today i remembered the passion '06 "sowing and reaping" message. i thought a lot today about how we are called to PLANT the seed in our lives and walk in obedience, rather than just devouring and feasting on the seed without producing any fruit in our daily lives. thank you that your Word is alive and active, oh Lord!
I just love you, Beth. I'm so glad to call you my sister in our Precious Saviour. You lead me to the foot of the cross every time you speak-Keep leading!
Praise the Lord - thank you for the special message to all the bloggin' girlie sistas!!! Oh how i can hardly wait to sing at the top of my lungs in church on Sunday. Wow oh wow - it is going to be an unblievable day.......
"Once you were alienated from God and were enemies in your minds because of your evil behavior. But now he has reconciled you by Christ's physical body through death to present you holy in his sight, without blemish and free from accusation— if you continue in your faith, established and firm, not moved from the hope held out in the gospel." Colossians 1:21-23a
I am free from all accusation and empowered with "Christ in me, the Hope of glory" (verse 27) because of what God in all His Glory and Mercy gave.
Thank you dear Beth for your precious Easter message encouraging us to remember the cross and that it be more dear to us. There is always hope in Jesus!!! Oh the wonderful cross...bids me come and die and find that I may truly live.
(Quoting the words of a VERY dear friend and sista in Christ)
Happy Easter to you dear one!!!! You are truly a DEAR, DEAR ONE!!!! What a "sparkle" it put in my heart to click on tonight and not just see your sweet words, but to see your sweet face and hear your sweet voice as well. TRIPLE PRAISE!!!
God is so good!!! I praise HIM so this Easter because I am truly an OVERCOMER because of the Blood of the Lamb!!!!!!!!! What can He not do for me???? and what can He not do through me now?????
Is anything IMPOSSIBLE FOR GOD.....???, NO NOT NOTHIN'!!!!!!!!! Hallelujah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I pray you and all those most precious to you will be blessed with the most wonderful Easter ever!!
Much, much love to you sista,
Angela Redmond, WA
P.S. I just got a visual of you running around with that sweet Jackson helping him collect all those easter eggs!! To much fun!!
Walking through a kife thrwatening condition, I am daily reminded og that scarifice. I know that there is hope, and there was ultimate sacrifice. Either way.
Man...I can't hear the message my speakers aren't hooked up! I was just thinking of all of the funny stories from earlier and thought back to the day when I went to all of the vacation bible schools in town (I really liked the snacks and crafts back then) and we sang this song:
"Father Abraham had many sons Many sons had Father Abraham I am one of them and so are you So let's all praise the Lord."
The only Abraham I knew of then was Abraham Lincoln. I could not believe that I was related to a president of the United States...much less that he had so many kids!!! I CRACKED up when I learned of the patriarch Abraham and how I was a descendant of his...I got the whole song wrong!! ha ha!! love -jenny williams, pelham al
Thank you Beth and Amanda for the Easter Message and thank you for putting it in Video format. You are truely a blessing to me as I feast on the Word of God spoken thru you.
Have a Blessed Easter and I hope Jackson finds the prize Easter Egg.
Thank you, Beth, for your Easter greeting and blessing!
Easter begins early at our house this year. On Easter Eve, my baby brother--my only sib--and his two precious boys will take their first step of obedience and be baptized! Could there be a more precious way to celebrate the new life Christ granted us when He became our sin for us, and overcame death?
How I praise You, Lord, for the precious gift of Christ. Thank you for doing for us that which we could not do ourselves. YOUR Way is MUCH more Awesome! I am just humbled that I can be included in the family of the Most High God. May Your Holy Spirit pierce the hearts of those who do not know You, and draw them near this Easter. May it truly be a time of new life--eternal life--in the hearts of man. I magnify Your Holy Name!
Miss Beth, I pray His blessings over your own household--esp that grandbaby! I hope that Beanie gets to hunt eggs too!
The Journey Continues ~ MY Covenant Friend and her family, I watched the stars glimmer through the hazy sky this evening as I stood on our deck listening to the sounds of the ocean below. GOOD FRIDAY is on the way! The Easter Celebration will be our GLORY. The words of scripture rolled off my tongue 'BE STILL AND KNOW THAT I AM GOD" Psalm 46:10 and my tears were running down my face. I BELIEVE !!!!! with " Heaven Bound" blessings, Kim Safina ~ Exeter, California
Thank you for your video message! What a joy to see your sweet face and hear your dear voice wishing me and my loved ones a blessed Easter. Thank you so much and blessings to you and your dear ones as well!
I have been waiting with joyful anticipation to celebrate Easter at church this coming weekend. I oversee our preschool department and I can't wait to see all our wonderful families and guests streaming in the doors of our church. Not to mention working along side amazing volunteers and getting to participate in the worship service. Jesus and the victory He won over sin and death does indeed make all things new - and I will praise His name forever!
Blessings & much love,
Jax
Rev. 21:5
He who was seated on the throne said, "I am making everything new!"
Dear Sweet Beth- What a good word! Just what I needed! I have the power that raised Christ from the dead- Can somebody just say Halelujah!? Glory to the Lamb! I agree with my puzzlpiece sista that it was a triple blessing to see and hear you! I missed you so much since you came to the Redmond/Seattle area! Thank you Amanda for posting this! May your entire family have a blessed Easter! Glory! It's Friday...but Sunday's coming!
Thank you Beth and Amanda! That scripture is one of my favorites - I just love the words, "incomparably great power." No other can compare! Thank you for this powerful message!!
I love the message!!! Thank you!!! By the way, "The Lion Of The Tribe Of Judah" picture hanging in the background....I have the same one hanging in my living room.
Thank you precious Beth for that special Easter message. The reminder of God's resurrection power was just what I needed this morning. I pray that you will have a blessed Easter weekend - and lots of fun with Jackson. I love you Sista!
