Wow, praise the Lord for what He has done! 15 years of Living Proof Ministries is amazing. I enjoyed "seeing" your building and meeting all your coworkers! What a wonderful group of people you are. I can see why you have so much fun together.
I praise God too for you Beth. LPM would not be what it is if you were not faithful to the Lord's calling on your life. Ministry is not easy, nor is it always fun, but we praise the Lord for your obedience and allowing Him to use you. "To God be the glory, great things He hath done."

I found these one day a week or two ago when I had viewed another video. I love them.
My life has completely changed since I sat in a Bible Study and watched a video from Believing God. I met this woman "Beth Moore". I had never heard of you. As I worked through the study I began to realize that I had lived my whole life believing that I knew God when I don't really think I did. I was raised in the church, accepted Jesus and was baptized when I was 10 years old and proceeded to live a very roller coaster Christian life.
I am now 52 and have been your student for 6 years. I have a thirst and hunger for the Word of God that this ministry brought about in me. I have done almost all of your Bible Studies and many others that you have recommended. I have also learned to glean from the Bible on my own! It is indeed an exciting adventure.
Thank you for all you do at LPM. I feel like I would still be on that roller coaster if God had not lead me to a teacher that made learning the Bible fun and exciting.
May God continue to bless you all and use you to reach the lost and confused(like me!).

I so enjoyed these last week when I stumbled across these last week. LPM has been a huge blessing in the life of my family and I and we love you guys dearly!
I'm sitting here in the middle of watching Part 1. We are headed out to San Diego as I am taking part in a Precept Workshop (PTL). Everything is packed and my husband is standing there waiting for me with the keys in his hand! It's not fair!!!! I gotta turn the computer off!! How can I stand it not being able to watch the rest of this anniversary film all weekend! My husband owes me for this interruption!!! :) Love you all.

Congratulations on 15 years!!! I have so much to say about your ministry and how God has used you in my life, but perhaps a public blog is not the best way to say that. I'll think of a way...one day.
But I have to stop half way through this sweet video and tell you:
"My name is Dori Cook and I get tickled at funerals, too."
There I said it.
I will try not to go on and on but I have to tell the funniest funeral laughing fit I ever had My mother and I usually are called upon to sing at funerals. Some dear friends of our's had lost their father - a man we had never met nor seen.
Until the day of the funeral.
We arrived more than early, but when we arrived the chapel was full! We walked to the front and spoke with the family and felt as though we should "pay our respects" and view the person for whom we would be singing.
We stepped up and there laid the smallest grown man I believe my eyes had ever seen. We stood there over that tiny saint without saying a word for what seemed an eternity.
Then, my mother said very sweetly and softly, "My...he was a tiny little man."
And me?
I gaffawed!!! All over that man's casket. Uncontrollably. In front of some 175 people.
And my mother protected me.
She placed her arms around me as if to console me. And I shook and laughed. But because of my mother's quick thinking, the crowd simply thought I was very broken up at the loss of this man. Little did they know I never knew him, but could not control my laughter over my mother's very timely observation about his stature...or lack of it!
We sang in a room off the front of the chapel and I had to completely sit down and compose myself for at least 5 minutes before I could stand and sing, "I come to the garden alone...while the dew is still on the roses..."
Oh, so glad I'm not alone in the club of those who find funerals sometimes funny.

The first time I heard you was at the Christmas 2008 show in Houston, Texas then again I went to the Inheritance series. I want you to know how much YOU, Beth Moore, have touched my life and how you have brought me so much closer to the Lord. And how very much I have learned from YOU and your sweet spirit. When YOU Beth are in a room, you can just feel the spirit sooo strong. I'm sooo grateful to live in Houston so I can be closer to you AND I just found out yesterday the REVELATION study you will teach will be from Sept.8th-Nov. 17th. OH, I can't wait!

