Thanks Debra for putting this video together to share glimpses of the "Inheretance" study. I enjoyed the San Antonio Conferece back in August and know this study was awesome (wish I could have been there!)

The last night of "Inheritance" was so awesome I still have goose bumps. They are always good, but this one was special. The Holy Spirit was all over that sanctuary. Thank you LPM staff, volunteers and Beth. You all stay in my prayers. Can't wait for September!

Beth,

You were so right last night as none of us, I feel, wanted this study to end yet. My Siesta study buddies are all going to frame our property deeds and cherish them always as a hands on visual reminder that makes us smile and know our true inheritance. Thank you so much for them. We all signed each others on the witness line since we shared in the incredible experience.
We also just swear our seats were bugged because every single lesson, exactly what we had been discussing presented itself in your words verbatum. We all would look over at each other and inquire, "Was Beth sitting here earlier?" It got to be so frequent we would keep a count going. God was truly whipping around and wanted our questions answered and our statements in dialogue affrimed.
Do you know the lady who made the pink t-shirt you received early on? I told my buddies I would inquire cause we we wondering where to get one. It was great.

We are all so looking forward to the next study as you not only saw but heard the excitement ringing from the rafters.

We love you Beth as much as you love us.

Much love and many blessings. Prayers offered up for your safe trip and powerful Godly ministry on the sweet lives of ministers wives this weekend.

Thou shalt not covet, though shalt not covet!

I so badly wish I could have been there, I loved seeing all the women just there, taking time out of their lives because it meant more than anything. I love that.

I know that you could only do this kind of ongoing study because it's in Houston and that is where you live; I'm just saying if you wanted to speak one weekend in Capistrano Beach, Ca, you would be MORE THAN WELCOME!!!

Blessings to you in Him, who never stresses nor guesses,

Thanks Debra for sharing with those of us who do not live close enough to attend to see what we are missing. I was so hoping to catch a week during spring break next week only to find it ended this Tuesday. It just makes me that more excited for Deeper Still in December (only 277 more days!!) I can hardly wait. I have been so blessed with our tiny Bible study here in Kansas, I can't even fathom that many sisters in one room being and receiving that blessing. Beth you are amazing. It never ceases to amaze me that a group can all attend the same study and get out of it just what they need. God is way cool!
Enjoy the break. Your team will be in my prayers this weekend as you minister to ministers wives.

I so wish that I could have been there. Before all of the siestas outside of Houston start gasping, I had to be at home with my family right now. My children had to adjust (and are stil adjusting, I sent my teen out the door today crying, Lord have mercy) to our move and me and my husband had been separated for a long time with him traveling back and forth, weekly from WV to Houston. We've done this before, but this time caused a huge strain on our marriage. I could not afford to be gone for one night. Things are getting better now. I'm hoping to have my hands on a puppy soon and all will be well. That is, if I pass the breeder's test.

Siesta Christine Roskamp invited me to come, but after meeting our family, she knew why I could not. I used to get the notes on the study (CLEAR THROAT--HA HA).

God-willing, I will definitely be at the next one. This country girl zips around Houston quite often with no problem. I actually get lost more in Katy than I ever have in Houston. It's fun driving around Houston. When I go to college on Saturday mornings, it seems that I am passing First Baptist in no time.

You know when you live in a place and never take advantage of the local wonders? Like, I did not go whitewater rafting until I was about 20 and I lived 15 min. from Fayetteville...well, I am NOT going to do that here. I am all over Texas. I am coming to a Beth Moore study. The only way I won't come is if we have moved again and it won't matter b/c I'll be in the looney bin by then and I'm not joking.

The video looked awesome and Beth, your outfit was too cute! I know it was such an awesome study b/c Christine has been keeping me informed. Plus, you and Jesus always have awesome studies.

Still, wish I could've been there...

LOVED this study! Oh my goodness, what a blessing you are Miss Beth. I went home and showed my husband my property deed - and told him that I was framing it. I have really been playing up my "Heiress" title to him for the past nine-ish weeks, so he got a kick out of my proof. I told him not to be jealous though; he's an official heir after all.
I love Jesus! He just jazzes me!