Thank you Amanda and Beth for your message of hope. The minsitry team at Living Proof, through the power of Jesus Christ, has brought new life to many. I pray for evan a greater anointing to flow over and through your minstry. Happy Easter.
Thank you so much for those amazing words and for a special message. This is the first Easter I will not spend with my two girls because they are off doing their own work for God in two different states. One left today, the other leaves Sunday. The crazy paradox for me is that I love to see God using my girls, but I'm already missing my little family holiday time!!!! I just praise Him for His presence and power and tender care no matter where we are.
What a wonderful prayer - Resurrection Power!I do pray for God's Resurrection Power to rain down on your family as well and in even more torrents than it already has!You are a treasure!
Thank you, Beth! Sometimes I wonder if the world, even Christians, don't get so caught up in the new Easter clothes, hiding Easter eggs and Easter dinner at Grandma's that they forget to reflect on what Easter really is - really means - to us His children. If it not were for this celebration, everything else that Jesus did would have been for nothing. Thank you for always pointing us to Him.
Thank you Beth and Amanda for the wonderful reminder of what it is all about!
I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. Gal 2:20
Thank You Jesus for your incredible sacrifice, and Thank You for living in me! Amen!
Good way to start this Good Friday! Love to all! Teri
Beth- The Holy Spirit used your message this morning to renew hope in my heart. He had already been preparing me this morning with thoughts about all that Jesus had and continues to do for me. I thank you so much for your ministry.
I pray God's resurrection power would be so evident in all of us who love this blog and you.
How awesome to have a "personal" Easter message from you Beth. Thank you for making me think even more on this Good Friday and the cross and all that it means. Praise God it's Friday, but Sunday is coming!!!! Bless you and yours Beth and I am hoping you will be getting lots of that Jackson sugar this weekend! You are so loved.
Thank you, Amanda and Beth, for sharing your life and words with us. I so love the message from Beth today. This is a very special weekend, for without it, we would have no hope for the future. Thanks for all you do in furthering the kingdom! Blessings to you!
HE IS ALIVE, ALIVE INDEED. Thank you for your words of encouragement, there is NO OTHER Holiday that means more to me. My life is based on his Ressurection from the grave. This is my cornerstone.
HalleluJAH. I was hanging my weary head on the desk, praying for "a dose" and thank you I got it. That message lifted me...I thank God for you Beth Moore, your hardworking back has been a mighty bridge to the Almighty. Thanks for giving me a foot up. I love you.
Beth, thank you so much for your sweet reminder of our precious Savior! I am sitting home with my three sick kids and just started getting into "poor me" mode about missing Easter services and the Lord reminded me that He gave me these precious babies and there is nothing I can do to reflect His glory more than to wrap them in His love. It's not about dressing them in their cute new clothes- the most important thing is to teach them about the One whose ressurection gives us life!
Thanks again and I hope and pray you and your family have a blessed holiday!
Happy Easter Beth and Amanda and to all your sweet co-workers at LPM!! Thank you for your message and prayer!! I pray it back to you and then some! You are the cutest, sweetest, funniest, most compassionate teacher and let me say that your love for God and His Word is contagious!! It has been a very hard week for me and my family and we have shed alot of tears and the verse you read truly spoke to my heart and I bless you and thank you! Have a blessed weekend! Love, Patty
Thank you for such a wonderful blessing. With God, my husband and I are starting a new church and this is our first Easter service (we are just 5 weeks old!). The resurrection and His healing power is what it is all about and what we hope He will convey to every person that walks throught the door on Sunday!
I am so grateful and blessed to have found this blog.
I've read one maybe two Beth Moore books...and I am now going back to dig deeper.
This message really made me stop...especially today, Friday, the day Christ died for me, my sins, for my salvation...and "remember" and "contemplate" his suffering and sacrifice. Thank you for being a vessel for HIm to use. Thank you for serving us.
Beth and Amanda, Thank you so much for how you SERVE us all. You don't know how the Lord has used you in my life to increase my faith and to give me such a hope. Thank the LORD JESUS for the resurrection power!! I heard you say years ago Beth to pray for our children and for ourselves to be filled with a passion and a love for the Lord. I do that daily and it does make a difference.......HE is so FAITHFUL!! Happy Easter to you and your families from a grateful girl in Arkansas. Love to you sister, Stacy
Where would we be without the glorious cross AND the miraculous resurrection! Those years I went to a liturgical church (but not having grown up in one) where all of Holy Week is remembered most especially, Good Friday and those three sorrowful yet so filled-with-hope hours our Jesus died on that cross for us, none of this week is rote or meaningless to me. There is no resurrection without the cross, and no resurrection power in our lives without experiencing the cleansing of His Blood spilt out for us. I hope your Easter is filled with family time together, joys and sweet memories of Jackson, but most of all my prayer is for you and your sweet family to know the fullness of His Work for and in us, and all that it involves—to the fullest extent we can here on this earth. Last night’s service at First was powerful and so heartfelt. Resurrection blessings! Love you, “Annie” (Annette)
Thank you, Beth. Your words, especially when you speak them out loud, are so encouraging. Please be assured the same is being prayed over you, the LPM and your family as well. Thanks for sharing those PRECIOUS pictures of the little ones and that powerful 'Mom' story of the autistic 12-year-old. Wow.
Also, I wanted to tell you I was directed to read in Psalm 119 through another study I'm doing and there is a section, beginning with vs. 9 that is entitled, 'Beth'. The parallels to who God has brought you to be are amazing. Be blessed.
Much love to all of you who share. It always touches me deeply.
Enjoy this celebration of the only victory that matters.