I stumbled across this blog about a year and a half ago. Up to that point, I had heard your name, Beth, only once. Someone had recommended the book, Breaking Free, and Get of of that Pit to me. The first one I picked up was "Get out of that Pit." I looked at the cover... now imagine I was in the depths of depression and hopelessness at that point...
and said to myself....
"oh great! Here is a bouncy blonde cheerleader who is going to quote a few scripture verses at me, and it's gonna be 'light and fluffy' and not help me at all."
I was in tears through that book. I bawled like a baby at the end of it. There were times I was reading and I just had to put the book and my bible and journal down (and loads of highlighters, by the way) and just get on my face before God. It was the first time i ever heard I could uses scripture to pray... praying scripture back to God.
I have as of yet to do one of your studies, but am so blessed by you.

I began Beth's Bible studies 5 years ago as a "young" Christian. I was invited by a wonderful mature lady at church. I had 3 children all under the age of 6 years old at the time and wasn't sure how I was going to fit Bible Study into my busy schedule. One Study was all it took (Believing God). I jumped in with both feet and I now lead/organize our Ladies Bible study at church. I still can't believe I'm doing this. We use to meet only during the school year, but I felt such an emptiness during the summer that I wanted to do a summer study. Lo and behold Summer Siesta Bible Study started (last year),yeah. I now run Ladies Bible Study all year long. Praise God!

Happy Anniversary LPM!! I was in South Carolina several years ago at a First Place leaders meeting and Beth Moore was the speaker. At that time she was presented with the acceptance (from Lifeway I think) of her first study. A Woman's Heart,God's Dwelling Place.
My life changed as I begin to study The Word of God for MYSELF. I had always depended on others to receive the Word. I would still be there if not for Beth and LPM and most of all God. Thank you ever so much for showing me how . I actually have tears in my eyes as I type this . Thank you seems so small. I love all of you and look forward to the future that we will share. Amen!
That was awesome to see. For me I have fallen in love with Living Proof, it's been 5 years this past Feb. I met you guys at a time when if I had not been doing the Believing God bible study I really think satan may have been able to pluck me off the vine (I may have let him)

15 years of ministry and seeing how God has grown and developed LPM is amazing!! As a volunteer at the LPM office, I can honestly say that this ministry is the real-deal! When you get to see the inner workings and see how spirit-filled these women (and man) are - you know that there is no fake, no fraud, no irreverent servants in this ministry. God has truly blessed LPM because of this spirit of determination to please God and only God! I know my life has personally been changed because of Beth and all those at LPM that choose to be in a life-changing ministry. I can remember spending days in my home when I was battling depression and just spending hours listening to the LPL live CD's; it was just an encouragement I needed to have on constantly. God has brought me so far from where I was, I am not where I am going to be yet, but so far from the darkness. He has healed in me so many things and I feel like like I can PHYSICALLY feal the healing going into my bones. I know some things know about Him, my trust for Him and about myself that just thrill me. I want to crave even more still. He has used you in that for me!
I am absolutely thrilled to be starting Esther this fall (I am also heading up your simulcast this August at our church). I just want to thank you for being so faithful, so obedient, so loving and so darn cute - you bless me girl!

While I'm here I just want to praise God for the His many blessing through you and LPM. Who would have thought the day I picked up a Bible study from an unknown author at a Sunday School Board table that it would be a life changing journey for me too. The study was the first A Woman's Heart God's dwelling place. I could go on with what this ministry has done for me but I'm in the hotel lobby and there's only a 30 minute limit and someone is waiting. Bless you all, love you all and to GOD BE ALL THE GLORY!!

I went through chemo for 1.5 years stopping when I was miraculously healed Sept of 2008. During the time of Chemo I did Steppping Up and towards the end I did Esther...can you even imagine! So, I have to tell you I watch you every Wednesday with James on TV and I was so impressed with your hair I actually took photos on my camera of you at different angels...I went to the salon and now sport the most FAVORITE hair cut I have EVER had, my personal Beth doo...

