . . . and thanks for touching base!

Amanda, please have Beth give we siestas an update on prayer needs for Esther if you will - is she almost done, etc. ---- has been on my heart the last two days real heavy . . . AND - have been praying about the upcoming wedding ---- can imagine all the last minutes being taken care of and all the extra events that are happening the next few weeks . . .

And (sorry!), our Siesta Beth was SPOT ON Tuesday night --- another want to be on the floor weeping, but also jumping and praising God evenings. My car pools girls and I were just awestruck on the way home ----- is it OK to say I am most engrossed in this study and as God so aptly does, it is "better" the second time around and Beth is also different ---- her passion is so anointed and tangible and I pray when it is re-taped, that those viewing it via DVD will "feel" what we are "feeling" ----- as it is the Holy Spirit speaking through her - times are short - we must walk in freedom.

Stay warm! God's peace!

Isn't it wonderful to have such special times with family and friends? Amanda and Janelle, you are both such beautiful, slim little moms! How special that you have each other.
I loved all the pictures. I think one of my favorites is the one with the kids and Beth (really) all asleep in the car.
This past weekend my mom, my three sisters, my 25 yr. old daughter and my niece all went on a girls' trip to celebrate one of my sister's 50th birthday. We spent the night at a hotel and ate and shopped and had the best time laughing and talking. I think any time it's possible to get out and enjoy times like these we need to take advantage.
Beth, you're just about the cutest Grandma I've ever seen. I'm SO happy you live close enough to Jackson to get to see him often. It's obvious he adores his Bibby.

I love the name "the tods". My oldest son, who will be 6 the 21st of Feb, used to pick the lint from his toes when he was about Jackson's age! So cute. Seeing that picture brought back memories of my little guy.

Love the name Bibby too. I "worried" about what names to call everyone (grandparents) and it ended up, when he was learning to talk, my son made up his own with my dad, calling him Poppy. Just looked at his picture in an album one day and pointed to him and said Poppy. It's stuck and my dad just loves it! It's more precious that way!

Enjoy the tods while they're tods....it goes SOOOO fast!

Keep sharing,

Wow! What a fun weekend! My daughter wants to know if Bibby can do the splits, cause she can. He he. She was not impressed with the floor exercises. I was just thinking that I think she's more flexible than I am. Hopefully that will change since I've been doing yoga. I'm so glad you had a good weekend. My youngest daughter has had the flu, so I haven't been on here for a while. In fact, I'm going to have to miss bible study today, because I have to stay home with her. Her fever seems to be gone but she was tossing and turning, feverish still at 2 in the morning, so I'm keeping her home today, so she can recoop. I have to call my ride and let her know I won't be able to come.

So grateful that I'm through raisin' young 'uns... I am quite satisfied with my nearly grown up girls and my extended babies - we have two more due in the next two months! Yippee! That I can barely stand myself. I love being able to hang with them for a day or two and then know they will be home again and I can recoop until the next time we get together and PLAY! Love, Love, Love it. Anyway, I have digressed. I wanted to say that this is one "car snoozer" defending another "car snoozer" when I say no fair posting a pic of Bibby in such a state! Of course Mrs. Beth is such a good sport, I am sure she is all right with it. But I would just hate to know someone was snapping pics of me snoozing in the car - thank goodness she did not have her mouth open or that tale-tale drool coming out of her mouth (at least not that we could see anyway!) You are all blessed, and I am sure Bibby was glad for a nap before playing with the tods again at home. Oh, and my fave pics were the tods dancing! I just keep thinking about your mom's deepest longing to do "praise dancing" with the grandbabies! I just wonder where her banners were?

Blessings,
Michelle

Because I am blonde, my first thought was "Hurricane Tod! there weren't any hurricanes last week!" Then my stupid self figured it out.

I am so glad Janelle shared this with me. When my friends and I had our babies together it was the most joyful time. The most precious memories are being with are families and having are babies grow up together.

I love you, and Jackson and Ella are soooooooooooooo precious!

Amanda,
What a blessing to have not just one, but two close friends to raise your Tods together in this season! I'm an older mom (39) of Tods and have prayed for that kind of friendship. As of yet, He has seen fit not to provide it, despite my taking care to follow the adage "To have a friend you must be a friend."