We love you LPM family... We love our LORD with ALL that we have and I praise Him gloriously this Easter weekend...may we be champions for Christ from this day forward!! In His Love, Fran
He is risen...He is risen indeed!! This year Easter has hit me in a much more intimate, personal way. I pray that I will not become so flippant about this day and what it truly means!
Thank you Beth for this powerful reminder...Your words straight from the Father mean so much to me.
Happy Easter to you too Beth and Amanda. Thank you for wonderful reminder to always look at the cross. Love to your families. Just another Sista from Louisiana
God Bless y'all! Beth, you are such a wonderful woman of God. Your video was such a blessing! I'll be singing His praises this Sunday as loud as possible for the awesome sacrifice our Precious Lord made. I hope that your family has a wonderful and blessed Easter!
Love the hair! I love you! And thank you for reminding us afresh to look upon our precious Savior and His resurrection power afresh this season!! Blessings over you and yours this Resurrection Day!
Now, there's a (another) welcome, fresh word. Dear Miss Beth, Jesus ministered to me through your message this morning- in a desperate hour of need. Thank you Jesus. Thank you Beth. I wish you and your family a blessed Easter. Kim in PA
Thank you, Beth. Not only for that wonderful Easter message, but for your obedience to the Lord. I could write pages about how much I have grown in Christ over the past year, having caught your passion for the Word!! Your Bible Studies have been such a blessing to me and the women in my church. I know I will be bawling my eyes out Sunday as the best voice in our choir belts out the wonderful feeling in my heart! I KNOW MY REDEEMER LIVES!!! Hallelujah!
That's so cool! I NEEDED that today. With sooooooo many friends with HEAVY burdens right now I tend to get discouraged and feeling helpless. I am going to try to remember the message you sent to us today. There is resurection POWER to give victory in ALL of these situations.
Happy Resuresction Sunday (as my pastor puts it), Kristi
Thank you Beth and Amanda for thinking of all of us bloggers and sharing yourselves with all of us today by video!
GOD is so awesome! My prayer for your family is that GOD will be so real in HIS glory that it will radiate from your faces the whole day and every day! HE is THE GREAT I AM!!
Your words, your voice, your face means much! I knelt at a Cross a few hours ago at our Good Friday morning service. I've been looking for answers in many faces this year but it is our glorious God who has so showed up with Truth in my life & orchestrated all the events of our lives. Diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome a year ago, my awesome God intervened and continues to do so as I lay down choosing to be safe rather than suffering in His Arms. No more hiding in my heart but entering and living in this moment. Come to Me you who are burdened & weary. This past year I did Patriarchs, Daniel, Loving Well and currently in Beloved Disciple. Psalm 51:6 - it was Truth through you, Beth, that sinks and settles into my innermost being. I can't thank you enough Beth for doing Jonah 2:8 for me and many mulitudes of others...you have helped us to not foreit the Grace that could be ours by clinging to worthless stuff...your life and words make us all want to cling to God! My Easter is different this year in part because of you! Happy Easter my friend who speaks Truth to me almost daily through your published works and the Fire in your heart. Jer. 20:9
This is such a special time for all of us, God is so good and what He has done is so unfathomable, that celebrating with Him and for Him can be the only reponse.
Beth, our Bible study is on lesson 6 in the Daniel study, and we certainly are becoming aware, being blown away, and learning. It is amazing how much of this study really points to the cross, to the resurrection and ultimately to the great wedding feast to come.
We are praying for you and the entire ministry: for God's protection, His blessing, and humility from which He can and will work! HAPPY EASTER all, Sher
Thank you for taking the time to give a personal video greeting to each and every one of us sistas! How precious it is to serve the risen King right along with you.
"We serve a risen Savior, He's in the world today!!!"
Thank you for that message, especially as I head out here in a bit to the Good Friday service at our Air Force chapel. I am singing and I pray I can get through the songs! :)
Your mercies Lord are new every morning. Thank you for the Cross, thank you for choosing me before the foundations of the earth, while I was yet a wretched sinner. Thank you for Your amazing Grace!! What Love!!
Oh Beth, "I know your voice. I can see your hair in my sleep. I know Beth Moore."
HEEHEE!
Thank you so much for blogging. You have made my life better though each study I have labored through and not done the homework for. Praise God for using your life to build up the lives of others!
Thank you Beth! Yahoo-jah!Ephesians 1:19-20 are some of my most favorite verses! I cling to them every day and I refer to them often as I teach my Sunday School class. What a blessing to hear you speak them over us today - thank you so much!! Blessings and love to you and yours. :)
I have to praise God for His unfailing goodness. Today we had school and I wasn't too happy about it; but God allowed me to share with both of my classes the meaning behind Good Friday and the complete plan of salvation was shared from start to finish! One of my 3rd graders even stood up and led the class to sing "Lord I Lift Your Name on High." It was one of the most precious moments I've ever had a school teacher!
well that is disappointing. I didn't get to see the easter message from Beth. It came up Blank. Well Hoppy Easter to you both. I can say this as I am a rabbit lover. My rabbit is a lionhead rabbit and he has lots of fur around his head. Actually it is wool. he's so funny looking but cute. Be blessed with all you do. I love Easter time sooooooo much. Blessings Sarah - prayer Warrior
What a fantastic way to start a Friday!! Thanks to the both of you for posting this and for this blog. Can't wait for "Deeper Still" in Nashville this fall.
Dearest Beth - Words cannot even express how much God uses you in my life. I am so grateful for you, and for your family. I have learned so much in the last year - and am learning to Believe God! May God continue to bless you and your family!! Love you!!