Oh my gosh...I had so much fun watching these videos and meeting the LPL family...you girls sure sound like you know how to have a great time! There is absolutely nothing like sharing fun, laughs and hair issues w/sisters in Christ. Thank you so much for all that you have given of yourself in your studies, Ms. Beth. I have done 4 of your studies and am currently doing the study that came out of the Deeper Still event (I was there!!) at our church's summer bible study...we've got 90 women! Praise HIM! Anyway, please know that the Lord has used you in a mighty, miraculous, life changing way in my life...I once was a broken and defeated gal, but my heart and mind and soul have been and are still being transformed in beautiful ways...victory that I thought I was too damaged and unworthy to have is mine...thank you from the bottom of my heart for the role God used you to play in my healing...He has used many ways to bring it about and you and your ministry have been a part of it.

Hey Beth - I'm going to have to come back and watch the clips when I get a second (or, a few minutes). But can't wait. I've called you my Laundry Girl for a long time - b/c a number of years ago when my marriage was in a very difficult valley / desert, I would get your video Bible series from my home church and play your teaching videos while I folded laundry. By the time I got to the socks (which I always tackle last); I would invariably be crying - just at God's love and goodness to me. Thanks for stepping up to the plate and loving Jesus with a crazy passion and dragging us all along for the ride. I think of you as a big sister and my "laundry girl" - hanging with me til the very last pair of socks and speaking the goodness of God to my hungry, hurting soul.

Girlfriend, we could NOT attend a funeral together. I got so tickled at one a few years ago that I just knew I was going to be in deep trouble afterwards... I was so tickled, and I just kept coughing to try and suppress the laughter that was literally shaking the pew. Bless his heart, the preacher was trying to say the deceased had put on "immortality," but he said over and over louder and louder, that she had put on IMMORALITY! And as you said - the less funnier it should have been - the more I wanted to laugh...

It will be 7 years in September that I started doing Beth Moore Bible Studies and have not looked back. I am so grateful to you Beth for leading me closer to God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. I have learned so much through your studies. I never learned it from the pulpit of my church on Sundays. Thank you so much for obeying God. I have to say that the first study that I did was Breaing Free. I was seeing a councelor at the time because my mother-in-law had passed away in February leaving her Mother to my care. We had moved Granny into our home and needless to say it wasn't going too well. I don't know how I had heard about you but knew I wanted to do a bible study and a good friend of mine told me that her church was about to do Breaking Free and I said I wanted to go. It was truely a blessing to me and it did me more good then the counceling sessions. Believing God was my favorite bible study and the one that helped me to break free from the unforgiveness I had toward my sister for so many years. Thank you Beth, your staff and volunteers for all the hard work. I especially want to say thanks to Keith for sharing you. Happy Birthday LPM. I love you all. PS. I can't wait for the next study.

I will share a fav memory of mine. It was in 2005 at the LPL Knoxville. I will never forget the prior year prayerwalking the arena with a group of women, before you got there. The honor of praying over you, now that made me a nervous wreck. lol I thought who am I to be doing this. I remember how you came to that conference inspite of the hurricane that hit Houston. I felt for you and your staff but you came and taught us Loving Well! My other treat and surprise was that I would get to see you on Sat. morning and you prayed over me and anointed my hands. Beth, I still remember what you prayed and I thank you again! I have been coming to LPL for 9 years and I get excited at coming to each conference like it was my first one. :))

I love this blog--love knowing that Beth Moore loves Jesus and us! And Beth, I have been "talking" to you for almost 7 years now. I had gotten into more serious Bible study through Precept back in 2000. And a friend lent me a copy of a message that you gave at the Precept Conference. It impacted me so. I ordered it on DVD and have watched in many, many times. Then I progressed to becoming a Lifeway regular, buying everything that had your name on it and working through the Bible studies on my own. Precept studies, too. My husband likes to tease me when I quote Beth Moore and Kay Arthur. I just know that I am so blessed to be mentored by such wonderful women of God.
And the blog is great for knowing that we are part of a community but also to know what is happening in the Living Proof ministry and how to pray.