I am a pastor's wife in Kentucky and will be attending the Minister's Wives Conference this weekend in Nashville. I am desperate for a fresh move of the Holy Spirit in my life! So many times we give of ourselves, but without the empowerment of the Holy Spirit going before us giving us the strength we need to serve we find ourselves empty...wiped out..dry! I love Jesus and I want so desperately to find wisdom and knowledge through His word. Some things that I ask you to pray for in my life...busyness, being overwhelmed as a mother, a wife, a pastor's wife, a friend, a leader in our church, etc. I find myself as a middle 30's mom of 3, and pastor's wife feeling overwhelmed and drained a lot of the time. There are many other hats that I wear, but lately my heart, my attitude and my mind are just not where they need to be. I sense the conviction of the Holy Spirit in my life. I am so overwhelmingly blessed! I acknowledge that it all comes from God! I appreciate so much the opportunity to be in Nashville this weekend with all of you as well as my girlfriends who are also minister's wives. We have had a prayer time this morning and are expecting God to do an amazing work in our lives this weekend! We are praying for all of you as you labor in preparing your hearts to share God's message with us this weekend and we are praying that the Holy Spirit of God is unleashed that He might penetrate the hearts of every woman there to the extreme that our passion for the Lord intensifies to the max!!! Thank you ahead of time for giving of yourselves to minister to us! To God be the glory, great things He has done!!! Love and Blessings,Jennifer

Darn it! I so want to live close to enough to join y'all (had to say it that way) on a Tuesday night Bible study! I do get to see Mama Siesta on video every week (we've done so many of her studies in the last three years!) but there is something to be said for "Live". Cannot wait for June and Stockton!!!!!!!

I just have to ask - Siesta Dori and Mama Siesta have often mentioned "root lifter". How is this different from gel or mousse??? I had never even heard of that . . .I couldn't will "lift" into my hair. The best I can do to jazz up my locks is to add highlights (and oh how I love them!).

Anyhow, I am so off topic. I am SO glad that there was a great group of Siestas blessed yet again by what Mama Siesta shared. Thank you for being obedient and using your gift.

Blessings.

I would so love to hear what the Lord inspired Beth to teach.

First of all, I love me some Debra. She has an EYE for photography and a huge heart!

Secondly, words can't even express how much I enjoyed, learned, took away, and was changed by this study. My heart is overflowing with such a love for Him. Truly. I think it's safe to say that everything we learned is overwhelming and will keep us on our toes! Thank you, Mrs. Beth, for all that you do to bring us a word. You are my forever favorite and I so appreciate you and just stinkin' love you!

And lastly, um, I don't really know how to say this, but I think us single girls are gonna need some more stats on your homeboy that wrote the letter you read last night. Can we say absolutely precious? Needless to say, if you feel the need to be "teacher" and "matchmaker" you have a homegirl who is completely okay with that. ;)

My heart keeps singing, "Open Up the Sky" - didn't we feel that each week?!! This week was so tender and we walked out with such joy, happiness, and confidence. Last Tuesday my buddy and I walked out utterly amazed and speechless - of course, we recovered once we got to the car and re-ran the whole session between FBC and dropping her off. Glory to God for this study - after San Antonio we were yearning for more - thank you, thank you, thank you.

Beth and staff, the Volunteer reception was so much fun and more than delicious. The fellowship was as sweet as the sundaes! Now that's some really something!

Thank you for the wonderful video, Debra~

By the way, I used to feel the same way during Miss Beth's studies. I could tell that it must have been the Power of the Holy Spirit working through her that made it feel as if she was speaking "directly to me" even in a group of 3,000 + women when I used to live in Houston, prior to June 2004. That was when the Lord called me away from there, to return to my Home state of Wisconsin.

However, while I was still living in Houston, I was very blessed to have been able to take part in 3 live semester Bible studies with our dear Miss Beth, and 1-1/2 years of Sunday School classes with her. And, yes, I miss hearing her studies live/in person, but I still feel the Lord speaking through her when I am able to purchase cds, and her Bible studies on cd sets, along with the member books, and work through them with the Lord, Miss Beth and myself.

Unfortunately, though, the Christian ladies in my area seem to be rather set in their ways, and have difficulty even considering doing one of Beth's wonderful "in-depth studies" as a group thus far. So, I guess I will have to wait until the Lord guides them, as I have offered to facilitate at least one of Miss Beth's studies at the churches where God has led me to attend, but I guess the timing is not quite "right" yet...