Thank you so much Beth. For me this Easter, the cross is the place where joy has been renewed. We have come through a season where it seemed as though there could never be joy again. Yet, in Him the joy has returned. The situation hasn't changed, but our hearts have been ministered to and blessed by our precious Lord. Blessed Easter precious Sista!!
i just have to tell you that there are a group of girls spread out across TN and NC who have just been through, are in, or have just come out of some sort of season of suffering (haven't we all).
but the passage from 2 Corinthians 1:3-7 has just been made SO REAL to us this past week as Easter has been approaching. and we have learned to just REJOICE in our suffering because is it for the comfort of our SALVATION. Easter has a completely new meaning to each of us personally, and we will rejoice with a new passion this Easter Sunday as we reflect on the 'uncomfortable' times that have allowed us to now walk closer with HIM.
the God of the universe calls us messed up college girls, HIS FRIENDS!!!! what a bizarre and beautiful thing. :)
I don't know if either of you will get this but I just wanted to let you know about an award ya'll got. In my small area of blogdom there is an award called the "Thinking Blogger Award". If you receive the award yourself you then have to share 5 blogs that make you think. I could not give my 5 without listing you and your mom. You make me think--and that's a good thing! So congrats! You don't have to pick out 5 blogs that would be impossible. But, I hope by listing you as one of the 5 rewarded -- it might draw other women to the Living Proof Blog. A little free advertisement. :) Gotta let all the sistas know where you guys are. Have a great Resurrection Sunday!
Thank you Beth for the video! It was a surprise and so appreciated. I have "shared" it with some of my friends and family so they might get to know you and more about our LORD as only you can tell it. Jeani
Thank you, dear Beth, and Happy Resurrection Weekend to you and your family, also. I pray that you get to have a marvelous time with that dear grandson of yours this year. :)
Unfortunately, it has been a very tough year for me this year. Something called a "tic disorder" came upon me last year at this time, [that causes my jaw to involuntarily move almost continuously, and sometimes causes my head/neck to move/shake, and once in a while affects my arms and legs at night].
However, I feel that as difficult as it has been for me to deal with these tics, I have NOT just been "holding onto" my sweet Lord and Savior, Jesus, any longer, I literally "CLING TO HIM" and the promises in His precious Word, each and every moment now, which I feel brings me closer and closer to Him each and every day.
And, through it all, I have been trying very hard [with extra rest periods, and becoming a "guinea pig" with different medications over the past several months], to "PRESS ON" with the Lord's dunamis strength, as you asked me to do [in writing] almost 4 years ago when I accepted Him as my Lord and Savior .
But, I want to truly PRAISE GOD for something related to this: When I first started having these problems last year, God led me to a special low-cost clinic [as I have no health insurance whatsoever] and they sent me to another speciality clinic, where I go to see a most caring, retired neurologist every 2-3 months, who truly works for FREE. And he has sent me for tests, etc., and most of those have been FREE, too.
I must admit, that our God has truly been working in my life, via mysterious ways at times, but He has been making Himself conspicious to me through it all!!! Hallelujah!!!
Believing God now and forever more, (and may He help with my unbelief at times)...
Thanks for your Easter blessing to us! I just watched it with my kids in their highchairs as we're getting ready to eat breakfast (my husband is out of town today). My 2 year old son clapped with a big smile on his face when it ended. Thanks for all your hard work, encouragement, and your relationship with God. I'm just about to finish Breaking Free, and it's been so good for me. Thanks!
Thank you for this message. Seeing you via my Daniel bible study once a week is just not enough! :) I wish you knew how much your Bible studies have literally pushed me deeper in my walk. This Daniel study has rocked my world and blessed my socks off like never before!
You are such a blessing to ladies everywhere. Happy Easter to you and your whole family.
vtsmlhAaaah, Beth! Thanks for the sweet greeting and the awesome reminder of the power of Christ's resurrection! Not only are we saved and guaranteed eternal life with Jesus, but we can also use His power to work through our stuff while here on earth!
Christ has risen, He has risen indeed! Alleluia!
Happy Easter, dear Beth, Amanda, and all you sistas!
Easter is my favorite of the holidays. This Easter is going to be the most remembered of all. I wrote after the Bossier, La. conference that I've been witnessing to a friend at work and he told me he was having problems with addictions. Well, guess who's coming to church Sunday...Praise God for He hears our prayers!!!! My prayer for all my Sisters in Christ is wonderful times with family and friends and also that we find a quiet time to spend with our Savior on this glorious day.
I can't express the gratitude for all you have done for the Lord, Jesus Christ. I am in awe every time God allows me to do a Bible study or read a book that God has allowed you, His servant, to write to encourage, inspire, and redirect for His Kingdom purposes. I just thank you for being a willing humbled vessel to pour yourself out before the King Himself and allow me to draw closer to Him daily. Thank you for the blessing over my family. I know we don't know one another personally but it is so amazing that as sisters in Christ, kindred spirits, we can relate to so many things. I wish you could truly know how you've made such a difference in my life by your anointed writing ushering me in to the throne of the One True God! I praise God for you and your family. I am so glad you are willing to be an open book for others to truly know you are human and in this walk with Jesus here on earth. I am still handing stones over to God daily even moment by moment if need be. I know thus far, the Lord God has helped me. I am so grateful that God allowed me to be in His Presence in Bossier City because I had such a judgmental spirit that hurt my walk with Christ as well as my spirit and witness. I can truly say God has just wiped it away and has helped me every step of the way. I want you to know I have prayed for you, your family, and loved ones tonight. I pray that you are blown away by His Mighty Power in the morning as you awake to praise Him on Easter Sunday! May God continually bless you throughout your lifetime.