Boy, there is no one else on earth that can get me to bawlin' like Beth Moore. The 15th Anniversary Tribute is fabulous and I enjoyed every single second of it. I know all these women and one man and I can tell you, without a doubt, they are all great people of God. May you have at least another 15 years unless Jesus comes first.If He chooses to come, I have no doubt that we will have thunderous Living Proof joy in Heaven.
Happy Anniversary LPM! I am so glad you were in place for me when I, a life-long church member, came to know our sweet Jesus almost 12 years ago. The hunger and thirst I felt to know my Lord has been satisfied time and time over through Beth's studies. I am almost postive it was Sabrina who answered the phone about 3 years ago when I called after my best friend had committed suicide. I wanted to make a donation to LPM in memory of her, and Sabrina was so incredibly sweet to me. It was nice to finally see her.

I have to share this story from Video #3 when Jennifer Hamm was speaking of her memory from Believing God. I was in that study and remember worship so vividly. We were singing, "We Believe in God the Father. We Believe in Christ the Son..." We sang that song as our declaration of faith nightly. It was kinda like our "theme song" throughout the week.
The last night of the study, I so felt the Holy Spirit telling me to reach across the aisle and grab the hand of the lady standing there. My mom was on the right of me which was no big deal to take her hand, but I had no clue who the lady across the aisle was. And if I was obedient, what in the world would that lady think?!?! I want to tell you, I was really scared and way out of my element!
My heart started beating really fast and again the Holy Spirit urged me on. I finally took the "step of faith", walked over to her, and held that precious sister's hand across the aisle there at Houston's First Baptist Church. I had no idea what God was up to....
It was definitely like a ripple effect or like the "wave" you do at a sporting event. All across the entire church, the Body of Christ was stepping out and holding hands across the aisle. I was to the far right of the platform so I could see the joining together of all those beautiful women.
"We are the Church and we stand as one.... Holy, Holy, Holy is our God. Worthy, worthy, worthy is the Lamb!"
The praise band stepped off of the platform and came and took their place amongst us. Never have I felt the power and presence of God in such a huge, mighty, and tangible was as I did that evening.
We are the CHURCH and we stand as one, united as one, in THE ONE who draws us all together.
We weren't Baptists, or Methodists, or Catholics, or Presbyterians, or Jewish, or Gentile, or anything other than what God intends for us to be....
His children, united together, loving one another, lifting our voices and praising our Master.
Oh PRAISE HIS HOLY NAME!!! To Him who was, who is, and is to come be all praise, honor, and glory forevermore!!
Praise God for all He has done through Living Proof! How awesome to look back and see how the Hand of God brings forth much fruit in a life that's totally devoted to Him! You have been and continue to be an inspiration to me, Beth, from the first time I saw you on video,(Believing God), when I was desperate for relief from panic disorder. Your bold faith encouraged me to commit to a spiritual journey to find my freedom in Christ! And God responded in ways I would never have believed possible. His peace and love is real and available to all--even to ordinary women like me! God reigns! Jesus lives! And God's Word renews, restores and heals hearts and minds. May God continue to bless you, Beth, and your ministry. Praise you, Lord! Forever Your Word will stand!
Praise God!! I have been a student of yours Beth beginning with "A Woman's Heart". I wish I could put into words what God has done in my life from that time until the very present day. I was hooked from that study and have such a craving for His word. I study with other teachers as well but I must admit I like your style of teaching the best!!