Also, Houston area Siestas, there may be another reason why you feel so loved and cared about during Miss Beth's live studies. Each and every row in that beautiful sanctuary [although I have only seen the old one], has been prayed over by someone from the LPM prayer team beforehand. And, the only reason I know about that is because I was blessed to take part in being on that team for a while. And, even doing that was extremely powerful and calming to my Spirit, and it tended to help me be much more ready to learn from God's Word, as peace seems to flow through me in particular when I find myself praying over someone, and these Bible studies.

And, I usually for Miss Beth and Y'all on Tuesday afternoons when I know that a Bible study is going to be taking place that night down there.

And, I have to quote Miss Beth here, in stating that I am "living proof" that studying God's Word like that really does work to save one's soul; literally speaking. I had done her Believing God study online, then, feeling as if I couldn't get enough of learning from His Word, the moment I found out that she has these studies most semesters there, I made plans to drive the hour and a half to get from the school where I used to teach at just to take part in the live studies that came along next. And, that just happened to be her Beloved Disciple study, and I am So glad that I "caught that Bible study Fever". And, the result of this for me, personally is what happened to me in April 2003, when the Holy Spirit finally helped me realize that I needed to search for someone who could tell me what was/is so different about our dear Miss Beth. And, I found out that I had "head knowledge of Jesus", but I did not truly "know Him" in my heart. And, Miss Beth had accepted Christ Jesus as her personal Lord and Savior as a young child; then she allowed Him to strengthen and teach her so that she can write and teach these precious Bible studies. And, even though I was raised going to church, and enjoyed going there most of the time, I did not understand that I needed to invite Jesus into my heart and take over my life~

And, having done so has not only helped me 'know that I know' that I will one day go to Heaven, but I know that the Holy Spirit of God lives inside of me now, and all I need to do is to call out His name [verbally or non-verbally], and He will comfort me, teach me, etc, etc. Salvation in Jesus Christ is indeed THE very BEST thing that has EVER happened to me... Praise God !

Looks like another inspiring, Spirit-filled and love induced lesson that only our Siesta Mama could bring. Makes me so very excited for Portland next month that I can hardly stand it!!

To Go-Between and Siesta OC -
I will be there along my sister who is flying in from Dana Point CA
and some friends and fellow Siesta's from Tacoma WA. I really would love to meet any and all Siesta that attend and put faces with those Great blogger names that I see here so often. Maybe I will make a BIG Siesta Sign where we sould all get together and meet.

His blessings to you all,

I was sad to see it end, altho am curious about next semester, as I believe I may have heard you hint towards an End Times study...? One could only hope! Thank you from every corner of my heart for The Inheritance, so many verses came to life for me and it was a life-changing study.

Oh and btw, Amanda, your mom told us that when you were little you wanted to take care of the horses in God's stables...well let me just say that I share that dream with every inch of me!!

I am so thankful to you, Beth, to Jennifer, and to the entire LP team that devote Tuesdays to changing lives. Even amid the birth of your granddaughter on a Tuesday, you never missed a beat. Well done, and may blessing be returned to you a hundredfold, as much as your earthly frames can bear, then save the rest for your great heavenly inheritances. Hope you have some time off planned for a well-earned rest. Love you guys, Annette

Okay, I've tried to think of another word but I can't. I am jealous over the property deed, meaning I wish I had one. Yes, I know I have an inheritance, but don't underestimate the power of visuals, because, sometimes when you really need it and don't even think about it, there it is and you remember.

I took a class last year at my church in WV and the teacher gave us glass (plastic) Cinderella slippers. Oh, how I love that thing. Every time I look at it, in an unexpecting glance, it will catch my eye and I think "I AM a princess!"

Okay, I'll be at the next study, Septmeber 8th-God-willing!

Looks like a great study. Tuesday night Bible study is one of the reason's I'd like to be in Houston. . . besides seeing my friends there like Nancy and Lindsee. However for now God has me here in good old St. Louis!! Thanks Debra for sharing this video with us. Just a glimpse of what our Houston Siestas are getting.

I'm almost finished with your "Believing God" study and have been having the hardest time w/it. I don't remember much of my earlier life and the questions are VERY hard for me to answer. I answer them the best I can. Could ya'll just pray for me.