I had to share these lyrics with you all, this is a beautiful song if you have never heard it:-)
Why By: Nichole Nordeman
We rode into town the other day Just me and my Daddy He said I'd finally reached that age And I could ride next to him on a horse That of course was not quite as wide
We heard a crowd of people shouting And so we stopped to find out why And there was that man That my dad said he loved But today there was fear in his eyes
So I said "Daddy, why are they screaming? Why are the faces of some of them beaming? Why is He dressed in that bright purple robe? I'll bet that crown hurts Him more than He shows Daddy, please can't you do something? He looks as though He's gonna cry you said he was stronger than all of those guys addy, please tell me why Why does everyone want him to die?"
Later that day the sky grew cloudy And Daddy said I should go inside Somehow he knew things would get stormy Boy was he right But I could not keep from wondering If there was something he had to hide
So after he left I had to find out I was not afraid of getting lost So I followed the crowds To a hill where I knew men had been killed And I heard a voice come from the cross
And it said, "Father, why are they screaming? Why are the faces of some of them beaming? Why are they casting their lots for My robe? This crown of thorns hurts Me more than it shows Father, please can't You do something? I know that You must hear My cry I thought I could handle the cross of this size Father, remind Me why Why does everyone want Me to die? When will I understand why?"
"My precious Son, I hear them screaming I'm watching the face of the enemy beaming But soon I will clothe You in robes of My own Jesus, this hurts Me much more than You know But this dark hour I must do nothing Though I've heard Your unbearable cry The power in Your blood destroys all of the lies Soon You'll see past their unmerciful eyes Look there below, see the child Trembling by her father's side Now I can tell You why She is why You must die"
Thanks, Amanda & Beth, for that Easter greeting! How very cool!
He is Risen, Indeed! :-D
I'm praising God for this "renewal season"... and, looking forward to a wonderful year of God doing a mighty work in my life (through my reading of your two studies, Beth! -- "Believing God" with gals online, and "Breaking Free" with my church's Ladies' Bible study group). I'm so thoroughly enjoying both studies, and I'm just growing by leaps and bounds thanks to God washing me in His Truths! :o)
So, thank you for the Easter message, and thank you, Beth, for your writings... God has inspired me THROUGH you! Your passion for Him is so very contagious! :o)
Thank you for your sweet Easter blessing! What a morning here in NC! Crisp, cool and clear just like the tomb! Clear except for some old grave clothes! HE IS RISEN!
Looking forward to seeing you and hearing a fresh word from the Father this weekend in Columbia, SC!
We woke up this morning to such FROST here in Colorado! The picture of each tree and piece of grass is amazing!! I told my husband on the way to church, it looks so unreal. He replied, no one can flock a tree like God can. Amen? Happy Easter dearest sisters. Because He LIVES and because of your testimony sweet Beth, I live...and have found Him to be so very, very GOOD.
PS I'll post pictures of the frost this week. It really is gorgeous!
Thank you for your prayers on behalf of all of us, women you have never met, but who share a common passion with you for our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
As I sang "Christ the Lord is Risen Today" in church, with tears streaming down my cheeks, I was overcome by the reality of Jesus' victory over death and what that means in my life.
I so treasure your ministry and look forward to celebrating our Lord with you as we meet together in Columbia, SC next weekend - I'm praying for you!
beth and amanda- standing in worship today -making a joyful noise unto the LORD- and thought how i was joining in a chorus across the world of praise to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. whew! i could hardly take it! your message was a special surprise- made me think how there's nothing like hearing the voice of a friend. & i do love the earings beth. blessings to you and yours. lovin life in Him-lisa
I saw on TV this afternoon what I thought was just the sweetest thing. It was The Masters golf tournament (one of the biggest there is, for those of you who don't know)…..and this pretty unknown fellow named Zach Johnson had just finished his round and was in the lead, likely the winner. (Though he DID win, it was not a forgone conclusion because Tiger Woods (if y'all don't know who he is, I can't help you there)was still on the course)) Anyway, the commentators had been talking all afternoon about the guy’s calmness, his control. So, the commentator then asked him to what did he attribute his calmness on the course???? His very emotional reply: “I had some people looking out for me today…..you know it’s Easter……my faith is very important to me. Jesus was out there with me. I could FEEL him…..”
Dear Beth, Christos Anesti! Alithos Anesti! Resurrection blessings from your Benedictine Sisters in Clyde, Missouri. After our three hour Easter Vigil Service we received your special message - just when we thought our joy in the Risen Lord could not be more full! We were thrilled - as you were much in our thoughts and prayers these Holy Days. See you in Omaha! Our love, Sr. Jane Sr. Rebecca Sr. Lynn Marie lynn@bspa.us
Dear Beth, At a hurtful time, your message reminded me of the love and POWER of our Saviour. It was good to hear that truth spoken aloud. Thank you for always pointing us back to our Source. Love,
Thank you Beth for all that you do. It is because of the Risen Savior that you are equipped to teach us the Word of God. I just wanted to say Thank You.
Thank you Beth for the Easter message! The Ephesians verses have meant so much to me after hearing you share them in "Believing God". Thanks for the reminder. It was a great Easter here! A young woman who said she believed God existed but had never heard of His son asked Him into her life! And I must add...it was a warmer day and I got to have a "critical hair moment"! Thanks once again for the special message.
Thank you Amanda and Beth. The Lord has used your words to encourage my heart over my drug addicted son. He just keeps reminding me over and over that NOTHING is too hard for Him. Praise Him for His power and comfort!
Thank you so much for your Easter message...that is the word I really needed to hear just now in my life...May God bless you and your family...always...Sue