Wow, I just finished watching all 5 videos! It is AMAZING what God has done over the past 15 years in this ministry. It wasn't sought after, but it has been given. For such a time as this!!! That means that God is getting all the glory, as He should. I loved seeing all the homegirls and homeguys of LPM!! I guess the guys we'll call home princes:) I know that many women contact this ministry every year to let you know how much they are touched by it. I am no exception. I am completely touched by this ministry too:) All the siestas feel the same:) Ya'll know it!!!
What Beth said about a long obedience in the right direction, I totally needed to hear that today. It seems God calls me to do everything that I don't want to do. Quite frankly, what He calls me to do scares me and stresses me out. Because, I don't think I can handle it. And I'm right. I can't handle it on my own-it has to be all HIM! Then, He makes me that living proof I should be!

Wow! Those videos made me cry.
I realized I have been part of Living Proof for 12 years! It was in 1997 or 98 that I did A Woman's Heart, God's Dwelling Place at age 22. A mom of a 1 and 3 year old, and a Yankee living in southwestern Oklahoma (20 min from Texas border), I got one of my first tastes of Texas through your stories and YOUR HAIR!!
I thought of the stack of workbooks I have and the blog posts I've read; I thought about my kids scribbles in my workbooks to a Bible marked up because of spending time in it!
I have index cards all over my house and in every single purse I own because of LPM! I've given Feathers From My Nest to many a mom of a grad and have been happy to be introduced to Life Today through LPM.
I knew many of the faces in your office because I've seen them in your videos!
So thanks for the memories on my end and thank you all at Living Proof for serving Jesus.

You just made me weep and laugh at the same time. You see I believe God put it on my heart to right a devotional these past 6 months and so I did.
In the meantime, I was given seed money for this ministry...and I kept saying "What ministry?" LOL! I had to open a checking account with a DBA name on it!
Because we have the resources, we are self publishing...I was just gonna go to Kinko's with it and give it to the people I knew who were in need of it. God didn't tell me to get discovered, He just told me to write the book!
Now we should have the actual book, in print, in a few weeks...all to the Glory of God!
I have learned so much from you Beth and your ministry is big part of why I am so free!

Many years ago I completed my first Beth Moore study. It was Woman’s heart, God’s dwelling place. As I finished I sat on my back porch and sobbed uncontrollably. My husband came out worried something horrible had happened and said,”What on earth is wrong with you?” With all the emotion I felt as though it had just happened moments before I looked at him and said,”MOSES DIED, THAT’S WHAT!!!!” He thinks I am crazy anyway. Thus started my love affair with the Old Testament. To say I believe the Bible is the infallible, inerrant word of God is one thing, but to study and truly see Jesus smack dab throughout the Old testament and to see the uncontradictory connection has been transforming for me. I teach the Bible as Literature at my Public high school. Yes I did say public high school. What a glory to God that was. The class doesn’t make every year but what a great time we have when it does. My students leave saying the Old Testament isn’t nearly as boring as they thought. It sure isn’t and neither is our God.
Thank you for persevering in your quest to bring God’s word to this hungry student. God bless and I will continue to lift LP up in my prayers.
Dear Beth, I have to share my favorite memory with you. I was a new Christian when I was first introduced to A Woman's Heart God's Dwelling Place. God loves me so much He wanted me to be grounded in truth.
I saw you in what seems to be a very small venue now in New York, Times Square Church and until that point I thought I could not be a Christian woman, I had to imitate what I thought was a Christian woman, quiet, demure, behind the scenes and that was so not ever me. You have been the real thing and provided me with a role model to be who God made me to be, a cheerleader!
I am bowled over that God would not let me get away with misery and provided an example early on of His unconditional love and joy unspeakable and full of GLORY! I get to be who He made me and enjoy loving Him. I am crazy about you and am excited to have all of eternity to chat with you and your staff about this ever surprising God who gave us Jesus to live and move and have our being in!

I love your family and staff. I remember calling back in December and talking to Kimberly. (not sure her last name) and she was just precious. I had a prayer request and couldn't talk about it to just anyone because I didn't have permission, but she was so kind and so attentive to what was on my heart. We talked for quite a while and she prayed the sweetest prayer. I'll never forget it. She told me to call her back one of these days when God works a mighty work. I know she'll remember and we'll be able to give God all glory and praise.
I thank God for each person He has placed at Living Proof and everyone who has helped you, Beth, through the years in one way or another.