It used to bug me, this lack of that type of friendship for me and my girls. And then 2 things happened: (1) He filled my life with older women with grown children who are providing Titus-type wisdom to me. And (2) He used the video from Lesson 7 of the revised A Women's Heart: God's Dwelling Place study to remind me that the times I am going through right now are critical to achieving God's purpose in my life in this generation. He's given it much thought and this is best for me!

Praise Him for all His perfection and attention to detail, even when I don't understand.

I am grateful for the e-friendships on this blog!

Amanda, I got the biggest laugh from my favorite picture of, dah dahhhhhh --- drum role please,

"Jackson, the Toe Fuzz Picker" -

I have a grandson and that is so "him". He keeps us in stiches. I don't think I would have thought that was funny as a mom (too uptight), but now I find humor in the oddest things little boys do and say! They are plain wild.

My grandson has a new, baby sister, 1 month old. When asked by someone about his new sister, his answer was "She's alive!"

I know your mom must love the fact that Jackson named her. Elijah got my name, "Jan", mixed up with my dog's name, "Ginseng", and ended up calling us the same thing for a week or two. Somehow, my name evolved into "G". Short and sweet.

If I get that much pleasure from my 'naming' by my grandchild, I can't imagine what I will do when I hear God's 'new name' for me.

"G" from B'ham.

Trust me I remember looking at my little man and thinking I will have him forever- now I look UP at my little man and think he'll be gone in a couple of years. Bathe them in prayers sisters! No matter how old they are- cover them with the Lords words!

The Journey Continues ~

She speaks wise words and teaches others to be kind. She watches over her family and never wastes her time. Her children speak well of her. (mine) Her husband also praises her, saying, "there are many fine women but you are better than all of them." Charm can fool you, and beauty can trick you, but a woman who respects the LORD should be praised. Give her the reward she has earned; she should be praised in public for what she has done. YOU GO GIRL!

Absolutely Adorable...what precious Moms loving every minute of what they have been called to do---Deut 6:6---passing on LIFE to kids in footed pajamas while they walk, crawl, sleep, play...

I led Week One of Stepping Up yesterday and when you got to Psalm 32:7,8 HE IS MY HIDING PLACE my tears fell freely for I spent my childhood hiding under my house from adults who would harm me, spent way too much of adulthood hiding in my heart for fear of being exposed. But, so grateful to my beautiful God for authors like you Whom He has used to make me alive in HIM, my Author. No more hiding. Loved stepping up---God is stepping up His Courage in me. So grateful!

Loved the photo journey with you.

It looks like everyone had a great time. Tods are really fun. I just kept a few at church last night. It was non-stop action. Keeping the nursery reminds me of a few years ago when I had to do all that running around after someone. It's amazing when you get a few years away from it how you forget how hard it is. Thanks for the pictures. They are cute kids.

I am going to be starting Psalms of Ascent study in a couple of weeks. I am looking forward to it.
Love to you all, Melissa

My fiancee and I are being attacked big time by the devil and just in the buisness of LA don't have time to sit down together and pray it out!!

But God is faithful and He will get us through!!

Amanda,
The pictures are adorable. I must say that the picture of you holding both toddlers is captioned "The luckiest person in the room" I must disagree. I think the luckiest person in that room was your precious mother because no only did she have those two precious babies in her home, she also had her baby in her home.

We love the pictures of the babies, keep them coming.
God Bless you as you raise your children.

Right now I have the pleasure of lovin' on my tods (5 1/2, 4, and 2). I do also long for family to live closer! I get the joy of spending time with a network of moms and their lovlies and that is how God gets me through the cute chaotic-ness of this season!

Amanda,
Thank you for sharing this special time in your life. Warmed my heart - my son Tod (who turns 20 in March!) has had two lifelong friend girl Tods (born 2 months and then 5 days apart) -- went throught toddlerhood, grade school, high school, and now all in different colleges). They are the best of friends still - get together for outings every time they are home at the same time. I pray this special blessing of friendship for Jackson, Ella and Ava.
I just discovered your blog and LOVE IT! I am leading a Fruit of the Spirit study (on week 9) and we are starting Stepping Up in February. Have done your mom's studies for years. Love to you both!