thank you, amanda and beth.
praise to the LAMB that was slain.
today i remembered the passion '06 "sowing and reaping" message. i thought a lot today about how we are called to PLANT the seed in our lives and walk in obedience, rather than just devouring and feasting on the seed without producing any fruit in our daily lives. thank you that your Word is alive and active, oh Lord!
much love to you sisters!
Thank you....great words, as always.

"Once you were alienated from God and were enemies in your minds because of your evil behavior. But now he has reconciled you by Christ's physical body through death to present you holy in his sight, without blemish and free from accusation— if you continue in your faith, established and firm, not moved from the hope held out in the gospel."
Colossians 1:21-23a
I am free from all accusation and empowered with "Christ in me, the Hope of glory" (verse 27) because of what God in all His Glory and Mercy gave.
Thank you Jesus!
Beth, you're awesome! Thanks for the message! Love you too!
Thank you dear Beth for your precious Easter message encouraging us to remember the cross and that it be more dear to us. There is always hope in Jesus!!! Oh the wonderful cross...bids me come and die and find that I may truly live.

Redmond, WA
"Father Abraham had many sons
Many sons had Father Abraham
I am one of them and so are you
So let's all praise the Lord."
The only Abraham I knew of then was Abraham Lincoln. I could not believe that I was related to a president of the United States...much less that he had so many kids!!! I CRACKED up when I learned of the patriarch Abraham and how I was a descendant of his...I got the whole song wrong!! ha ha!!