I have to tell you - while viewing the last video (part 5) my 10 year old son came up to me and said - "who's that?" - I said Beth Moore. He said "WOW - she's a lot younger than I thought she was. How old is she anyway - I told him and he was in utter disbelief. He went to get his 12-year old sister and said look at Beth Moore - can you believe that she's 51? She looks like she's in her 30's! Thought you'd enjoy that!

LPM Staff - thank you for sharing your lives and hearts with us. Being in ministry for 15 years is an amazing thing to be part of and evidence of God's faithfulness.
Yesterday as we honored our St. Pastor's 20th year in our church, a couple of our pastors said a few words about him. My husband was one of them. We are relatively new to the ministry (2 years) and here's a tidbit of what he shared:
"The word I think of I when I think of (our pastor) is steadfast. You can't be in ministry this long if you aren't steadfast. I've been a Marine Officer and Deputy Sheriff and doing ministry is a far more difficult task than either of those. Part of the reason is that you don't know where the attack is coming from. It can be on your family, from the outside or from within your congregation."
Surely all of you know this to be true. I can only imagine the attacks you've been the target of and the dependence on God to get through them.
Steadfast is a fitting word for your ministry. May God continue to bless you and increase your faith and ministry.

Happy 15 Years!! This was so FUN to watch and see behind the scenes and "meet" everyone who makes it all happen! I'm so grateful and thankful and glad for LPM.
I took my first Beth Moore bible study in Jan 2000 at my home church in Flagstaff, AZ. It was the first A Woman's Heart. My husband and I were in college and recently married at the time. Then my husband graduated college and got a job in Louisiana. We got plugged into a church there and took Breaking Free, The Beloved Disciple and Living Beyond Yourself there. A new promotion brought us to Houston and at my church there, I had the pleasure of taking Daniel, the second Woman's Heart, Anointed/Transformed/Redeemed, and Esther. We have recently moved to West Lafayette, IN and I don't know exactly what God has in store for me here, but I guarantee that I'll be in the Word while I'm doing it! I'm taking Me, Myself and Lies right now online.
I guess I said all that to say that this ministry has been apart of my life in some way for almost my entire adult life and everywhere I've lived.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share with this girl who needs to know how this ministry came to be!! The videos gave me answers to many questions I had and answered those I didn't know to ask! I praise Jesus Christ for what He has done through you in my life. I wandered into a little Christian book store 11 years ago when God started my love affair with His Word through the purchase of the first Bible study you wrote, "A Woman's Heart: God's Dwelling Place." You took passages in the Old Testament on the ancient tabernacle that I always had skipped over and made them come to life! Your delight over God's Word has been absolutely contagious. You led me to the Living Water that I was so parched for. I am forever grateful.
I have been a student ever since and have done all but two of your studies. You have been the guide for countless women crying out to know our Jesus intimately. Thank you, thank you, thank you for your sold out life and for making Jesus famous to us. My changed life is living proof of the validity of Living Proof Ministries and the resurrection power of Jesus Christ in one woman's life--mine. I can't wait to see you in Memphis, Lord willing, in October!

As I read the comments by all the sisters expressing their appreciation to Beth and LPM, tears just well up and flow down...My life has been changed and enriched since the day I came across the book Jesus the One and Only and the Holy Spirit led me to the Beth moore and LPM website. How I envy you all in the USA to have such an easy access to all the resources. My dream is to own the Inheritance DVD and know it will come true. Praise the Lord even tho I live in Penang,Malaysia(I am sure a lot doesnt know where it is) I have a library of all Beth Moore books and dvds except a few like Loving Well, Wising Up...etc These are my most treasured possession besides my Bible.
So thank you Beth from the bottom of my heart for passing on to me the passion for God's word through your bible studies.