The pictures of the toddlers are so cute. They look like my two youngest grandkids, Quinn and Ella! She just about looks like your friend's Ella, too. And they're both about the same age, just two months apart! Quinn was born Feb. 25th and Ella on April 26th.

Keep showin' us those pictures. Tods are so fun, aren't they?!

What an amazing fun time it looks like was had by all, especially Bibby in the back seat of the car. Some well-deserved rest, I imagine. I, too, have a tod at my house who never stops - moving or talking or eating (she just asked for a snack)- and I, too, sleep well at night (and on occasion when I can squeeze in a nap).

Amanda and Beth,

I saw this a couple of years ago when my oldest son was a tod himself. I thought it was spot on! Hope you enjoy it!

A Toddler’s Creed

If it is on, I must turn it off.
If it is off, I must turn it on.
If it is folded, I must unfold it.
If it is a liquid, it must be shaken, then spilled.
If it is a solid, it must be crumbled, chewed or smeared.
If it is high, it must be reached.
If it is shelved, it must be unshelved.
If it is pointed, it must be run with at top speed.
If it has leaves, they must be picked.
If it is plugged, it must be unplugged.
If it is not trash, it must be thrown away.
If it is in the trash, it must be removed, inspected and thrown on the floor.
If it is close, it must be opened.
If it does not open, it must be screamed at.
If it has drawers, they must be rifled.
If it is a pencil, it must write on the refrigerator, monitor, or table.
If it is full, it will be more interesting emptied.
If it is empty, it will be more interesting full.
If it is a pile of dirt, it must be laid upon.
If it is a stroller, it must under no circumstances be ridden in without protest.
It must be pushed by me instead.
If it has a flat surface, it must be banged upon.
If Mommy’s hands are full, I must be carried.
If Mommy is in a hurry and wants to carry me, I must walk alone,
If it is paper, it must be torn.
If it has buttons, they must be pressed.
If the volume is low, is must go high.
If it is toilet paper, it must be unrolled on the floor.
If it is a drawer, it must be pulled upon.
If it is a toothbrush, it must be inserted into my mouth.
If it has a faucet, it must be turned on at full force.
If it is a phone, I must talk to it.
If it is a bug, it must be swallowed.
If it doesn’t stay on my spoon, it must be dropped on the floor.
If it is not food, it must be tasted.
If it IS food, it must not be tasted.
If it is dry, it must be made wet with drool, milk or toilet water.
If it is a carseat, it must be protested with arched back.
If it is Mommy, it must be hugged.
I am toddler!

On the third day, He rose again (in my heart! Hallelujah!)

Whoa! Allow me to share a little background. On Friday evening, I posted an anonymous comment on the biggest area of bondage blog. My comment had to do with the battle for sustaining and developing godly, meaningful relationships with others. But something WOW has just happened in another area of my life. This morning (Sunday), I woke up at 5:30 a.m. REPENTING.

As I lay in bed in the dark, the still, small voice in the quietness of my mind was saying:
“I repent of the god of sugar in my life. I repent of the god of food in my life. I repent of the god of image (the image I have built on the outside of myself). I repent of trusting in these things, these gods, more than You God, and for trusting in them in any areas of my life instead of You.”

Suddenly I could clearly, and with certainty, see that my issues with food & sugar & weight/body image were really idolatry (worship mixed with belief) of our culture and what our culture (falsely) says is “godly.” The miracle is not necessarily that I repented (although that is also amazing too); but that I could see so clearly, it was an idol to me personally. Not in generalities, but for me. I can finally see it as it really is and it’s bad, I don’t want any part of it anymore.

Lord, thank You for letting me loose and now that I am, I am never going back again. Bring me out of this bondage in every way. I pray I never pick it up again, even though the temptation is everywhere. It is false, it is a lie I never want to believe again. Forgive me for putting enmity between us. Thank You for helping me to see food for what it actually has become to me. I choose You instead. Take me out of this area of bondage completely and fully, I choose to be free! Amen and amen.

(I apologize, Amanda, for putting this in the Tod blog. Please only share this if you think that it will help and not condemn anyone else who is struggling to “see”, but I feel compelled to tell it! I’m too amazed at what has just transpired between my God and I!! Please pray, pray like crazy. Pray more of us siestas are “seeing” and for me that I truly never go back to idolatry in this area and that I’ll immerse myself in the truth now to really cement my repentance!)