He is worthy to open the scroll, because He is the Lamb that was slain! Glory to His precious Name.

In His tender and grace-filled grip,

The Journey Continues ~
MY Covenant Friend and her family,
I watched the stars glimmer through the hazy sky this evening as I stood on our deck listening to the sounds of the ocean below. GOOD FRIDAY is on the way!
The Easter Celebration will be our GLORY. The words of scripture rolled off my tongue 'BE STILL AND KNOW THAT I AM GOD" Psalm 46:10
and my tears were running down my face. I BELIEVE !!!!!
with " Heaven Bound" blessings,

Sweet, Sweet Beth...
Blessings & much love,
Jax

`Dear Beth and Amanda,
I'm so greatful for you both.
Happy Easter
Thank you for all you's do:)
Dear Sweet Beth-
What a good word!
Can't wait to see you in Columbia!!!
Thank you precious Beth for that special Easter message. The reminder of God's resurrection power was just what I needed this morning. I pray that you will have a blessed Easter weekend - and lots of fun with Jackson.
I love you Sista!
Dear Beth and Amanda,
Thank-for the Easter video. What a great reminder, that God's incomparable power avails for us. How blessed we are....!
Happy Easter everyone
Thank you Amanda and Beth for your message of hope. The minsitry team at Living Proof, through the power of Jesus Christ, has brought new life to many. I pray for evan a greater anointing to flow over and through your minstry. Happy Easter.
Precious Beth,
Thank you so much for those amazing words and for a special message.
Worthy is the Lamb.
Thank you for your video Easter gift, friend.
love,
Cathy
Thank you, Beth! Sometimes I wonder if the world, even Christians, don't get so caught up in the new Easter clothes, hiding Easter eggs and Easter dinner at Grandma's that they forget to reflect on what Easter really is - really means - to us His children. If it not were for this celebration, everything else that Jesus did would have been for nothing. Thank you for always pointing us to Him.
Everyone, have a blessed Easter!
Angie (An Alabama Girl)
Thank you Beth and Amanda for the wonderful reminder of what it is all about!
I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. Gal 2:20
Thank You Jesus for your incredible sacrifice, and Thank You for living in me! Amen!
Good way to start this Good Friday!
Love to all!
Teri
Beth-
The Holy Spirit used your message this morning to renew hope in my heart. He had already been preparing me this morning with thoughts about all that Jesus had and continues to do for me. I thank you so much for your ministry.
I pray God's resurrection power would be so evident in all of us who love this blog and you.
Happy Easter!
I can hear the words of my favorite song...
IN CHRIST ALONE!
Thank you so much for contining to point me to Him!
I am going to keep BELIEVING!

He is risen indeed!!

I needed that reminder today!
Thanks Beth!!! Love ya!
Happy Easter to all my sistas!
Happy Resurrection Day!
I love you.
thank you for the message! post more!
He is RISEN!!!
ps: i love the earrings...
:)
Love,
Patty
Happy Easter Sistas!!!
Thank you for such a wonderful blessing. With God, my husband and I are starting a new church and this is our first Easter service (we are just 5 weeks old!). The resurrection and His healing power is what it is all about and what we hope He will convey to every person that walks throught the door on Sunday!
Thank you for your prayers!
He has blessed us indeed. Praise to the Lamb that was slain and to the One who is our ALL.
Amanda & Beth, thank-you and may you have an awesome Easter rejoicing in the One who does sing over us.
Kristi in Texas
Bless you Amanda & Beth! Thank you for blogging and sharing your personal sides with us. Have a Blessed Easter season =)
Thank you for your sweet message, Beth! Happy Easter to you and your family!
Blessings~
Beth and Amanda,
Thank you so much for how you SERVE us all.
Love to you sister,
Stacy
Love you,
“Annie” (Annette)
In His Love,
Fran
He is risen...He is risen indeed!! This year Easter has hit me in a much more intimate, personal way. I pray that I will not become so flippant about this day and what it truly means!
Thank you Beth for this powerful reminder...Your words straight from the Father mean so much to me.
Happy Resurrection Day!
Happy Easter to you too Beth and Amanda. Thank you for wonderful reminder to always look at the cross.
Love to your families.

NO ROCK is going to sing my praises for me - what a magnificent, risen God we serve.
I can't seem to play the video. It just stays on loading. Could you check it please? Thanks
Hallelujah!
Love and God's Blessings to you and your family.

That's so cool! I NEEDED that today. With sooooooo many friends with HEAVY burdens right now I tend to get discouraged and feeling helpless. I am going to try to remember the message you sent to us today. There is resurection POWER to give victory in ALL of these situations.
Happy Resuresction Sunday (as my pastor puts it),
Kristi
Thank you Beth and Amanda for thinking of all of us bloggers and sharing yourselves with all of us today by video!
GOD is so awesome! My prayer for your family is that GOD will be so real in HIS glory that it will radiate from your faces the whole day and every day! HE is THE GREAT I AM!!
I am so in love with HIM!!

Thank you! May God bless you and your family. Have a Happy Easter!
Have a wonderful time hunting easter eggs with Jackson.
Love You Sistas
HAPPY EASTER all,
Sher
Thank you for taking the time to give a personal video greeting to each and every one of us sistas! How precious it is to serve the risen King right along with you.
"We serve a risen Savior, He's in the world today!!!"
Thank you for that message, especially as I head out here in a bit to the Good Friday service at our Air Force chapel. I am singing and I pray I can get through the songs! :)
Your mercies Lord are new every morning. Thank you for the Cross, thank you for choosing me before the foundations of the earth, while I was yet a wretched sinner. Thank you for Your amazing Grace!! What Love!!
Glory to the LAMB.
Jesus you broke out of that grave and overcame death. God raised YOU and Me IN YOU!
Happy Easter.
My little Mary is practicing for Easter Sunday. She is wearing her Easter dress today. :)
Behold the Lamb of God!!!
Thanks for that blessing and a remembrance of "Resurrection power" it is WHAT is keeping me today!
Bless you all and stay warm, I hear our snow is headed your way!

Oh Beth,
"I know your voice. I can see your hair in my sleep. I know Beth Moore."
HEEHEE!
Thank you so much for blogging. You have made my life better though each study I have labored through and not done the homework for. Praise God for using your life to build up the lives of others!
What a delightful surprise to see your sweet face and hear your encouraging words just now.
Thank you for praying over us.
May the Lord bless your heart and those you love on this precious weekend.
He alone is worthy!
Love to you and all my sistas!
Thank you Beth! Yahoo-jah!Ephesians 1:19-20 are some of my most favorite verses! I cling to them every day and I refer to them often as I teach my Sunday School class. What a blessing to hear you speak them over us today - thank you so much!!
Blessings and love to you and
yours. :)
(Can't wait to see you in Columbia next weekend!)
Thank you Beth for the thought provoking words about our Christ's resurrection!
Have a great Easter!
Blessings

Thank you, sweet Beth, for the prayers and scriptures you speak over us. I pray the same over you, your family, and your ministry.
Have a blessed Easter.
What a fantastic way to start a Friday!! Thanks to the both of you for posting this and for this blog. Can't wait for "Deeper Still" in Nashville this fall.
Thank you Beth--I needed to hear this again tonight. A Happy Easter to you and Amanda, too!
Dearest Beth -
Words cannot even express how much God uses you in my life. I am so grateful for you, and for your family. I have learned so much in the last year - and am learning to Believe God! May God continue to bless you and your family!! Love you!!

Hey Beth and Family
Happy Easter! Thank You Jesus for your blood that was shed for all of my Brothers and Sisters in the World.
God Bless
Your Sis
Sue-La.
thanks for the "mothering" along the way :D
Beth, you are beautiful. I love you, too!
However, I feel that as difficult as it has been for me to deal with these tics, I have NOT just been
"holding onto" my sweet Lord and Savior, Jesus, any longer, I literally "CLING TO HIM" and the promises in His precious Word, each and every moment now, which I feel brings me closer and closer to Him each and every day.
Love and hugs, in Christ,
Jennifer Olmstead

I don't think you could ever understand the ministry you have come to have through this blog.
I'll never forget the first time I heard you pray 'by the power that raised Jesus from the dead'... it still sticks with me.
Praise You, Lord Jesus PRAISE you!!!
Beth, I am humbled by your message... *t*h*a*n*k* *y*o*u*!
Happy Easter Beth, Amanda, and each and everyone in your family.
maria cristina
Beth, you are precious, thank you and I pray your family has a blessed Easter.
Thank you Amanda also for all the hard work you put into this!
Love, Kristen

We rode into town the other day
Just me and my Daddy
He said I'd finally reached that age
And I could ride next to him on a horse
That of course was not quite as wide
We heard a crowd of people shouting
And so we stopped to find out why
And there was that man
That my dad said he loved
But today there was fear in his eyes
So I said "Daddy, why are they screaming?
Why are the faces of some of them beaming?
Why is He dressed in that bright purple robe?
I'll bet that crown hurts Him more than He shows
Daddy, please can't you do something?
He looks as though He's gonna cry
you said he was stronger than all of those guys
addy, please tell me why
Why does everyone want him to die?"
Later that day the sky grew cloudy
And Daddy said I should go inside
Somehow he knew things would get stormy
Boy was he right
But I could not keep from wondering
If there was something he had to hide
So after he left I had to find out
I was not afraid of getting lost
So I followed the crowds
To a hill where I knew men had been killed
And I heard a voice come from the cross
And it said, "Father, why are they screaming?
Why are the faces of some of them beaming?
Why are they casting their lots for My robe?
This crown of thorns hurts Me more than it shows
Father, please can't You do something?
I know that You must hear My cry
I thought I could handle the cross of this size
Father, remind Me why
Why does everyone want Me to die?
When will I understand why?"
"My precious Son, I hear them screaming
I'm watching the face of the enemy beaming
But soon I will clothe You in robes of My own
Jesus, this hurts Me much more than You know
But this dark hour I must do nothing
Though I've heard Your unbearable cry
The power in Your blood destroys all of the lies
Soon You'll see past their unmerciful eyes
Look there below, see the child
Trembling by her father's side
Now I can tell You why
She is why You must die"

Yaaahhoo-JAH! I'm with ya girl!
I so treasure your ministry and look forward to celebrating our Lord with you as we meet together in Columbia, SC next weekend - I'm praying for you!
beth and amanda- standing in worship today -making a joyful noise unto the LORD- and thought how i was joining in a chorus across the world of praise to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. whew! i could hardly take it!

blessings to you and yours.
lovin life in Him-lisa
Happy Easter, Y’all!
Dear Beth,

Dear Beth,
At a hurtful time, your message reminded me of the love and POWER of our Saviour.
